Previously I had posted a 5 star rating stating "fantastic sales and service" in 2013. Now 2017 and the quality of service has dropped significantly. Technician broke a piece off of bumper while fixing a problem caused by body shop. Tech left part of front trim hanging. Marked up tires with large lettering and didn't wipe off after tire rotation. I would expect more from an Audi dealership.

I will give them credit for having loaner cars available even if they are covered in hail damage and there is broken glass in the trunk.
