Airdrie Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Review

Very happy with the ladies in the service department. Completely unimpressed with the behavior of Dale Roach and Ryan Murdoch-Phelps who are supposed to be managers. When someone tells you that their medical condition prevents them from wearing a mask, your job is not to ask them for proof or to disclose any medical condition. That is illegal. Its also not your job to assume that they are just being defiant. The lack of professionalism and tact was pathetic and your egos need to be checked. Surely there are more capable individuals than these two with an inferiority complex. I will gladly bring my business somewhere else.

Good service and customer care. Thank you to Kevin In service, Keith in sales, John in Finance, and a very patient front desk staff for fielding my numerous calls. In fact, the dealership exuded friendliness as everyone greeted me with smiles and were willing to help in any way. In the end, I drove away with a Jeep.

The back story is that I had gotten stuck one too many times in my low-riding car, and did not feel safe when trying to get out of our cul de sac or my parking spot on the street.

I did not have much time for vehicle-purchasing, so after some online researching, decided that a Jeep was what I needed. I went to the dealership on a Saturday, and by Monday afternoon drove away with my new vehicle.

Special thanks to Keith, my salesperson, who patiently answered multiple questions and let me test drive as often as needed for me to reach my final decision. I did not see dollar signs in his eyes. Instead, he made me feel that my needs, opinions, and decisions were more important than making a sale, which to me is the mark of a true salesperson.

Much credit goes to John in Finance for his expertise in getting the deal approved, which was not an easy task in my case. I appreciated his attention to detail in providing me with the information I needed to expedite the insurance and transfer the registration with minimal effort and time on my end.

I can't thank everyone enough. The atmosphere at the dealership was friendly: all of the sales team smiled said greeted me, and were helpful as needed. I was even entered for a monthly $10,000 draw, exclusive to this dealership.

The former owner, Larry Cook, would be very proud of all of you. My husband and Larry were in rehab together after both had hip/knee replacements. It is because of Larry that my husband and I initially went to the Airdrie dealership a few years ago, and since then, have driven exclusively Chrysler products.

We have tried other chrysler dealerships closer to where we live, but we seem to migrate back to Airdrie for the service and customer care we find there. Even though Larry is sadly no longer with us, it is because of the current owners and employees that I bought a vehicle from your dealership yesterday.

I purposely drove in the deep snow in our neighbourhood to get used to the four-wheel drive. It was so easy to use and I feel much safer and confident now, knowing I will not be stuck or stranded in deep snow.

To top it all off, Keith gave me a new Jeep coffee mug! Cheers!

Awful service from the service department.

When I was looking at buying my Jeep, I did go to them first..but they did not have what I wanted to I bought elsewhere.

Since I live in Airdrie I thought I would use their services for my regular oil changes and such...and had awful service. I went to them on three seperate occaisions and had awful service...so like the old saying, three strikes and your out....I have never been back.

Shuttle service was great, driver was engaging and on time.

Worked with TG Pawlik to get a deal together on a beautiful Jeep Wrangler. He was easy to talk with and was sure to listen to both myself and wife to ensure we got the vehicle with the options we wanted. Big thanks TG!!

Met with Nathan on a Tuesday morning and picked up my new vehicle Wednesday. Had I been able to obtain my insurance paperwork sooner than I would have been able to drive it off the lot that day. He was very polite, listened to all my wants and needs, went out of his way to make my wife feel included in all conversations, and made the whole process of buying a new vehicle feel very easy and stress-free.

Nathan maintained great communication throughout the day and delivered on all his promises. When we arrived the following day to pick up our new vehicle he had it gassed up, looking fresh, and had all his paperwork organized and ready to go. He assisted my wife to set up all the Bluetooth features, chatted my kids up about their favorite movies while I buckled in carseats, and then entertained my wife's request for all the photo poses in front of her new vehicle.

Thank you again Nathan, for all your work getting my big family into a vehicle that suited our needs. I wish all my past buying experiences were as great as we had it with you and Airdrie Dodge.

The very best place to buy a new vehicle. Seriously, just take the time to drive out to airdrie. You won't be disappointed.

Didn't have appointment, however was able to get vehicle serviced.
After completion of requested items, was passed a number of pages, concerning work suggested by dealership. of note, one of those suggestions was replacing air filter. Being as I had the vehicle in for regular servicing, I found it unusual, that the filter, did not in fact, get replaced. If in fact, it was as dirty as suggested, due diligence would have attended to the fact! Upon leaving the dealership, with a list of deficiencies, to the tune of $ 4000.00 plus, I was shocked that the air filter, wasn't at least discussed. I drove straight to a "jobber" and purchased a new filter, for substantially less money.

That said, the staff were very courteous and for the most part, quite helpful.

Pet peeve; it seems each time I have my vehicle in for servicing, I end up driving away, with some form of oil?or grease? on my steering wheel. I do find this to be annoying.

Very nice a friendly staff. We dealt with Jim Prizeman reverts calls and messages in time. Have cleared out a few doubts to us even after few days of purchase. They gave me a better deal than some other dealerships that I had approached in Calgary.

Great service, decided to stop by to check the deals, Nathan Ray helped me out, was very knowledge on the trucks and, different than other places, did not felt pressured at all to buy it right away or to buy a lot of optionals. Got there in the morning and a few hours later I left the place driving my new truck.

Bought a brand new chip key for a T1N Sprinter for $500 from this dealership. Was told by their parts department that the key would work the first time it was used in the ignition and required no programming. Turns out it does have to be programmed, and when I called back I was told they won't do it because they have to update their software but have no intention of doing so. Clearly there is a disconnect between their parts and service departments, and should not be selling a product that they do not fully understand or support. I will never come here again. You're better off in Calgary.

EDIT: T1N Sprinter keys can be programmed at Varsity Dodge. You don't have to go to Mercedes.

Now onto my second vehicle purchased from Airdrie Dodge. Both times dealing with Steve Parsons. Sold me a truck two years ago and this time a Challenger R/T. Always a pleasure dealing with him. Talking about cars and random stuff. Good way to kill an hour or two as well haha. Does what he can to get me a great price on vehicles! And in another couple years if I'm in the market for another toy, I'll be sure to head to Steve Parsons at Airdrie Dodge. Jolly good show.

Last week my girlfriend had borrowed my car and ended up getting into an accident at her work parking lot. I've been a long time driver and never had collision coverage on my vehicles...sure enough my car had over 8000$ worth of damage, and just like that I was out a car and needed to quickly find a solution.

I went to several dealerships in Calgary and had terrible experiences with sales workers who did not "have the time" to sit down and discuss costs and possibilities when it came to me purchasing another car. Fortunately I came across some vehicles listed at Airdrie Chrysler Dodge & Jeep. I took the long drive out (as I live deep south west in Calgary) and I am very grateful that I did.

As soon as I entered the dealership I was greeted by Jeremy and was later connected with TG Pawlak. TG talked to me about my situation and my price range. I had a couple vehicles in mind and TG was quick to grab the keys and said "lets take em' for a drive". Without a question TG took the time to test drive these vehicles with me, talk about the pros and cons of each vehicle, and was very respectable and honest. TG was, bottom line, great to work with. We talked about our families, work, and cars. There was no pressure or forcefulness that you sometimes get with sales workers. In the end I decided to purchase a 2011 Hyundai Sonata.

Once I made my decision TG sat down with me and went over the CarProof paperwork and explained the dealership's lifetime engine warranty and also explained the extended warranty. I unfortunately could not afford the extended warranty, but TG was quick to say that if anything were to happen to car in the next little while to call him directly and he would see what can be done through the dealership. TG even provided me his cell number just in case. I felt confident in my decision and purchase.

I definitely was not purchasing a 60,000$ vehicle, but TG still treated me as such. He took the time to just talk to me and treat me like a human being who has just gone through a rough week of losing a car and having to make an unplanned purchase. Needless to say, I would recommend anyone in Calgary or nearby, to take the trip to Airdrie Chrysler Dodge & Jeep. They have amazing staff and stand behind the vehicles they sell. Not to mention there are no hidden fees or costs! Just the cost of the car + taxes.

Thank you TG for making my tough situation a hell of a lot easier. I'll definitely be spreading the word and will come and see you a little further down the road when I'm in need of a new car.

Don t buy from this dealership. I had a great purchasing experience but THATS IT! I have warranty work that needs to be done, nobody returns my calls. My vehicle started shaking 3 months after I got it and they couldn t diagnose the problem, I bought a new set of tires and that seemed to help but they couldn t figure that out in the 4 times I had the vehicle in. I ve left countless messages and they rarely get back to you. I ve never had such poor service in my life and I regret not staying with Davis Chevrolet. They were way more accommodating. I went to a few dealerships in airdrie to shop for a truck and this place is just the absolute worst. I didn't want them to pull my credit as I don't want my credit to take a hit before I find the right truck so they refuse to let me go on a test drive. I went to Davis Chevrolet before this place and they had no problem assisting me on a test drive and I went to Cam Clark Ford and House of Cars Airdrie after they refused and same thing, they assisted me on a test driven after I told them that I don't want to take a hit on my credit and although I bought my truck at Country hills Mercedes, I would still recommend all those dealerships in Airdrie except for Airdrie Dodge.

It was a pleasure buying my truck at Airdrie Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. From Dale the owner, Ryan the sales manager, John in finance, and Jim and Tia in sales. Everyone was so helpful. Their customer service is amazing! It took them a while to fix a problem on our jeep, so they gave us a free rental. We also got the warranty our our used jeep, and so far it has been hassle free for any fixes.

Ryan was amazing at helping me find my new Jeep Cherokee. I wasn't sure what type of SUV I was looking for, and Ryan helped me find something in my price range, and would make me feel comfortable for the coming winter months. I was also doing a trade in, and he got me a great deal for my car. Besides Ryan's amazing deal, he was also very honest, and I didn't find him to be pushy about buying the new SUV. He let me come to the decision on my own, pointing out the benefits of the vehicles he showed me. 10/10 would recommend, such a nice individual.

When looking for a used vehicle our first stop was at Airdrie Dodge. In the past their Service Department has been great. Although there were not many used vehicles to choose from with the assistance of TG we purchased a car that met our every need. Thanks TG and everyone in the Service Department..

They at least tried to get my truck in without notice on a long road trip. After that they misinformed me and left me sit in their waiting room for 7 hours - when they could have easily told me up front that there was no way I would have been out of there sooner. I'm in Edmonton now and my truck is still waiting to be fixed at a better dealership where they communicate properly.

Express oil change lol more like 3 hours with zero good service.

I went here just out of curiosity on getting a new used vehicle not expecting anything since my credit rating sucks. They approved me without even having a look at my pay-stubs or income. TG and John Voong were both amazing and they treat you very well here as well just being upfront and honest about everything. No other dealership was able to approve me, except them, would definitely recommend and go back! Thanks for everything guys!!

Leo was a very nice man and tried very hard to accommodate us. He was very new and inexperienced, hence the lack of one star for knowledge. We were his first sale of many more I'm sure. :)

I recently needed to replace a vehicle from the June Hail Storm. We set up an appointment online, and when we showed up, the truck was cleaned and out front ready for us to look over and take for a drive. There was a little hiccup where we where given the wrong VIN, for insurance which added a little time to our delivery process, but was given an office to work from while waiting for insurance to update the paperwork. Over all we where very happy with our salesperson Jim P, who was very respectful to the whole family, and was honest with his answers. There was no pressure to buy, just an honest presentation of the vehicle, and how it would fit what we are looking for.

this is the 4th vehicle I have bought from Airdrie. And it has always been a pleasure to discuss, and deal with the people there. they always try to get me what I am looking for at a decent price. the people in the service department, and the sales team are exceptional at what they do, and I would not have a problem buying any vehicle from here again in the future.

This is vehicle number 6 in our family from this dealer and they continue to impress. The sales person was excellent without any doubt and was attentive to the details on what we were looking for as well as what we wanted in our next vehicle. The sales management staff, finance as well as our dealings with the dealership manager was fantastic. I highly recommend and will continue to recommend Airdrie Dodge if they continue to provide this level of service.
