Had 4 recalls on my 2014 Ram and needed 3 tires fixed. Airdrie dodge was accommodating for my difficult schedule, had very friendly shuttle drivers, and their service specialist, Melissa, was knowledgable, efficient, and friendly. I don't usually give 5 star service reviews because service departments are usually garbage, however this experience was actually quite lovely.
My truck was overdue for an oil change, I also had recall updates to be done. Went in on a Saturday to see if I could get the work done and a lady by the name of Vanessa took the very best customer care with me. We arranged a late pick up and she also had a few warranty items taking care of. I have taken my truck to Airdrie dodge since I purchased it and can only recommend them in the highest regard.
Just got a new Ram Warlock from here. Ryan and Jim were phenomenal in getting me the truck I wanted. Most dealing was done over the phone and these guys and went above and beyond to get me the price I was hoping for, and I couldn t be happier. I Dealt with dealership online and on phone from out of province, mostly good experience had a few issues with a couple people on staff and management while trying to deal with, as well as after deal was done.
Biggest, Was pressured into putting a non refundable $1000 deposit instead of a refundable one to hold the used truck for more than three business days that I was dealing on till I could come across two provinces at Christmas time to look at it.
Had out of province safety done, knew there would be an issue with after factory window tint( that I also didn t realize was on until viewing my purchase in person)that I paid for removal.
Also Buyers should be informed about the extra $1000 dealer charge on top of final purchase price as well, before trying to deal on vehicle,that s a whole other story,
There where a few other bad experiences, that I don t want to get into.
I m sure if I would have been able to come and deal with in person it would have been a totally different experience but In all I like my truck it s what I have been looking for with it s style and low Km s, it s the 5th Ram I have owned!

I recently purchased a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan with Airdrie Dodge. I was working with Alisha Simmons, and was very satisfied with her! I came in 20 minutes to closing, and she stayed with me, no complaints right up to the end. She made the purchasing experience fun, and not once did I feel talked into purchasing anything I didn't need, or swindled. Pricing was clear and explained to me thoroughly. no surprises or hidden costs, and she worked with my budget. It was a smooth sailing sale. She even helped me set up bluetooth in my new van. I loved my brand new Journey until it started leaking inside!!! Repeatedly. It was an absolute nightmare and my vehicle spent more time in the shop than it did at home. Now, under 30,000 km's I have not one, but 2 oil leaks!! I would avoid buying a Dodge plain and simple. I got a lemon, and no one cares!!
Worst run business I have yet to deal with. WHY BUY FROM A PLACE YOU CAN NOT GO BACK TO?? Once you have purchased thats it! No going back. To anyone even thinking about this place is try to book an appt for anything. I called and was on hold for "a long time" just to have been hung up on. Then finally got through and was put on hold again and then straight to a voicemail which i never got called back from. All for WARRANTY work. So If you buy from here you will never be able to get oil changes or warranty work done. First off you can not get through to the service department. I can't get them on the phone, and when i took my jeep in they said I had to PAY for a Technician to come out of the shop and advise me on my vehicle! Not do any work, just walk out and look at a piece of chrome and they asked me to pay a half hour of labor. There is a guy called "Jamal" and he is the person that said I had to pay for that... So why would you deal with these guys when you can't get work done on the vehicle or any service? I would do anything to have bought from another dealer. They sell door clips for $15 each. Napa sold me the exact same clips in a pack of 20 for $5... Complete rip off and worst experience ever.

After deciding to make some changes in my vehicle line up. I decided to research Dodge dealers with great reviews. Airdrie Dodge had the best reviews by a longshot. No one else even came close! I have bought over 11 vehicles in the past 10 years. I am no stranger to it or the process. After explaining my needs to Jeffre MacDonald. He gave me some options and ideas. With his expert knowledge of the product, my decision on my new used Chrysler 300S was a no brainer. The car is so sweet! I have not owned a 300 since 2010. The changes they made to the new 300's are nothing short of spectacular!!! I traded in my old Charger SRT8 for a more modern, practical, sexy ride. The whole deal went down extremely fast. Chris and Clark in finance were fantastic to deal with. Chris in finance phone me by the time I walked in my door to tell me I was approved. The service from the staff is superb! As I have said, I bought a ton of vehicles and lost my mind, patience and everything else that goes with the "typical" "I just want to buy a car". But, Airdrie Dodge is amazing. I absolutely loved that there were no hidden fees that used to always make the final price of my cars jump up 5 grand!!! My wife and I will be doing all our future vehicle trades there. I just purchased a beautiful Dodge 1500 Ram Sport from Airdrie Dodge, I walked into the door without an appointment and was greeted by Marie at the front with a pretty smile asking what I was looking for and found me a sales person, it turned out to be Jim, I told Jim what I would like and he found the perfect Truck for me within 10 minutes, we discussed the deal, Jim introduced me to John in finance to close the purchase, the deal was closed within 1 hour. The truck was ready for me the next day for pick up.

Everyone was nice but when I initially made the appointment the info I gave was not relayed to when I dropped off my truck. So when I dropped it off I explained what I needed ( an oil change and a couple of minor issues to double check). Didn t get a call back all day so when I called to check the status they told me the guy I dropped it off with quit half way through the day so they were trying to figure out all his customers. Had some recall issues so I had to leave the truck overnight. Finally when it was ready and I picked it up after work I found they didn t even do an oil change which was the main reason I brought it in so I had to wait another 45 minutes so they could do it. Little frustrating

Nathan the salesman was great, 5*s for him. I work long hours and he was able to get things done quickly without headaches for me around my schedule. Same with the finance guy, John was also easy to deal with around my schedule. I got a decent enough of a deal on my 2016 Jeep, but the 4* rating is because i feel the sales manager could have given me more for my trade in. Would recommend.

I had gone into the dealership to do a regular scheduled maintenance on my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie and was also looking into a new vehicle for my girlfriend who had recently had her car written off. As soon as I walked into the sales office TG Pawlak stopped his conversation with a fellow colleague and came right over to assist me with my needs. After speaking with him about the car my girlfriend was interested in a 2013 Dodge Dart SE and coming up with a price that would work for her we started to talk about how bad of an experience I had received when I had originally purchased my truck just over 2 years ago. TG earned my trust and respect by being up front and honest about everything that we talked about and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions and if he didn't have the answer he went out of his way to find out the correct response to my question and in the end was able to work out a great deal on a 2013 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie Longhorn for me.
