Your Service Department has surely changed for the good over the years. I had an Audi I bought 15 years ago and Service Department always made me feel stupid. I have recently bought 2 new Audi s in 2014 and Scott West promised me a changed Service Department, Scott was Sales Manager at the time. Service Department has been outstanding. Thanks Scott and congratulations on your promotion to General Manager!!!
