Single worst experience at a service department ever! Funny thing is my now second worst experience (which was my first before this visit) was at this same service department years ago. This dealership seems to do very well in the sales and any vehicle still under bumper to bumper warranty... save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else after that! Had my Vehicle for a week and only managed to change fuel filters and drive it around the block a couple times trying to diagnose something with someone who actually knows something over the phone. No sense of urgency to get your vehicle back to you and it felt like they had my truck held hostage never giving any updates of what they have done (in retrospect they really didn't do anything) while they very rudely told me I should be grateful for the service they are providing
