Great food. Nothing is bad and servers are awesome.

I come here often. Great atmosphere friendly staff. When weather permits the back deck is my favorite. Recommend the potato soup, salmon sandwiches and chocolate mousse pie.

Good food, slow service. Was there on trivia night and only 1 server for a full restaurant.

This restaurant is absolutely one of the most pleasant place in the area. Every time I come to this place I am profoundly glad. They hold their high standard service and the highest level of meals they give. You always win with this restaurant. Highly recommended.

This place is wonderful, has romantic and cozy atmosphere. The service is incredibly attentive and friendly, and the food is delicious. Their house salad wasn't anything to write home about - but to be fair, I should have ordered more pub grub. The potato soup was amazing, complete with corned beef. A great place for friends!

I was in the mood for bangers and mash and this was the closest place to my house that had them. Surprising since I called three Irish pubs before them. I called ahead and intended to get takeout. When I got there my food was about 4 minutes from being done so I grabbed a beer while I waited. I was blown away by the vibe of this place so I ended up staying a bit. Even ate half my meal at the restaurant since I didn t want to leave. Very intimate, friendly people willing to talk, literally no one was on their phone, and the decor was superb. I will be back in the near future that s for sure. I realize it was a Thursday and apparently on Friday s and saturdays they are busier but I loved what I saw and the food was the best bangers and mash I ve had since my last trip to Dublin.

When I die I want to haunt this place. It is my favorite place.

Cute little place. We were there for the entertainment seated in a little courtyard. Our service was really really good as was my food. It was a bit chilly this evening but I would love to come back when it's warmer weather.

It's a solid place. Good beer selection, decent food, and nice patio. We don't come here often because they don't have a very good gluten free menu and my wife has Celiac, but it's a nice Irish pub.

Great bar and great food. Tonight was a busy drinking night so it was more crowded than usual. The bar shares the same problem as most Glen Ellyn restaurants in that the acousitcs seem poor so restaurant is loud.

My boyfriend and I wanted to try a new place, so we tried Shannon s. We will not be returning. We ordered the Rueben rolls, which were good but obviously frozen. The cook on my burger was beyond well-done. It was so dry it was almost inedible. Definitely better spots in downtown Glen Ellyn - save your money.

I went there with my mom the day before st. Patrick's. I got the fish fry and my mom got the corned beef. Both were delish! The vibe is full of great energy and a very cozy welcoming atmosphere.

Shannon's is great for Irish pub food. Several dishes I'd recommend like their pot pie and corned beef. Good beers to choose from too!

Very good, but very pricey for what you get. I got shepherds pie and she got fish and chips and we shared. Very tatsty but still, a tough sell on the price for me to go back often.

I come to this superb restaurant many times as I like the special air that is unique to this restaurant. The staff is extraordianrillyremarkably attentive and well trained. The service is certainly efficient. Most important, the food they cook is magnificent. I ate there often and I was never disappointed. The rate is modest. I highly recommend this place to to everybody.

Best burger ever! And a rather unique one, too - half ground beef, half corned beef, blended together for the most flavorful burger I've ever had, anywhere! The potato corned beef soup is really good. I've had a few other dishes such as fish-n-chips and shepherd's pie in the past, very good, but now that I've had the corned beef burger I get that every time! Service is usually very good. Atmosphere is fun, traditional wood lined pub inside, an enclosed courtyard in the back, I assume permanent even though it is a giant tent structure. Good value for the price too.

Great food, great atmosphere and very nice people. We've been going here for many years. Still the same great place. And they have the best fish n chips Love this place! But we do mis the canopy over the patio in the Fall, Spring & Winter months, otherwise we'd go there a lot more often. Please consider putting it back up, you'd definitely have a lot more business!

Great burgers and a fun place to meet and watch a game.

Nice atmosphere, not too crowded. We sat in their patio which was really cute and pleasant. We got cocktails and appetizers, the mini tenderloin sandwiches were to die for. I had the French martini and my friend had a Cosmo. Both drinks were great!

I love this place. Moved to Glen Ellyn in 2009 and have made many trips here. The steak ciabatta sandwich is out of this world. Great, casual atmosphere with good prices.

Great food. Just stay away from the Pedobear in the NRA hat who's lingering at the bar. The pervert kept trying to lure our 2 year old away from the table and then waited until we had to change our infant in the booth, b/c the bathroom has no changing table. The NRA hat wearing freak thought it would be a great time to come get a look at her and ask "is that a boy or a girl?" Seriously you fcuking weirdo. Go get your jollys someplace else. The freak seemed like a regular at this place. First time and last time we dine here. Parents be aware...there's a twisted NRA pervert looking for his chance.

My sister and I stopped in at the mid point in our bike ride along the Prairie Path/Great Western route. It's only a block south of the trail with plenty of bike stations and trees to lock up to.

My burger was fantastic well prepared and they used a quality blue cheese with a nice tartness not the bland stuff a lot of places use. My sister seemed to enjoy her salad. Our waitress (whose name is escaping me) was wonderful, she was friendly and attentive. We both ordered Arnold Palmers and she was quick on refilling them when the glasses got low which doesn't always happen elsewhere with a "mixxed" drink. Since we'd been riding we were both very thirsty.

Great Irish pub. I go here every St Patrick's day and am able to get in with no issue.

This place gives excellent service and delightful meals. One of the best spot in town. The drinks and food served quickly and the rates were inexpensive. Will definitely recommend this spot.

We enjoy eating out. Last night we found this superb place which we didn t know before. We had a lovely time there with excellent food and a well-trained team and a distinguished chief cook. We put this restaurant in our list and we will surely go again very soon. We deeply recommend.
