We will certainly never lease another vehicle through ALD!
First, we arrange a timely return date with the dealership on which we have the leased vehicle. When we were there then it was suddenly said that the vehicle can not be taken back, should turn to ALD. Was done immediately. Feedback came a week later, vehicle was finally picked up 2 weeks later. Of course at our expense ... damages were also overcharged. An agreement with ALD is also not possible, because suddenly no more feedback comes. It is only recommended to no longer lease vehicles via ALD!
