We are on our second vehicle with airdrie dodge .....

We are on our second vehicle with airdrie dodge ....I am not sure what has happened but something has changed and not for the better ....the service department is an absolute nightmare , I am supposedly concidered a gold plus preferred customer. Well I would sure like to know what that means because to the staff it means absolutely nothing. Trying to get an oil change even with an appointment is like asking for a million dollars. Try to resolve an issue and speak with a manager? Good luck they won't call you back. I am not sure what's happened to this place , but save yourselves the heart ache and take your business elsewhere l. Severely disappointed.
