I cannot stress how incompetent the service staff is on the Porsche side. Holy goodness. It s baffling. Do not take your car here.
Scheduled for my 2017 Porsche Macan S to have 20k maintenance. It took days for them to even look at it. Kept calling. The operator told me that the staff is historically difficult to get ahold of. Finally could pick up my car. Made the mistake of ordering another key, which comes from Germany on August 12th. Then *drumroll* I just now get my key today. It was available maybe two weeks ago. During that time, I called many times. It got lost in Germany was the major issue. Then, also, my profile somehow showed that I owned like 20 cars. Everyone kept commenting on it but no one fixed it, even when I called to schedule the fix. I also left a voicemail that day which was never returned. Several days would pass without a response. People would promise to follow up who did not. Etc. I paid almost $400 originally and was told that it was another $150 for the setup. My boyfriend took the car in and they charged him $220. He gave the salesperson $200 and the sales guy just said fair enough . None of this makes sense. It s disrespectful and does not instill confidence that the service was even performed properly with this level of dysfunction.
You just can t make this stuff up. It s a total mess
P.S. I do not want to see a message refuting my experience. This literally was the course of factual events.
Also, why on earth do all of the people with 5 star reviews only have less than 5 reviews total? Was there a promotion for such a thing? In the history of google reviews, why post about this one experience? Valid question.
