Very poor. 2 fronts.
Gave me wrong advice, saying I would need a timing belt changed ($1700). Checked with Audi - NOT TRUE.
Car booked in for service with loan car (I live an hours drive away). 45 minutes later I am told that Progressive insurance has stopped covering loan cars suddenly. I am welcome to take the loan car but will be uninsured. Aghast at such a suggestion I enquire if I cant drive on their insurance (extended test drive)???

No way says Mr Service Manager. Though Progressive does cover hire cars.

Great then - I'll hire it for a dollar!? No, we don't have the paperwork.

And as I was unwilling to wait 3- 4 hours or drive their loan car uninsured (seriously guys really?) I left with no service complete.

I love Audi's. Think Ill buy a BMW next time though thanks to these useless bozos!
