All of the staff at Airdrie Dodge are worth the trip back for. We live about as far away as you can live from Airdrie but we make the trip every time because of the amazing staff. The General Manager Dale is a great, especially with washing license plates lol! All kidding aside, Dale is very passionate about what he does and he always listens to his customers and tries to help them in any way he can. Steve was amazing explaining all of the new features of the truck with us at delivery and helping us get everything organized with the parts and business departments. Jason always goes above and beyond the call of duty looking after the service needs of our trucks. He gives his customers exceptional service and guidance with making decisions about their vehicles and explains very clearly what needs to be done when something is wrong, even to women who may not know the terminology very well lol! The owner of this dealership is very lucky to have staff like this because it keeps people coming back even when it would be far more convenient to go somewhere else!
