My experience with Prestige Imports and Gerhard Rexroth have been exceptional. I am one who does not enjoy the whole car dealership experience. But Gerhard and Prestige make this very easy. I have recently leased my 3rd Audi with them. Gerhard has been with us through each vehicle. We receive personalized attention. He has worked with us to meet our needs and always goes above and beyond. Prestige in my opinion provides the utmost in sales and service. I highly recommend anyone looking for an Audi seeing Gerhard and using Prestige Imports. You won't be disappointed!

I took my car in for servicing. Afterward I notice a scratch that had apparently been on the car but I hadn't noticed it. I called Cory and he said to bring the car in and he would buff it out. I did that and he did it in just a few minutes. Looks brand new! So impressed with the service!

I ve purchased two Porsches from Prestige in the last year and have had a seamless experience on both occasions! Initially I was shopping in Denver to replace my 2013 Cayenne as the sales tax was so low in Colorado compared to Arizona. I visited 2 other dealers before coming to Prestige; Frankly the experience there was just superior in every way; I had a relaxed easy conversation with both Ron Hughes and Gregg Sunfield, no BS on my trade or anything else. I ordered the new Cayenne the same day!
My second purchase was a 2019 Targa 4 GTS. It took a longer to get delivery than I d would have liked, but its such a rare car I can t hold that against Prestige. Anyway, again the buying experience was first rate.

I took my 911 S in at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment - the check engine light had just turned on. Ethan noticed misfire, and got the car in the shop right away. Found a ignition coil was loose and plugs needed to be changed. He was able to get the plugs and coils changed (I opted to upgrade while the work was being done), along with an overall inspection - fluids, etc. and I was on my way by 5:30pm. Ethan kept me updated throughout the repair process...simply outstanding customer service - I highly recommend!

Prestige Imports is absolutely ICREDIBLE! I'm not one to write reviews, however I do read them and make my decisions largely based off them. This entire team was so awesome to deal with that I decided to write one this time. My wife and I recently purchased a pre-owned Mercedes-Benz from Prestige and we were treated top notch throughout the entire process. Amelia (sales) had the vehicle warmed up and ready for us to see the minute we arrived. She was fantastic to interact with throughout the negotiation process and even took it upon herself to learn details about a vehicle they don't normally sell so she could be prepared if we had any questions. Salem (floor manager) was responsive to our concerns, understanding of our situation, and worked to get us the best deal possible, which he certainly did. Ryan (finance) made the painful process of signing documents and committing to monthly payments as pleasant as possible, and he even did so with our 5 year old running around and our 7 month old trying to eat the papers we were signing, most importantly he did this all with a smile on his face. A few weeks after purchasing I noticed our tensioner belt was shredding and needed to be replaced. I contacted Salem who put me in touch with service manager Lenny. They got the Mercedes in to the shop the very next day, got it fixed within a few hours, and Lenny even delivered the vehicle to our house so my wife wouldn't have to leave with our 7 month old in the snow and ice. I can't say it any other way than absolutely top-notch! If the Prestige Import management team reads these, I want you to know that you have an absolutely outstanding operation here and my wife and I couldn't be more impressed. I can't thank you enough for all you guys did for us. Thank you Thank you!!! We will definitely have Prestige as a first choice when we get our next vehicle!

My wife and I went to Prestige for information on an Audi S3. Originally we weren't planning to buy but after the test drive we were in love with the car! The whole time Kenny Young made the process seamless and with zero pressure to purchase. Roman Castro in financing was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we understood all the details and warranty options. I purchase my Audi A6 from Prestige Imports in April, and am very please with this dealership. I shopped at virtually every Audi dealership in the Denver area and wasn't happy with any of them until a friend referred me to Prestige. Scott West and Rod Mcna were just great to work with, absolutely no pressure at all. They spent a lot of time with me going over all of the features and letting me try them out in the various cars on the lot, and were very patient (I made ~3-4 trips to the dealership before making my decision). I made it clear that I wanted more out of a dealership than just a place to buy my car, I viewed buying a luxury car as a long-term partnership where the dealer would ensure that everything is taken of when things go wrong. I travel a lot for work, and it's not always convenient to drop off or pick up a car. Scott and Rod introduced me to the service department, and assured me that if my car needed repairs, they would provide a loaner vehicle to me, and if I couldn't drive down (I live in Longmont), they would have someone come get it. I ended up buying a fully loaded A6 which had to be ordered from Germany, and they made that experience extremely painless as well as fun, and lucky for me the car even came in early. The car buying experience with Prestige Imports was just phenomenal, though not as nice as the car :) Scott and Rod made the experience truly enjoyable, and I have absolutely no regrets. The A6 is absolutely an Amazing car.

The post delivery experience has been great as well, much better than I expected, and Prestige Imports lived up to their word. I returned last week from a business trip and my Check Engine light came on, and the car was running very poorly. I called prestige and they said they could schedule me in on Saturday. Realizing that the airport is closer to Prestige than than it is to Longmont, I called them back and asked if I could drop the car off immediately. They said no problem at all. I arrived at Prestige and met with the service advisor, Ted Stratton. He got to me right away when I arrived, virtually no waiting even though my scheduled appointment wasn't until the next day. He was very quick and thorough, got the details of the problem and verified it with me (walked out to the car and saw the CEL was on), and said they would try and see if they could get to it that day (a day early). I also asked Ted if he could get a quote for me to repair a deep scratch on rear quarter panel.

My loaner car was available and ready within 10 minutes, and I was in and out very quickly. About 2 hours later, Ted called me back and said they were able to look at the car and determined the problem (a rodent had chewed through some wires), and that they would have it fixed before the end of the day. He called back ~ 1 hour later and said the car was ready to pick up, total repair time was only a few hours, I was very pleasantly surprised given that I did not have an appointment. Ted also had the body ship examine the scratch and had a detailed estimate ready as well, and said he would help schedule the longer repair (requiring painting) during a business trip so I could drop the car off before the trip, Prestige would drop me off at the airport, and then pick me up when I returned at the end of the week. Ted and service team there did a great job, and I could not be more pleased with my repair experience, and I really appreciate the flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile for their customers. Prestige Imports has earned my trust and loyalty.

I had an amazing experience with prestige imports, they really respected my mom and I while we were there. I wanted a pre purchase inspection for the car I was eventually going to buy and they let me drive it all the way down to elizabeth for that. My mechanic told me that it was the cleanest used audi he's ever looks at. So I bought the car and the next day I drove to a car wash rolled down my window paid for the car wash and then tried to roll it back up but it was stuck down. I called Ian and we brought the car in and prestige imports fixed it free of charge. On top of that they also gave me a loaner car while my a4 was getting the window replaced, and when the car was returned it was super clean and had been washed. Overall prestige imports genuinely cares about their customers and it was the best car buying experience anyone could ever ask for.

Any bad reviews here seem to be old. I read a lot of them but experienced none of the complaints and experienced quite the opposite. I bought a used BMW X5 after looking for a while at a few dealerships. All of my other experiences felt very used car salesmen despite viewing a few BMWs at other luxury car dealerships. Prestige was one of the only dealerships that didn t make me feel as if I had to buy the car and drive it off the lot that day but that it was my choice whether or not I liked it and i should deliberate it (which seems obvi but you d be surprised at how many dealerships don t do that) and they were very accommodating despite me coming in near closing due to my work schedule. Overall a really good experience and I left in my new car feeling nothing but comfortable and happy with my purchase

Extremely please with my experience at Prestige Imports.

I was looking for a used car and found on-line a 2010 Toyota Corolla at this dealership. When I walked in wearing a tee-shirt, shorts and running shoes, I assumed I would be ignored, being a Porsche dealership. Instead I was treated very respectfully and with great consideration. Jeff Hayes was just awesome. Very helpful, professional and considerate, without being "pushy". The Toyota Corolla was perfect. Very clean and nice. And at a great price. The purchase was done quickly and efficiently. No waiting 2 hours to get it washed or any silly nonsense like at other dealerships.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone else looking for a vehicle.

One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. No pushy salesman. Walked in, test drove, talked numbers, submitted offer, financed, and done. They were fair on my trade and I am really happy with the deal I got on my pre-owned car. Griffin was my salesman and he was more concerned with my needs rather than the needs of the company. No salesman gimmicks or anything. Bob my finance guy was awesome. Took the time to explain everything. Note, I was in there way past closing and these guys made sure I was taken care of instead of trying to push me out the doors for closing. A+

I'm always pleased with the service here, they go out of their way to ensure that service is as pleasant an experience as possible, including the new video reports on my car's service items and progress. They have also given me amazing advice that has saved me a considerable amount of money. While I've never purchased a vehicle from them, I've done test drives and shopped for new and used cars here and always has knowledgeable as respectful sales people helping me.

During negotiations to purchase a used service loaner, the manager and sales person mentioned that body work had been recently performed due to hail damage. They did not mention the vehicle had been involved in an accident, which I only discovered after asking them to provide me with a CarFax report.

I have also had my vehicle serviced at this dealership, and the customer "service" department is terrible. I requested information numerous times on a specific repair, and told by the Service Manager that they would call me back with the information. No returned phone calls, ever. I called back, got the same story, and again no return calls. I wanted to pay them to do the work, but have decided to take my business to another dealer.

I will not return to this dealer.

I was happy to be able to schedule an oil change just one day in advance and even though I hadn't selected a service writer, John was ready to help me when I arrived. He was pleasant and explained how long it would take. I waited there for the service to be completed and was surprised that they finished more quickly than I expected, even though they added a few additional items to my visit (minor recalls). He advised me on the condition of the vehicle and did not recommend any additional services that I would need to pay for.

I felt like their service department worked as a true team - even service employees that I wasn't working with directly were attentive to me during my visit - another writer let me know when they were finishing up because John was assisting in the completion of my service. Everyone seemed happy to be working there, too.

Their waiting area is comfortable, with snacks & beverages and good Wi-Fi!

Overall, I'm thrilled with the service that I received here and will return in the future.

I received nothing but exceptional service from Prestige Imports. Between the service and sales department they helped me find an acceptable solution to a very expensive car problem. I was given a complementary loaner while my service was completed. I was updated regularly on the progress of the work. Kristen and Randy in the service department, Scott in the sales department and even Justin the General Manager were involved in making my experience outstanding and incredibly personal. Will continue to go back and spread the good word about Prestige.

We just purchased a Q5 and worked with Lindsey. The entire experience was no pressure and the pricing was straightforward with no surprises. During the test drives Lindsey answered all of our questions, explained all of the features and the differences between the models we were considering. We needed a day to decide and there was no pressure to make a decision. When we went in to finalize the purchase everything was in order. The finance manager explained the various warranties and service contracts that were available and once again there was no pressure to purchase things we did not want. Then Lindsey went over all of the features once again. Everything was set-up and explained to our full satisfaction. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish.

Again and again Prestige comes through with outstanding service. My car buying experience was awesome which was already a surprise for me. I had worked with another local Audi dealer who was an absolutely nightmare even before I purchased anything, I won't say who but let's just say "I was not lovin' it." Then I had to take my car in for a service appoint and once again they blew me away with their honesty and customer service. At this point I really can't see myself going anywhere else.

Our salesman, Chad bent over backwards to do everything he could to complete this transaction. Obviously during COVID car sales were challenging. He brought the car from Lakewood to Boulder for our test drive and returned later with the paperwork, new car and to take our trade back to Lakewood.

I reside in Arizona and bought a used 2016 M4 out of state from this dealership in Colorado and Chad Folkerts-whom I strongly recommend-,my sales rep, did an incredible job coordinating the entire process. I flew out for a test drive and walk around of the vehicle prior to signing and Chad was personable, professional, and had great communication both on the phone and in-person. I even made him jump hoops by having it pre inspected at the local BMW dealership. Also helped arrange getting the car shipped down here. I also had a great experience with Roman, their finance manager. He made signing quick and painless. I applaud the level of customer service at this dealership!

Purchasing experience was fine, but after the deal is done, good luck with reaching anyone for help. No one at Prestige returns my calls. I called my salesperson for questions on the radio, left messages, and never got a call back. My temporary plate expired and DMV said they haven t received the paperwork, and I m still waiting for a call back from a financing officer. They put the purchase date wrong and at the time they told me I only needed my last name on the temporary registration. The lady at DMV told me that s not true. So I hope you will not need anything from prestige after the sale is done.

Best service experiences EVER here, multiple occasions - we did not buy here but they sold us the best service plan on the market and stood behind it perfectly on our 2016 Q3 Quattro. On the last service we finally bought new tires, they competed with Discount tire and it was a great deal. Then, a month later - a nail in a new tire. Under the tire guarantee we got from them, it was replaced free - $200 tire, and on a days notice plus, replaced the batteries in our key fobs. Thanks to Dan Schrubbe this time around for the great service. We'll buy here next time for sure.

I bought a used 2007 RS4 from Kenny today, and he was very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole experience. He made it a painless and easy process which made me feel extremely confident in my decision on the car. I was able to talk to techs about the vehicle and put it up on a lift to get a better look at many of the components. This is my first experience buying from a dealer and it worked out flawlessly. I have also purchased lots of parts for my current car from prestige Audi, and they have always been great to work with - this buying experience adds even more to my overall positive perception.

I have bought 5 cars here and each time it was a great experience. I have gone to other dealers and even made one purchase, but I always end up back at Prestige because of the outstanding service. Matt in sales and Scott the general manager always treat me with respect even though I not purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. They take my concerns seriously and have always fixed any issue that arose. Even always hear out my needs for both my vehicle and my price. I just want to thank Justin Adis and Jeff Hayes for making this purchase experience the best one I have had! It was truly a 5 star experience from A to Z. I live part-time in CA and the car needed to be delivered to TX. Everything was handled through phone calls, emails and text messaging. Very good communication and extremely efficient. Prestige Imports took care of everything including having the car shipped out in time to arrive on a very specific day here in Austin. I was so impressed and I would highly recommend Prestige Imports to anybody. I will definitely reach out to them again for the next purchase. First class and Bravo to Justin, Jeff and the team!
