I had my eye on a different truck online, but hadn t realized it was only a quad cab and not a crew cab. Melissa helped my stay in my budget while finding a truck that will still fit my needs. We recently purchased a new to us truck at Airdrie Chrysler. Our Salesman was Keith Martyniuk. He took his time, got to know us and helped us with our purchase. Very pleasant no pressure atmosphere. I bought my vehicle through airdrie Chrysler as my husband had bought his vehicles through them and had no problems. I bought my vehicle without test driving it as the battery was dead. I did take one out for a drive that was similar to the 2015 jeep compass. Issues I've had with it, is the clock continues to lose time even after replacing components, only to be told that was normal! Ahem, if it is normal why wasnt I informed of that when I bought the vehicle? Or why doesnt my husband truck lose time, or my brothers viper or his truck and jeep or how about my moms intrepid and Van's. We have always been a dodge/Chrysler family. I have also paid more for the roadside assistance only to be on hold for an hour and half and no one answered. I cant imagine what would have happened had I been stranded on a deserted road. And the responses I get from the service manager is call the 1-800 number down east. You buy from them but after that they dont want to do anything for customer service. They are great if you have no issues, but as soon as you have a concern they brush you off. I had given a good review when I first purchased my vehicle but I am sad at how I'm treated now. I'm going back to GM. I had no problems with them or their service department.

Well in reply to your statement. My radio was never replaced. I have all the papers from the service dept. Further, why is it you could take the time to respond to this review, but you couldn't phone me to discuss my problem with my radio/clock/cd player? Why didn't you phone me! I have left several messages on your phone, and if it wasn't you I spoke with, then someone was pretending to be you. Again, my radio, which is also a CD player was never switched out. So I'm not sure whos paperwork you were looking at. As for the roadside assistance. No one ever picked up the phone after having a tire blow, that had also been discontinued, and spent money on all new tires. I waited for 90 minutes before hanging up. As a homecare nurse, I was put behind on my clients and I lost a days wages because of the tire. And when I bought the car, I couldn't even take it out for a test drive as the battery was dead. I should have known then. If you really wanted my business you would have replaced the radio/clock/ CD player. I would have responded sooner to your reply, but why would I look on here for answers from you when you could have called me. Bad business practice to respond to reviews but not call the customer.

They are a great group of people they go out of their way to find you the perfect automobile to fit your needs.

Single worst experience at a service department ever! Funny thing is my now second worst experience (which was my first before this visit) was at this same service department years ago. This dealership seems to do very well in the sales and any vehicle still under bumper to bumper warranty... save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else after that! Had my Vehicle for a week and only managed to change fuel filters and drive it around the block a couple times trying to diagnose something with someone who actually knows something over the phone. No sense of urgency to get your vehicle back to you and it felt like they had my truck held hostage never giving any updates of what they have done (in retrospect they really didn't do anything) while they very rudely told me I should be grateful for the service they are providing

We just drove home yesterday in our brand new 3500 diesel ram truck. So on Tuesday we took our 2009 1500 sport in for its oil change and was walking around the lot when TG PAWLAK approaches and begins conversation. We have been thinking of getting a truck that can do some heavy towing in retirement in another 5 years, by buying it now will have it paid for by retirement. TG put absolutely no pressure on us whatsoever and kept conversation friendly. We parted ways then later that evening I went on their website and entered what I was looking for. I then recieved a call from Steve McFarlane who asked me exactly what I was looking for and needed in a truck. He had a couple that were available so we arranged to meet the next day. That night and the next morning I thought about what I wanted and asked my wife what she wanted as far as features in a truck. I dealt with TG and I told him what I wanted and didn't want in a truck, what I needed it for and he came through with flying colors. We are on our second vehicle with airdrie dodge ....I am not sure what has happened but something has changed and not for the better ....the service department is an absolute nightmare , I am supposedly concidered a gold plus preferred customer. Well I would sure like to know what that means because to the staff it means absolutely nothing. Trying to get an oil change even with an appointment is like asking for a million dollars. Try to resolve an issue and speak with a manager? Good luck they won't call you back. I am not sure what's happened to this place , but save yourselves the heart ache and take your business elsewhere l. Severely disappointed.

TG Pawlak was very helpful with information and answering our questions. I know TG personally and he is a great guy. Although when dealing with us I felt he was trying to be too quick. His talking was very quick and it appeared that he didn't want to waste our time. He wasn't wasting our time. I know he wanted to serve us quickly but sometimes talking slower would have been a better and more friendly manner. He does NOT speak or rush his speech in any other normal circumstance.

TG you did great for us and you're a great guy. Would come back again to do business with you.

I visited a couple of other dealers in Calgary before heading to Airdrie Dodge and the difference was night and day. Jim was very friendly and great to deal with. I just wanted a quick, easy deal and I pretty much knew what I wanted coming in. Jim didn't try to sell me on something else I didn't want and explained everything clearly without being pushy. I felt like he truly wanted to help me get the car I wanted for a good price. From this experience Airdrie Dodge is highly recommended.

That said, prices bite - to change a single license plate light bulb ~ $50 (everyone in the wait room laughed when I was offered the replacement). Up-selling is common strategy. Sounds like changes to pricing/compensation model changed after previous owners changed.

Amazing experience. I've never had warranty on a vehicle before and now can't recommend it highly enough. I called about an oil change and they fit me in the same day with a tire rotation! All within an hour. Couldn't be happier.

Bought my 2017 Ram truck from Airdrie Chrysler/ Dodge, everything went pretty well, I was getting my services done there as well.
My problems all started when I wanted to upgrade my truck. I went to get an appraisal and the number they came back to me with was very low. I was looking to buy used or new but the dealership did not try to help me to get a higher trade in value. They just basically said this is the real number they were offering, And they were not going to give me a better trade price. I am surprised that they would not even try to help me out and gain my business again. My truck was very low kms, No accidents in excellent condition. So I wanted to stay local but went shopping around at other dealerships. I could not believe how much the other dealers were bending over backwards to gain my business and give me a much higher trade in amount than Airdrie Dodge.
I ended up going to Big4Motors on Macleod trail and Phil treated me excellent, Hassle free, They gave me a fantastic price for my trade in.
I was dealing Ryan at Airdrie Dodge, Really nice guy, But I don't feel him or the sales manager tried hard enough to gain my business back, But I guess they had better deals to work on.
I "was" getting my truck serviced at Airdrie Dodge but I believe this is going to come an end and I will go to a dealership who works for their customers.

Airdrie Chrysler Dodge has a large selection of RAM 1500 trucks. Vasanth, Sales Consultant, was very knowledgeable of the trucks and the options, and assisted in obtaining a suitable year end price for a 2020 RAM. Adam, the Financial Manager, was efficient with the purchase process and including the options required. Overall, there was no high pressure sales which resulted in an enjoyable purchase of a new vehicle.

All of the staff at Airdrie Dodge are worth the trip back for. We live about as far away as you can live from Airdrie but we make the trip every time because of the amazing staff. The General Manager Dale is a great, especially with washing license plates lol! All kidding aside, Dale is very passionate about what he does and he always listens to his customers and tries to help them in any way he can. Steve was amazing explaining all of the new features of the truck with us at delivery and helping us get everything organized with the parts and business departments. Jason always goes above and beyond the call of duty looking after the service needs of our trucks. He gives his customers exceptional service and guidance with making decisions about their vehicles and explains very clearly what needs to be done when something is wrong, even to women who may not know the terminology very well lol! The owner of this dealership is very lucky to have staff like this because it keeps people coming back even when it would be far more convenient to go somewhere else!

My husband and I have always dealt with Airdrie Dodge. We have purchase 3 vehicles through them except for our last Jeep, we went up to Mountain View Dodge in Olds as the salesmen in Airdrie were getting a little aggressive in their sales tactics, so when Airdrie Dodge phoned me asking if I was looking at trading in my Jeep I was a little skeptic as to dealing with them again. We did set up our appointment with Airdrie Jeep/Dodge as we were looking at upsizing from our Jeep Cherokee to the Grande Cherokee. We had the pleasure of dealing with Nathan Ray. Nathan took the time to listen as to why we decided to move up in size and all the options I was requiring in my vehicle as I had a pretty fully loaded Cherokee and did not want to down size in any of those options. Nathan went to work in trying to find a vehicle to meet those needs. He succeeded and we were ready to make a deal BUT did not come to an agreement when we sat down with the sales manager on a trade in value, so we walked away. Nathan contacted us later in the week expressing his sadness that a deal could not be agreed upon but assured us he was not giving up on his search for me!! He looked for over a month and succeeded in this search and found us a vehicle, arranged with a different sales manager Luke ?? (Sorry, I did not get his surname) pricing numbers on the vehicle, trade in pricing on my Jeep (I was a stickler on this number and Nathan was aware of this), financing options with Adam Pridge, ALL ahead of time so as not to waste anyone s time and presented us with these numbers after we took the Jeep for a test drive...ALL these gentlemen stayed late for us on Valentines Day (sorry wives!!) and a sale was made that evening!! If you are looking for a vehicle I would highly recommend Nathan Ray...we will continue to deal with Airdrie Dodge as long as they keep people like Nathan around!!! We went in looking for a second hand truck and walked out with a brand new Ram with smiles on our faces. Upon picking up the truck, we noticed it had a scratch on the plastic guard around the tires. The Dodge team without hesitation ordered a new part to fix it. Second Time I ve been to this dealer, and so far it s been great only had recalls done and a minor fob update. They were welcoming and didn t care that my truck was deleted or anything, very open about what needed or should be done

We decided it was time to trade-in our 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Longhorn Ecodiesel and take advantage of the great financing offers plus all the new safety features on the new 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 Limited Ecodiesel. We love that the new Ecodiesel has increased towing capacity and yet is still, the fuel economy king. As always, we were treated well and Keith was able to get the truck and deal we wanted. We have been customers of Airdrie Dodge since 1985. This is our tenth Chrysler/Dodge vehicle. In addition to buying, we get all of our servicing done here also. We keep returning to Airdrie Dodge because we feel very comfortable, we get great deals and we trust the service. We find all sales, finance, service and office staff very pleasant and easy to deal with. Thanks to Dale (GM) and especially Keith Martyniuk. THIS DEALERSHIP IS TERRIBLE.
They have no respect for female truck owners at all. I have to go in with my boyfriend to get any amount of decent service. Which is garbage as I am the owner of a 09 Dodge Laramie. I've been to them a couple times and every time it's been garbage. I have gone in looking for a part for my truck. I went to the parts department where the girl behind the desk was useless and even admitted that she knew nothing about parts. WHY WOULD YOU BE WORKING IN THAT DEPARTMENT THEN. I then went to the service department and tried to explain the problem I was having to see if he agreed and they rudely interrupted me and would not listen to what I had to say and told me that the only answer was to bring it in.
An other time I went in, thinking I should give them an other chance, they helped every male costumer before me. Including ones they had to walk right passed to get to because they came in after me. Finally when I was the only costumer left they offered me some assistance. They replaced my front drive shafts, even though its a U-joint problem and did not replace the U-joints as well as did an oil change. When I went in to pick my truck up the oil change light was still on my dash because they never erased the code as well as my steering was loose. I could wiggle my steering wheel from side to side and it would not more the tires unless I really cranked it over. I brought it back and they had a mechanic come out and take a peek. Right away he said it need to go in and up on the lift. 30 mins. later they returned my truck and said there was nothing wrong with it, but obviously they did something as the loose steering wasn't a problem anymore and the mechanic after looking at it got it in right away. WHY LIE ABOUT IT. If there was a mistake made they should have owned up to it. Not a great way to earn trust from a costumer. On top of all that bullshit the original problem is still a problem, if not more of one now. Spent $1500 for nothing.
One of my friends just had they're truck in at Airdrie Dodge and when they returned it to him there was damage to the outside which wasn't there when he dropped it off and they refused to fix. He as well has more problems now then he did before he even brought it in.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND AIRDRIE DODGE TO ANYONE!
They also refuse to look into or deal with any of the recalls on my truck. Which I'm not a 100% sure but I think that maybe illegal as it puts my safety at a huge risk. (Airbags and front end steering linkage)
They are so terrible they are honestly making me considering getting rid of my Dodge trucks and buying a Ford. That would mean selling 3 dodge trucks. (2 laramies and a SRT 10)
I will also be writing a letter to Dodge Canada, letting them know how terrible this place is, especially if you are a female.

Needs a better shuttle service- wait time was 40 min and still no shuttle. Ended up having to call and pay for a cab.

My 2013 Jeep had a rear main engine seal leaking, Steve and his crew took care of it no problem. I don t mind paying for good service I can trust.

Shuttle drivers really nice and friendly

It took 3 hours to change a tire. I lost my appointment after they took so long. I was only offered a shuttle service. I was disappointed I thank you for changing the tire.

This is by far my favourite dealership! I ve bought my last 3 vehicles through them and they always make it painless! My most recent experience was with TG and Adam and both are fantastic to deal with. Quick in and out and when you have kids with you, the less hassle the better. Ryan was fantastic to deal with as well for the final numbers.

Excellent communication, very accommodating, professional and friendly service

Job seems to be done good. More play in steering now. Think I need some more parts replaced .im working on it. Job was done very timely in my opinion. Address on invoice is incorrect.
