My experience started with Warren Kaye, and he was so wonderful to work with. He was diligent in his follow up, professional, knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. I will recommend Warren to anyone I meet who is looking for a Porche or an Audi. I truly cannot say enough about Warren.
Bob Ballard was professional, thorough, and so pleasant. Billy was a delight!
Trace and Ethan, in service, were terrific.
I cannot remember the Porche Manager's name...Ben? He was great and so personable!
I am new to Denver, and when asking around about dealerships, the Prestige name came up time and again. Thank you for a wonderful experience as I separated from my money.. Y'all are a terrific bunch!

I had the best Car Buying experience here at Prestige Audi with Shawn. Very personable, polite and just overall amazing. This was the most exceptional car buying experience I've ever had, and my fiance thought so as well.
The experience of purchasing a vehicle was amazing as was the staff. Michael Cain helped me with the process of finding what I had been looking for and the buying process was quick and easy.
So far the best dealer experience I ve had in Colorado. I did all the negotiations via email and picked up my car a few days later. Even with a few minor hiccups (their email filtered a few of my messages to spam) this was a fantastic experience. Brittany, Roman, Shawn, and Scott were amazing!
I was greeted promptly. My service was completed within the time promised. Everything was explained very clearly. Completely satisfied with my experience.
Horrible service- my Q3 was towed to their service department, Corey called me the next day and said it was ready (8+ inches of snow on this particular day), and when I arrived my battery was dead and there was no gas in my car?? Asked the Sales Manager if he had jumper cables to which he replied "no, I do not have access to the service department area". This incident was not long after my boyfriend had his A4 worked on by their service team, with instructions to winterize his car, picked it up and $2,600 later NO NEW TIRES?! They are fake nice, tell you what you want to hear, and deliver below par service. I will NEVER be back. If you could rate 0 stars they would have received that from me.
Awesome parts department! They almost always have everything I need in stock. Also have a cool selection of Audi/Porsche racing merch. It's worth paying more to get high quality oem parts!
I cannot stress how incompetent the service staff is on the Porsche side. Holy goodness. It s baffling. Do not take your car here.
Scheduled for my 2017 Porsche Macan S to have 20k maintenance. It took days for them to even look at it. Kept calling. The operator told me that the staff is historically difficult to get ahold of. Finally could pick up my car. Made the mistake of ordering another key, which comes from Germany on August 12th. Then *drumroll* I just now get my key today. It was available maybe two weeks ago. During that time, I called many times. It got lost in Germany was the major issue. Then, also, my profile somehow showed that I owned like 20 cars. Everyone kept commenting on it but no one fixed it, even when I called to schedule the fix. I also left a voicemail that day which was never returned. Several days would pass without a response. People would promise to follow up who did not. Etc. I paid almost $400 originally and was told that it was another $150 for the setup. My boyfriend took the car in and they charged him $220. He gave the salesperson $200 and the sales guy just said fair enough . None of this makes sense. It s disrespectful and does not instill confidence that the service was even performed properly with this level of dysfunction.
You just can t make this stuff up. It s a total mess
P.S. I do not want to see a message refuting my experience. This literally was the course of factual events.
Also, why on earth do all of the people with 5 star reviews only have less than 5 reviews total? Was there a promotion for such a thing? In the history of google reviews, why post about this one experience? Valid question.
Cannot say enough about our dealings with Prestige, and specifically Matt Lynch, on the purchase of our new Q5. No pressure; very informative; got us the exact vehicle we wanted; met the price we were willing to pay; very accommodating in delivery after the virus changed everything. And valet service when we need work on the car, even up in Summit County. I do not normally write reviews, but I am happy to do this one and to recommend Prestige and Matt to anyone looking for a new Audi.
This is the worst dealer ever, it has no prestige whatsoever. I bought my Audi here and hoped to receive good treatment and customer service. On January 29th, I took my car in for an alignment. They checked my car and said everything looked real good . My car was maintained and the alignment was the last thing that needed to be done. It was in almost perfect shape. Exactly 20 days later, my car can no longer go over 40 mph, the check engine light turns on, and the gearbox begins to have issues in the split of a second. My car s reverse gear no longer works. How can my car be in almost perfect shape when I take it into prestige imports and 20 days later, this happens? I took it in and they charged me $160 for an all point inspection which was supposedly performed when I took it in for the alignment. To fix my car, I needed to pay $2,600 extra without a guarantee that that would fix the issue. Wow so much prestige!
Warren Kaye was the consummate professional at Prestige Imports. Warren returned calls, checked back, had the auto prepped for a test drive, and completed the deal flawlessly. He checked back after the sale to be sure all was in order. I would recommend this dealership and Warren to the most discriminating buyer.
Went here for warranty work on my B7 A4. Extremely nice staff, great team of mechanics and they have amazing loaner vehicles. They put me in a 2017 A4 which was great experience. I've ordered parts from their parts department and they're always willing to help me find exactly what I need. A+ service
Jeff Hayes was very helpful and professional. He picked me up from my Hotel and drove me to the dealer and closed the deal in less than 2 hours. Had a wonderful experience...
By far the best customer service in town. We have bought 4 cars with Prestige and will continue to go back! Thanks again for always being courteous, professional and fun to work with.
Was extremely pleased with our purchase. The process was easy, the staff was great but unfortunately we were sold a vehicle with hail damage that was never disclosed. Very shady way to do business!
From Iowa and our Q5 had an oil leak on Labor Day. They were open and they fixed it so I was able to head home after the holidays. THANK YOU!! The reason I am so impressed is that I have had many negative experiences at the Des Moines Audi dealership. I may even fly out to buy a new car here so as to avoid our local dealership.
Working with Michael was great. Our car came in just as ordered and he went the extra mile in showing me how to work all the options. Greg the manager wanted to know that I was happy too. The overall experience was great and the drive up the mountains was spectacular. Thank you.*****
I bought a new Audi A7 from Prestige in the Spring of 2018. I took a screenshot of the car listed on their website before I bought and there was no mention of any hail damage.
I went in the following day and test drove and still no mention of any hail damage. I told them I would buy it and I went home to get my checkbook and took an Uber to the dealership so I could drive it home. Only after I had written out the check and was signing paperwork did I see the first mention of hail damage. They assured me it was minimal damage and it had been taken care. A week later when I brought it in to get a clear bra the flourescent lights showed the car had been absolutely demolished by hail and worse of all they did a terrible job of fixing. VERY DISHONEST!!!
I had a great experience here. I worked with Warren Kaye, who is EXCELLENT. He was so kind, and worked with me to get me the car I wanted. I'm 22 and this is first car I bought on my own. Other dealerships I went to assumed I didn't know anything, were very pushy, and tried to milk me for all the money they could, but Warren was very professional and treated me like any other adult. I am so, so happy with my car and would definitely recommend Prestige Imports. (especially Warren, who deserves a raise)
I live in Vermont and bought the 2015 Carrera 4S sight unseen. Graham was the salesperson and he was great to deal with. He described the car accurately and I bought it. I could not ship the car immediately because of the snow and salt on the roads in Vermont, so Graham kept my car for a month until the weather cleared up here. The car arrived today and it is stunning! Very happy with Prestige and with Graham. Thank you!
Very helpful staff and good service. My 2013 Audi Q5 needed some recall work and they got me in quickly, gave me a loaner Q3 for the day, and got me back on the road.
We love and appreciate Prestige Audi! Logan Erdmann was the absolute best and never stopped fighting for the right car and price. We won t go anywhere else for our car purchases.
Can't speak to the sales side, but definitely avoid this place for service. Had my car serviced here and it led to a downward spiral of failures and mounting costs. Nothing I could prove of course, but a great deal of highly coincidental failures with systems near where they had been working. Finally just stopped taking my Audi to them and the problems magically stopped appearing. In response to Prestige reply: Unsurprising that my records were lost. Underscores my point to avoid servicing a car here. Reminder: 1st service date- 27Aug2013, next service date: 31Oct2013, next service date: 15Nov2013...shall I continue? And yes, I have the service records. I'm sorry, but I've already spent thousands of dollars servicing and re-servicing my vehicle there. I won't be coming back.
Best experience I ve had with a car dealership! Lindsey is fantastic! This is the 2nd time we ve worked with them & her. I actually enjoyed the car buying experience. She has always been professional & informative but also super down to earth which really put us at ease. A genuine person who seems to really care for her clients & takes pride in her work. The service department has always been professional & helpful too. All around superb service. You have my loyalty Prestige!
I recently purchased a 2018 Audi Q5 from Prestige Imports. Team Audi @ Prestige made purchasing a new car not only painless but a fun and pleasant experience, the fun part was driving this very cool beautiful vehicle. I want to personally thank Nori, Arnold and Aaron, for all of your personal attention. Liz Ekalo
I went to look at a new car and was treated very badly. Maybe its because I'm not in their "age standard" they did not take me seriously. When I asked to talk to the General Manager and they said he was too busy, even though I could see him sitting at his desk. The same day I went to McDonald Audi and purchased a new vehicle!! Never will I consider going to this dealer again for any reason!
I am adjusting my review based on the fact that once I posted several reviews on different websites I finally received communication from the manager. As always, he was very understanding and helpful. I did receive the key, but it took about a week longer than what was told to me initially. I also did not receive the emergency key, but the manager said he would look into that and, if available, assist with providing me that as well. Overall, despite a few bumps in the road, I'd give this a 4 star buying experience. It's a shame though why there is always something that makes purchasing a vehicle so painful.
I bought my 2008 911 Turbo on line without ever seeing it in person. Warren did a great job helping me with the entire process. In their inspection process they noticed the clutch was not performing as it should and the dealer replaced it. They touched up all minor paint nicks and detailed. They arranged for financing, shipping and delivery, which all went very well. Only issue was the wind deflector was not included, but I had never asked about it during the process. Not a big issue as I was able quickly order a new one clutch from Suncoast. Overall a great experience. Thanks Warren!
When my car was due for service, the service rep from Prestige Audi actually said I should only do the oil change instead of the full service, as I had comparatively little miles on my car that year. 150$ instead of 550$. Together with a quick service and a beautiful Audi loaner, this was indeed great service!
Bottom line it just doesn't get any better than the PM's service department, professionalism, technical expertise, overall a wonderful experience. Look forward working with them again. Excellent!
One of the best customer service experiences I have ever received. Dustin is the man and is extremely professional. Kept me updated throughout my maintenance and made sure to call me if anything came up that would warrant a potential charge. Definitely going to influence my decision on where to purchase my next audi when it's time for an upgrade. Thank you Presige Imports service center.
From the moment I stepped into Prestige, my expectations were exceeded. The immediate attention to my presence and the quickness of care all the way through to my final purchase was excellent. My experience was hassle free, cooperative, and required some flexibility to which each member of the Prestige team I worked with (Aaron, Gregg, Ryan) was exemplary! Thank you!!
Smooth experience and good service, though I wish we did more of a thorough walk-through of the vehicle upon purchasing, as I have found a few faults that i wish i would have seen. To be fair, I bought a Range Rover at an Audi/Porshe dealership, so the salesman and myself weren't too familiar with the truck. When I have the funds to buy something else here, I definitely will.
EVERYTHING WAS OK , EXCEPT FOR ONE THING - THEY HAVE HIDE THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE ACCIDENT ON THE CAR. I BELIEVED THEM AND DID NOT CHECK. NOW WHEN I AM SELLING THE CAR IT CAME OUT.
I see the reply stating there was no accident . Lying again. Here is the VIN for a car. Grab your pre-owned sales manager sit down together and look carefully on the carfax report again. Picture attached .
Matt Lynch led my efforts to find a new car. He did an excellent job in listening to my needs, helping me to select the right vehicle to meet those needs and then, efficiently managing the purchase process. He was responsive, knowledgeable and attentive. As was everyone else I got to work with at Prestige.
As a result, I now drive an 2011, Audi S5. I'm thrill with the new car and very satisfied with my experience with Matt and Prestige.
If you are looking for a new Audi, look up Matt at Prestige.
Had a problem with my 911 not being in ready status for emissions. After several failed attempts I finally took it over to Prestige. They informed me about a known issue since CO changed their emissions parameters. They were able to finally get it to be in ready status so it would pass emissions and the cost was very minimal. I am grateful for their knowledge and keeping me in the loop of what had to or could be done. I appreciate their honesty.
My service manager Joleen was great! She took care of my car and kept me informed through a complex situation. She was pleasant upbeat and positive. Good job!!
Very poor. 2 fronts. Gave me wrong advice, saying I would need a timing belt changed ($1700). Checked with Audi - NOT TRUE. Car booked in for service with loan car (I live an hours drive away). 45 minutes later I am told that Progressive insurance has stopped covering loan cars suddenly. I am welcome to take the loan car but will be uninsured. Aghast at such a suggestion I enquire if I cant drive on their insurance (extended test drive)???
No way says Mr Service Manager. Though Progressive does cover hire cars.
Great then - I'll hire it for a dollar!? No, we don't have the paperwork.
And as I was unwilling to wait 3- 4 hours or drive their loan car uninsured (seriously guys really?) I left with no service complete.
I love Audi's. Think Ill buy a BMW next time though thanks to these useless bozos!
I absolutely love Prestige Imports, so much so that my parents and brother also bought a car from them the same day as we did. The staff here is exceptional. They treat you like family and take such good care of you. I am now a life long customer. The other dealerships should take note of not only how to treat customers, but also to retain them. Thank you for our brand new Q7.
This was my first purchase from Prestige Imports and I couldn't have had a better experience. Recognizing it's the people and staff that make a dealership what it is, was never more apparent then going through the process of buying a 2016 Audi S4 with the help of Michael McGrath and Scott Wondrasch. Do to some timing issues, it required the help from both to get the deal and paperwork wrapped up of which they did with the highest level of service and professionalism possible. Prestige Imports is fortunate to have these two quality gentlemen as a part of their staff.
Got a nice 2017 Q7. Nice car even if controls are not intuitive. Unfortunately unethical salesmen spoiled the whole experience. Ordered the car with just what I wanted on it and when it took 3 1/2 months to come in. Then I got cheated on the trade in. They had promised me $23,000 in the contract subject to my trade in "not having a lot more miles or any mechanical issue or damage". There weren't many more miles or more issues but they still told me it was only worth $20,000 but would do me "a favor" of giving me $21,000. That may be the right value but the problem is the $23,000 they originally promised me was never real and just made up to make a sale. I expected better than a sleazy bait and switch used car salesman trick. I was wrong. Won't make that mistake again. This is my 3rd and last Audi I'll buy from them. They ripped me off.
Had a great experience working with Dean and Lindsey to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee. They made it an easy and transparent process. I will go back for future purchases.
Updated: Previously I had posted a 5 star rating stating "fantastic sales and service" in 2013. Now 2017 and the quality of service has dropped significantly. Technician broke a piece off of bumper while fixing a problem caused by body shop. Tech left part of front trim hanging. Marked up tires with large lettering and didn't wipe off after tire rotation. I would expect more from an Audi dealership.
I will give them credit for having loaner cars available even if they are covered in hail damage and there is broken glass in the trunk.
I bought a relatively inexpensive car from a dealer full of expensive cars. Ian was exemplary, and never for an instant treated me like he would rather be dealing with a customer looking to spend more money. He took his time, answered my questions, and kept all of our appointments as we had talked about. When it was time to sign, the finance guy was very nice, and excellent to work with as well. I even met several other employees in various positions. Everyone was nice, friendly, and very easy to work with. If I hadn't bought the vehicle I was looking at, I would still be keen to return here again. Highly recommended. You wont be disappointed at the service here.
Your Service Department has surely changed for the good over the years. I had an Audi I bought 15 years ago and Service Department always made me feel stupid. I have recently bought 2 new Audi s in 2014 and Scott West promised me a changed Service Department, Scott was Sales Manager at the time. Service Department has been outstanding. Thanks Scott and congratulations on your promotion to General Manager!!!
Bought a pre owned Porsche from Joseph a year ago. He helped make the process easy and enjoyable from driving the car to a private mechanic to get checked out to staying until 11pm to close the sale. Definitely recommend
I had an in writing deal on an 07 M6 from my salesperson. Filled out all requested paperwork and submitted $1k deposit within 48 minutes. Bought and shared the documentation of a one way plane ticket to pick up vehicle following week to demonstrate my commitment. Shortly thereafter received a sorry one of other salespersons sold it to a local customer about an hour ago. Excuse being 4 salesperson were working this hot car at the same time. Obviously the approval processes are broken. In all my many car, and in general business deals this is right at the top in terms of the worse.
The Prestige service experience is what service is all about. My car was serviced on-time and completely. The advisor went over every detail of the service, and as a final thank-you, my car had been cleaned inside and out. In the meanwhile, I was able to overload on coffee, rolls and watch some TV in the Quattro Cafe. Who wouldn't be impressed?
Jeff Hayes was exceptional and professional to work with. He is honest and very knowledgeable about Porsche. I definitely recommend my friends and fanlmily to Jeff.
Prestige Audi has been my sole auto dealer for the past 25 years for good reason- they take care of their customers! My most recent transaction was only different in that they continue to exceed my expectations. Chad Folkerts was my sale person and made the factory ordering process seamless. I'm truly grateful for Chad's knowledge of the vehicle, communication throughout, availability and exceptional customer service! Scott Wondrasch and Scott West gave me an incredible deal and rounded out a team experience second to none. Thank you!
I have attempted to buy many cars from this dealership over the years and I have only been successful one time, but that even came about in a very unpleasant sales experience. Wanted to trade my Porsche for another Porsche they had, didn't see eye to eye so they gave me my title back and literally walked me to the door and said, "No Thanks". About 3 weeks later they called me up to ask if I was still interested in the deal that they would not originally accept as they now wanted to do it. They actually had a buyer for my Porsche and that was what made them now willing. I called them a little bit ago to see if they wanted to buy that Porsche back that they sold me 2 years ago, but said no, they didn't want that Porsche in their inventory. Their choice! But another Porsche dealership bought it from me and I then purchased a new Porsche from them. Over the past 5 years I have called to inquire about Porsches and Audis. They have not followed up with my interest when I inquire about a new model and have offered me non-competitive trade-in values. I even was dis-satisfied with a simple oil change on a Porsche which they messed up on, which I was given a "Sorry". That experience didn't give me the confidence to bring any of my cars to them. So, I have had bad experiences with Sales, both Porsche and Audi and the service dept. was a bad experience as well. As a result I have purchased 6 Porsche/Audis from other dealerships in the last 3 years.
I like a dealership that treats customers with respect and fairness and also knows how to properly service what they sell. As a PCA member it's disappointing that this dealership doesn't meet my needs as they participate and help out with this region's club.
I guess when you walked a customer to the door and say "No Thanks" we don't want your business, that customer eventually becomes someone else's Customer.
I live 1 hour away, and I scheduled to see a specific car at this dealership about a week in advance with Warren. Warren was informed of the fact that I live an hour away. When I arrived at my appointment, I discovered that the car was in the showroom and not available to be test driven. Warren did not ask me if I wanted to test drive the car, nor did he tell me in advance that the car would be unavailable to be test driven. I wasted two hours driving to and from my house to the dealership. This is incredibly unprofessional, and I have never encountered such situation at any dealerships I have visited.
Took car in for service. Told us that our car would not be ready tell 1PM An did told us they did not have a loner car to give us! But offerd everyone else a loner car I am Completely baffled at the total disrespect that was give to us an the full on lie he told to our faces right after someone declined on taking one.
Bought a 2010 Panamera Turbo via the internet, flew in and Aaron and Roman took care of the whole process in less than 2hrs and I was on the road driving the car back to CA, 1300 miles. Car was beautifully prepared and maintained and brought me home without any issues. Thanks guys!
We purchased our Audi Q-3 with the help of Lindsey Jones. We had a great buying experience were are very happy with our purchase. Lindsey made the transaction very easy. She even came to our home to complete the purchase! We would highly recommend working with Lindsey and Prestige Audi for any future auto purchases.
Paul was very nice and explained all of the service issues in a friendly and detailed manner. My coupons were honored without any conditions. The waiting room TV could use alternatives to 24 hour news and you need a recycle bin for all the plastic water bottles.
I currently am leasing a 2016 Allroad - it is the third Audi wagon I have gotten at Prestige. Their salespeople, especially Matt Lynch, are great. I had never purchased a car at a dealership before my first Audi (and then second and third wagons) from Matt, because at other dealerships, I felt they were trying to oversell me and treat me differently because I was a woman - as if I didn't know anything about cars. It was infuriating and I walked out of other dealerships immediately. Since I bought my first Audi at Prestige in 2005, I have not been in any other dealership.
I consistently refer friends to both to Matt Lynch in sales and to the service side at Prestige.
They kept my brand new car in their shop for 5 month's waiting on a part. They still have it from October!! I finally got my car at the end of May. They dropped it of at my house. Battery was drained and the electrical parts and wiring were disconnected. The alarm would go off ever 10 minutes. I brought it to Audi of Denver to fix the mutiple problems caused by Prestige. I'm currently filling a law suit.
