Bought my 2017 Ram truck from Airdrie Chrysler/ Do...

Bought my 2017 Ram truck from Airdrie Chrysler/ Dodge, everything went pretty well, I was getting my services done there as well.
My problems all started when I wanted to upgrade my truck. I went to get an appraisal and the number they came back to me with was very low. I was looking to buy used or new but the dealership did not try to help me to get a higher trade in value. They just basically said this is the real number they were offering, And they were not going to give me a better trade price. I am surprised that they would not even try to help me out and gain my business again. My truck was very low kms, No accidents in excellent condition. So I wanted to stay local but went shopping around at other dealerships. I could not believe how much the other dealers were bending over backwards to gain my business and give me a much higher trade in amount than Airdrie Dodge.
I ended up going to Big4Motors on Macleod trail and Phil treated me excellent, Hassle free, They gave me a fantastic price for my trade in.
I was dealing Ryan at Airdrie Dodge, Really nice guy, But I don't feel him or the sales manager tried hard enough to gain my business back, But I guess they had better deals to work on.
I "was" getting my truck serviced at Airdrie Dodge but I believe this is going to come an end and I will go to a dealership who works for their customers.
