I purchased an Audi Q7 today and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. After being referred to Prestige Imports by a friend, I emailed the COO Jeff Silverberg who promptly connected me with Lindsey Jones, our sales specialist . She called and emailed me to get an idea of what I was looking for and scheduled an appointment for to come to the dealership. Based on our initial conversations, Lindsey had several cars waiting for us in the front lot. She reviewed the features of each and we test drove the Q7. Fabulous. We were hooked. Next came the part I dread the most -- price negotiation. Today it was straight forward and easy. We agreed to a very fair price and after meeting with the finance coordinator, Patrick Roush, drove away with our new vehicle. Professional from start to finish.

I sold my car to this dealership for a pretty fair price. Adam was very straightforward and made the process so quick and easy. He quoted me a price for my car over the phone and held to it without any negotiating on my part once he saw in person that the car was actually in excellent condition like I had stated. I'm happy with my experience at Prestige.

I just noticed that I gave a rating a few years ago with no comments... forgot about that! But nothing has changed, I m here to re-up my five-star review.

Recently had a car wreck and reached out to Lindsey to see if she could help. Gave her my preferences and budget, and she came back right away with two candidates - one of which we ended up purchasing. She (and the broader team) have come through for me on my last 4 cars (both purchase and leases) as well as servicing my cars before I bought here. Lindsey is THE BEST and always anticipates what I ll need, what I ll ask, and what my concerns will be, and is ready with the right answers every time. In addition to the soft skills, she seems to know everything technical about all the cars. I will continue going back to her and Prestige for as long as they are there.

As you can probably tell by reviews on this site and others, Prestige has a lot of fine new cars to sell but don't buy used from them or trust their service at all. Purchased a BMW X5 used. Broke down within the 1st month. They assured us that it was just the battery. Turns out the car had serious computer problems. The car just goes into limp mode or stalls altogether while driving. It's happened more than once on the highway and have almost been rear ended several times as a result. It was now that we found out that buying a BMW from a dealer who is not an authorized service center is a huge and EXPENSIVE mistake. We also learned that their "in depth used car inspection" entails reading the car fax as stated by them in one of their BBB reviews. They essentially laughed all the way to the bank as they pawned this problem off on a BMW certified service center and stalled for time until essentially we had no recourse against them. I'm assuming this is a big reason why someone traded the BMW there since they knew a lower level service center would have no way of knowing that this car had serious issues. At the time of purchase the GM stated that he had been driving this BMW for a month as his personal car and it was a great car. We have since learned from the service manager that it is on record that when the car arrived at the dealership to when it was sold, it was driven less than 25 miles. So unless the GM lives down the block, I'm assuming that's not a month's worth of driving. The service manager himself called this car a "safety hazard" and said that he knew sales would bend over backwards to rectify the situation. I guess their definition of bending over backwards is refusing to take the car back unless we leased a brand new Audi from them. Unfortunately we've spent all of our new Audi money on tow trucks over this past year and we have explained ad naseum that the mileage restrictions of a lease just aren't going to be feasible. Bottom line is this; If you buy a car from them, push hard at the beginning to make them help you if they've sold you a lemon. Do NOT TRUST their used car certification as they don't stand behind it when the chips are down. So now we have a very nice looking paper weight sitting out in the driveway because this car is far too dangerous to drive.

I own a cayenne. The battery died on me while I was abroad. They could not get to my car before a week. On top of which they did not have a loner to give to me. When selling the car they make a lot of promises which they are unable to fulfill. Personally I have owned a Porsche in two other countries but by far the worst service. The company should take notice.

I enjoyed coming to Prestige Imports for my service as the service is very pleasant. I would come more often if the cost of the service was more reasonable. I needed something that only Prestige could do for my '03 Porsche 911 but otherwise I do not come to Prestige because repair work cost 30-40% more than at other non-dealer shops. If the rates were even 25% lower many more Porsche owners would flock to the dealership for service. You could reap more profit and have a better relationship with customers. When I speak with other Porsche owners many "fear" going to the dealer.

My husband and I bought a car yesterday from Prestige Imports. Our salesperson was Scott Wondrasch. Our experience at Prestige was the BEST car-buying experience we have had to date hands-down. Scott was professional, knowledgeable about the Audi Q3 SUV we bought, knowledgeable about similar SUVs, knowledgeable with regard to maintenance costs, and respectful of our time. Before we left the dealership, he got in the car with both of us and explained every feature, every button, etc. It was a pleasure dealing with Scott and everyone else we met at Prestige yesterday.

Matt Lynch with new Audi sales was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to understand the type of car I was interested in, and the options I was looking for. He provided me with all of the information I requested and made time for me both via telephone and in person to help narrow down my search. In the end, Matt suggested a special order (2018 S5 Sportback) direct from the factory and it was a lot easier than I would have expected, and no more expensive that choosing a car off of the lot. Matt kept me appraised of the status of my order including the date it was built, port shipping and arrival dates, and final delivery at the dealership. This was my third Audi purchase from Prestige Imports, but my first purchase with Matt (who had my back throughout the entire process), and the experience just keeps getting better. 5/5 Stars.

My husband and I had a great experience in purchasing our new vehicles, today, from Prestige Imports. Although these are not the first purchases we have made at their dealership, the employees there have continued to earn our loyalty. In particular, Scott Wondrasch (Audi Brand Specialist) and Dean Blackwelder (General Sales Manager) exceeded our expectations. Scott was able to answer all our technical questions, even the most obscure ones, in an efficacious and detailed manner. He thoroughly knows the products he sells. In addition, Dean was absolutely instrumental in coordinating the entire process and went out of his way to meet our needs. My husband and I will continue to be loyal customers as Prestige Imports has most definitely earned our trust.

We dealt with the Audi side for help on a used car purchase and they were fantastic! Finn was out rep and he was outstanding. Out of all the dealerships we went to and sales people we interacted with this was BY FAR the most pleasant experience. It was efficient, professional, welcoming, and best of all - we didn't feel rushed through the sale. My wife and I are incredibly happy we decided to check this place out - even though Audi and Porsche are definitely outside of our budget.

"Terrible service. I bought a Jeep from them. On the paperwork on what they owe me was a second Key. I was told by Alysa Santistevan to go to my local Jeep dealership to get the second key, which I did and sent them the invoice, which I was told I would be reimbursed. Used Sales Manager Mr. Heller has not returned my calls, and I have left him numerous messages, and the 2 times I spoke to him he blamed Finance for not sending the check, and didn't understand why they never sent the check. I bought the Jeep in February and still waiting on my reimbursement, and we are at the end of April.

I had a terrible experience with purchasing an Audi remotely in California and Dan went above and beyond to rectify a pretty terrible situation. He was kind, communicative, and diligent. I have bought a second hand car from a friend that had the extended warranty purchased through Prestige. Unfortunately, the warranty papers got displaced and I needed them. I have never met them or had any business with them but they went out of their way to track down the warranty papers for me (Bob Ballard from Finance in particular). I will deal with them happily if I ever get a chance in the future.

They looked right past the dirty clothes and treated me with class and respect - right from day 1. I've walked into many dealerships with grubby clothes intentionally, to gauge how I'll be treated, regardless of how I appear, and oftentimes, I'll get the response I expect (that is, to be treated like I look), but at Prestige, they treated me like I walked in in an expensive business suit. Every interaction I've had with them has been stellar. I hate pushy salespeople and service techs who act like they'd rather be somewhere else, but every single person I've worked with here has been polite, attentive, energetic and helpful.

I brought my Audi S5 in at the beginning of 2014, as the rear view mirror had fallen off (still hanging by the connecting cables). Prestige replaced the adhesive and re-mounted the rear view mirror and I paid for the service. Not long after, I noticed a crack in the windshield where they had attached the mirror. I brought it back in right away, and after a couple back and forth phone calls, they said that they would replace the windshield, as the crack made its way down the entire windshield. They said that it would be through Safelite auto glass and that Safelite would reach out to me to schedule a time to come out and replace the windshield. I received a call from Safelite and they came out and put in a new windshield. I was happy with the service they had provided.
Fast forward to February of 2015 when I received a call from Safelite telling me that they were going to send me to collections, as Prestige didn't pay the bill for the windshield and according to her, told her that it was my responsibility. I immediately called Prestige and explained the situation, figuring it was probably a mistake, as they told me the person I worked with the year before was no longer with the company. The lady told me that Scott, the Service Manager, was looking into it and would call me back. When I received a call back from Scott, he was incredibly rude and told me that it was not their responsibility to replace the windshield. I explained that his employee had already told me that they were replacing it the year before and that I didn't even call Safelite and he cut me off, told me to stop talking, and would not let me say another word. I was being yelled at by the MANAGER of the service center for something that was 100% their fault. I would not recommend anyone going to service their car here - especially if you don't want to get sent to collections for Prestige's bill!

I was very impressed with his knowledge of each Audi we drove and how he was able to explain the different options. I looked all over for my Audi before going to Prestige. I had the best experience with Chad. He was my one and only contact here but he was so knowledgeable and patient. I was very indecisive on the Audi I wanted but he walked the lot with me multiple times and never pressured me at all. Chad was really the reason I had such a good experience. A car is a car but he really made the experience easy and stress free!

Beautiful work. Acura was side swiped with damage from front to back. After Prestige got done it looks better than new. Great attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend Prestige if you need body work.

Rip off, they charged me $800 for one xenon light 2 blades for the windshield and and 1 oil change, so I check the price of the xenon light, on amazon.com was 75 bucks, on the Audi dealer website it was $129, they charge me $275 plus $200 to install it.

Great buying experience as price was fair and service was exceptional. Had the pleasure of working with Scott Wondrasch who was extremely responsive to my needs as well as having an amazing knowledge of my vehicle including the mechanicals.
Prestige does a great job with supporting the community. I became familiar with them because they donated to the Colorado Sheltie Rescue silent auction the last 3 years and I won that prize all 3 years. They probably support many other causes as their foresight in helping Sheltie Rescue paid dividends for them and the Shelties:)

Everything about this service visit was outstanding. I arrived and checked in with no delay. John clearly went over the work to be done, checked with me on any additional issues or concerns with the vehicle, and set me up with a loaner vehicle. The work was completed sooner than expected, and I promptly received a call indicating that the vehicle was ready. Pick-up was smooth and without delay, with a clear explanation of work done, advice on considerations for the next service interval, and vehicle returned complete with a complimentary wash. Overall, a great experience!!

I used Prestige years ago and stopped because their service took a downturn. I purchased a certified pre-owned car in June and have had the car in a couple of times for basic service. The service department is awesome. Corey took good care of me and I am glad to be back! I would definitely recommend Prestige!

This is undoubtedly the most unprofessional and unorganized group of crash dummies I have ever had the displeasure of taking my Porsche Cayenne to to get service. First, the website seems as though it was coded by 9-year old in an entry level html class. When calling to make an appointment because the website it dysfunctional, an associate stated that it may not even be accurate because it isn t updated in real time. The first appointment I made was for 10:00. I called again to change the appointment to 3:00, which was weeks ago. When I called today to tell them that I was running late he stated the following, Your appointment was for 10:00. But it would matter if it was for 3:00 because we re backed up anyway. Thus, I won t be able to get my car serviced for months. This is unprofessional and rude. I began taking my car here for service because it s close. However, I ll return to Eisenbud s for service given the interaction this afternoon.

Had the CEL come on in my A6 and I was from out of town. I called up Prestige Imports to see if they could fit me in on a tight schedule. They got me in the next day. I met with Dan S. who was my service manager. Dan was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained in great detail the items and recalls that needed to be addressed on my vehicle. He provided constant updates through the weekend. The technician did a fantastic job on my vehicle. I would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced there. The entire staff was great and made you feel like a person, not just a number.

I was in the market for a very specific car and was having trouble finding any in Utah. I looked around and came across a gem at Prestige Imports in Colorado. I wasn't really excited about getting the car transported or not being able to personally see it myself, but I had to at least call on it.

I called into the dealer and asked for a used car rep that could help me. I was directed to Sean Farshchi, we began chatting about the car and I immediately felt alot more comfortable; he did not seem like your typical car salesman. Sean was very friendly and was not pushy in any way. He listened to my situation and immediately explained a solution and what they could do for me. I was a little nervous not being able to actually see the car before buying but Sean offered to take a personalized video going over the entire car. This made me a lot more confident in the condition of the car. I couldn t believe the level of customer service. It was great!

With the most complex part out of the way I wanted to discuss the price. I gave Sean what I thought was a fair price for both of us, he discussed it with his Finance guy and came right back and agreed to my price without haggling or any other dealer tricks that can burn you out. I was shocked that it was so simple.

Over the next few days Sean was very thorough and knowledgeable and above all just a genuinely nice guy that I trusted would help me out and keep his word. Financing was a little difficult with my credit union due to me already in the process of selling my car because it had not sold yet. Sean offered me many solutions to my problem and eventually I financed through them which the rate was very competitive and I was able to get the terms I wanted. After receiving all the documents in the mail and signing them I was informed that there was a crack in the windshield which Sean immediately offered to get replaced. The car was transported to me very quickly and the whole process was a lot easier than I thought.

The car arrived just how I imagined, I drove it and fell in love with the car instantly. I am very happy with my decision and had no idea buying a car out of state could be so easy and not stressful at all. This has by far been the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I would recommend them and more so Sean to anyone looking to buy a car.

Purchasing my Porsche Cayenne was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I worked with Jeff Hayes and he made the experience fun and you could see the passion he had for Porsche as a brand as well! I have never had a experience like it.

He started with talking about Porsche and what they stand for and the history of Porsche then we moved on to the exterior and interior of the car. It was really refreshing to get the full background of Porsche as a brand and learn more about them vs just buying a car/SUV.

I highly recommend not only Prestige imports but also Jeff Hayes. Overall a great experience and one I will not dread doing again with Prestige and Jeff in a few years when my lease is up!

I just recently purchased a 2016 Audi A6 CPO from Prestige and the experience was fantastic. I was treated with the utmost respect from everyone in the building and you can tell that a customer's happiness/satisfaction is their priority.

My salesperson was Chad and he was great as well. I asked a ton of questions and Chad answered each one of them with honesty, which I certainly appreciate!

I highly recommend Prestige Imports if you're in the market for an Audi or Porsche!

I just came in here to buy a jacket. I had to wait 15 minutes at the parts counter with numerous salesmen and people walking by. Finally someone asked me if I wanted help and he took me around to the other side since only one parts person was working the desk at that moment. That parts person was really nice. But for the kind salesman and nice parts person, Prestige would be looking at another star or two less.

With that being said, I've shopped for cars here over they years. They've always been fair, reasonable, and courteous.

But Dan was very gracious, and insisted I stay. He took great care to make sure I was not inconvenienced - even though I was the one who made the mistake. These guys are the best - I will be a customer for life..
