Please be advised before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership - as their practices are deceptive. After signing a sales contract, I was asked to take time out of my busy work week to go back in and sign a NEW contract because they finance department had made a mistake by promising a payment deferral. The new agreement stated Alan Webb Mazda would make the first payment on my behalf but FAILED to make the first payment! Now, with late fees incurred - credit report takes a hit. Attempted repeated unanswered calls, empty promised to pay and still yet to see payment!! Don't take the risk of dealing with this team - look elsewhere.
