A very disappointing experience I had bringing in my vehicle's first service appointment. Made an appointment (pre-scheduled some time out) but when I showed up there was a confused response from the service person who told me there must have been a "glitch in the system." There was no appointment in their systems. This was followed by a "sorry," and then total silence. No offer to see what they could do. No offer to even attempt to reschedule. Nothing. Just silence. I paused wondering and expecting what the next steps would be. Sorry. That's it.

Mea culpa that I totally should have known to expect a call or a text for appointment reminder; that should have been a signal to me that something was amiss.

As this was warranty work possibly due to Dieselgate I did wonder in the back of my mind if this was intentional and silent relief at getting to delay or avoid having to do a TDI claim ... but I'm sure that's not the case.

I'm happy to adjust this rating if they ever actually do work for me, but they had no interest in my future business to even try to reschedule with me.

Prestige has a lot of fine new cars to sell but don't buy used from them or trust their service at all. Purchased a BMW X5 used. Broke down within the 1st month. They assured us that it was just the battery. Turns out the car had serious computer problems. The car just goes into limp mode or stalls altogether while driving. It's happened more than once on the highway and have almost been rear ended several times as a result. It was now that we found out that buying a BMW from a dealer who is not an authorized service center is a huge and EXPENSIVE mistake. We also learned that their "in depth used car inspection" entails reading the car fax as stated by them in one of their BBB reviews. They essentially laughed all the way to the bank as they pawned this problem off on a BMW certified service center and stalled for time until essentially we had no recourse against them. I'm assuming this is a big reason why someone traded the BMW there since they knew a lower level service center would have no way of knowing that this car had serious issues. At the time of purchase the GM stated that he had been driving this BMW for a month as his personal car and it was a great car. We have since learned from the service manager that it is on record that when the car arrived at the dealership to when it was sold, it was driven less than 25 miles. So unless the GM lives down the block, I'm assuming that's not a month's worth of driving. The service manager himself called this car a "safety hazard" and said that he knew sales would bend over backwards to rectify the situation. I guess their definition of bending over backwards is refusing to take the car back unless we leased a brand new Audi from them. Unfortunately we've spent all of our new Audi money on tow trucks over this past year and we have explained ad naseum that the mileage restrictions of a lease just aren't going to be feasible. Bottom line is this; If you buy a car from them, push hard at the beginning to make them help you if they've sold you a lemon. Do NOT TRUST their used car certification as they don't stand behind it when the chips are down. So now we have a very nice looking paper weight sitting out in the driveway because this car is far too dangerous to drive.

A competitor told me to drive a Q7, which led us to Prestige and Finn. Finn has now set the bar for ease of and professionalism for working with a salesperson. If you are looking for a best in class SUV, drive this automobile. If you want as much from the sales person and team behind the car, go to Prestige and find Finn. It will be worth you time.

There's a reason this place is so busy. They provide excellent service and top-notch care when it comes to servicing your car. I'm glad I've hired them to care for my Audi for the entire duration of owning my car. Thank you!

Didn't end up going with Audi (purchased a BMW 328...

Didn't end up going with Audi (purchased a BMW 328 from another dealer) but had a great experience with Ryan and the GM Scott on Black Friday. It was clearly a busy day for this team but they made every effort to make us comfortable and show us the benefits of Audi and prestige. At the end of the day the features and offer from BMW were better suited to our needs but I would have no reservations recommending Prestige Audi for a positive sales experience. Great CPO selection, helpful team and transparent pricing.

Overall good experience, especially compared to other high-pressure dealers I went to before I found this place. Only 2 real gripes:

I was promised delivery of the vehicle since I was driving a rental at the time. As soon as I signed the paperwork, delivery suddenly wasn't possible. I ended up having to drive my new car to my job and take an Uber back to get my rental car, then take the rental car back the next day and Uber back to work. This little fib was a fairly big inconvenience to me.

Finance director guy was a little pushy with the add-ons after the deal was set up and was offended when I said I didn't want any of them. I think that's pretty typical, but still annoying.

My actual sales guy (want to say Josh?) was great. He let me test drive the cars I was interested in and let me decide which one I wanted to get without trying to push me for upgrades or upsell me. It was very low pressure and I feel like we found a win-win deal, I just wish he would have followed up with the delivery promise or said no when I asked instead of blowing smoke up my butt.

Over the weekend, my sunroof failed to shut properly on my way to the car wash! Needless to say, I didn't get my car washed as planned. Calling first thing Monday morning, the scheduler managed to squeeze me in with my Service Consultant, Matt Kurtz that same morning . Upon arriving, I was greeted by the scheduler and was escorted to the service area where Matt has his booth. Not only were they able to fix my sunroof, but also did some factory scheduled work to the vehicle, plus, Matt managed to find me a loaner even though i was initially told at the time of scheduling that all the loaners were already spoken for.
As usual, Matt ALWAYS gives me exemplary service no matter the reason i show up, whether it be scheduled, or I just drop by unannounced with a minor problem or question!

John and Courtney and the rest of the team provided exceptional service during my recent visit to Prestige. Their professional work with their personal touch went far beyond my expectations. And they treated Winston (my Golden Retriever) as well as they treat us humans. :-)

Purchased our Audi Q5 from Prestige at the beginning of the month! Had a truly great experience with the entire team from the moment we walked into their showroom. Highly recommend Prestige not only for their friendly/knowledgeable staff (not pushy at all) but their great selection of vehicle options to choose from as well!

I traveled from Des Moines, IA to purchase the car at this dealer because of the poor reputation of the dealer in Des Moines. Hillary, the sales woman, explained the car well. From the woman answering the phone and scheduling a test drive, to my sales associate, Warren, to the location head, Scott, everyone was friendly, relaxed and helpful. I have purchased a few cars in my life and this was the first time I didn't feel pressured or taken. Thanks for being nice folks who just want to make sure your customer is happy, regardless of whether anything results in a purchase.

My experience with Prestige Imports was fantastic. Aside from the fact that my Q5 is everything I wanted/expected and more, I was greeted with professionalism and kindness from the moment I entered the dealership. In particular, Rosa Trejo was a joy to work with. She was professional and punctual on the front end and did a great job of feeling me out as a customer, ultimately making a personal connection that made me comfortable signing a lease and dealing with any interactions with Prestige/Audi down the line. Every service for my Porsche at Prestige has been excellent. They are always ready at my appointment time and give me all the information needed to address any issues. The vehicle is ready when they promise. I am always offered a ride or loaner vehicle if needed. Their pricing and honesty are greatly appreciated!

Several issued with the service, lack of care, wro...

Several issued with the service, lack of care, wrong part received, manager didn't do what he said.
1. we made appointment to replace airbags (factory recall) for 9am. Car was supposed to be ready by 2. Multiple calls later we came at 5, still had to wait almost an hour. We live in Breckenridge and it was major inconvenience.
2. we received coupon for $100 off Audi Parts or Service in the mail with the recall. Mentioned the coupon when dropping off car and asked for alignment. When picking up the car, we were told they wouldn't accept it. It specifically said Audi service.
They were not able to provide print out of the alignment that was supposedly done. Printer was broken??
3. We needed a housing for the rear lights so decided to use that coupon for that. The part they looked up was wrong, my husband knew (because he look at it in my car) and told them but they insisted its the correct part. Had to go home, pull the part from my car, go back and get the correct part. Again, we live in Breckenridge! No apology for the mix up or offer to put the housing in for me so that my lights would work. Just oh, here is your correct part.

The receipt said to call the Manager if service is less then excellent so I did. He offered to pay for Alignment. I said it was OK but that he could send me the check for the extra $40 for the coupon they wouldn't let me use. He said he would. Surprise, no check received...

Next time I'm driving to Littleton Audi even though its lot further, those people are clowns

I have contacted this dealer in the past with inquiries about information on vehicles. On one occasion, service was great - all emails I sent out were received prompt responses from the sales department. However, more recently, I inquired twice about a vehicle and was told that information would be sent to me on my second attempt, but the vehicle sold three days later with me still kept in the dark.
