I have been taking my car here for years to be serviced and they have always been awesome. I want to by a new car so I stopped in the see if could test drive a car. The salesman seemed annoyed that I was set on what specific car I was looking for. He didn t really answer any of my questions, just said they didn t have anything but new stuff comes in all the time. I asked to look at a similar car and asked questions about the different options I should be looking at when looking for a car and he was staring out the window not even interested in my questions. He just said all cars are different. Not very helpful or informative. He went back to his desk to play games and stare at his computer. I don t believe I will be back.

Horrible experience purchasing my 2018 S4. Highly advise going to another dealership this place should be shutdown. Owner of Lexus and other vehicles and this is the worst "luxury dealership" I have experienced. Felt like I was buying a Kia which is a joke when you are buying a 65k car. Had purchased upgrades such as clear bra. Was told my car was ready. Showed up and they hadn't performed anything. They said they would fix, came back a week later and they installed the wrong bra. The manager then said that's what they normally install even though it isn't what I purchased. They then said it was fixed it and drove it down to me, which was actually nice, but IT STILL WASNT EVEN INSTALLED (THEY NEVER EVEN CHECKED IT). They finally got it installed how i purchased and is still not properly installed and makes my hood look like the paint is off colored. But I gave up as it was such a hassle and they made it seem like I was incoiviencing them. Really? Had to remind them about my permashield purchase otherwise wouldn't have been completed. When i got my car back the window was completely scratched and they had to fix yet anoher issue they caused. When I was finalizing my payment my deposit was supposed to be 15k. Put 5k on my card. When I went to finalize payment salesmen told me I owed 11k? Really? No one ever reach out to explain what happened to extra 1k. They didn't pay off my trade in in time and had to pay my Lexus payment even though they had bought the car and been in their pocession for over a month. They never called explaining what would happen to my payment or apologized that is was out another 500 dollars because of their incompetence. Not to mention the most important thing. . my tire had a crack in it and could have exploded 2k into having my car and they said I had to go firestone as it wasnt their problem and a firestone problem. Firestone said the tire looked like it had been worn over 15k miles and they couldn't believe my car was brand new.. buyer beware at this dealership, it could physically kill you.. Not mention no one went through the technology of my car which I had to go to another dealership for them to happily walk me through. Complained to Audi USA and told their manager to see if I could at least get some assistance as no one would call me back.. he said that because I already complained it gives him no motivation to help me.. place is a joke. I moved all my services to Audi Denver. Do not want this place laying a hand on my car. And worse, it ruined what is a truly amazing car and what should of been a great experience. Makes me wish I stayed at Kuni Lexus..

I purchased a 2012 Audi A4 from Prestige just last month (May). I went to several other dealerships and this was the only one that was able to help me out. My Audi Specialist, Stacie Davis was a great help. She really wanted to work for me. Even though it is one of the larger Audi dealerships in Colorado, the amount of attention I got was as if I was the first to walk in the door that day. Everyone was very helpful in directing me to where I needed to go.

After dealing with the negotiations, Stacie walked me through the car so thoroughly! Imagine anything on the car and she went into great detail with it. From the complex sound system to how to honk the horn, you name it! It was so clear an concise, I can't stress how amazing she was. I highly recommend this place. I also had to stay a little after their normal hours to complete the transaction, but no one gave a fuss. I felt very welcome even as the sun was setting. If I ever buy another car, it will definitely be from Prestige.

We recently purchased a car from them, encountering an issue post-sale, which they managed so quickly and generously- going far beyond was what was required and expected. From beginning, please go see Matt Lynch in sales, to end, in after sale services, a first class operation through and through. We have purchased and serviced previous autos from a 'first-tier', luxury car competitor, but Prestige gets all of our business going forward. They are a cut above the rest!

I recently bought a 2000 911 which unfortunately ran into problems soon after I bot it... maybe big problems: oil drips and smoke kind of problems. Prestige had been the last to see car and were listed on the carfax. They remembered the car well and at first thought it was a blown motor. Ethan, the service rep, then had a second mechanic dig a little deeper and found the air oil separator had a problem. They were very reasonable in the diagnosis. I got a second opinion on this. Prestige was very reasonable for all the quotes, patient with seeing the car come and go for second opinions and Ethan has been professional the whole time. They've really have stood behind their reputation so far as the group that had eyes on the car for the last couple years. Its kind of out of the way for me, but I'm happy to take my car there.

My salesman Warren was great. I was sold a extended warranty for 6k, and the finance guy told me the warranty started when my factory one was finished. Later to find out that was not the case. So I paid 6k for a warranty of 13k miles. Sales manager offered me half my money back. Lol. He can keep the 6k they robbed from me, and my next Porsche ( which will be soon) will not be purchased at their establishment. Bad business decision Prestige, steal 6k and loose a customer or do right and get another 100k. Smh

Truly great service. I showed up a little early for my appointment and Ethan, the Service Rep was expecting me. I'm new to the area and bought the Cayenne from a dealer back home but you wouldn't have known it. Everyone was friendly and professional and I even got a loaner car while they serviced the Cayenne. The work was done quickly and thoroughly with a wash inside and out when they were done. I'll definently bring the Cayenne back in the future for normal service or any needed repairs.

My experience started off great. Got the price I wanted for my trade in. Got the car that I wanted for a good price (2010 Audi A4). Took the car down to my family place about an hour and a half away to show them. Woke up the next morning with a leak underneath the car. Immediately took it back to the dealership to see what was going on. They were able to get me a loaner while they diagnosed the vehicle. Few days later they called me letting me know that the seal between the engine and transmission was bad and was the source of the leak. They didn't want to repair the car for me and wanted me to buy another car from them. I desperately needed a vehicle so I had to purchase another car for them not even a week later because they didn't want to repair my car. They were able to help me out on the price of the second car but I had to purchase two cars from them in the matter of a week. Side note the second car that I purchased threw a check engine light the same day I left the dealership. So clearly they cleared codes before I purchased and then sold to me knowing that it would show up again. I took back second car and eventually got it all figured out after about 2-3 weeks of being at the dealership. The longest car purchase experience that I have ever experienced.

Prestige was recommended to us for the service department and it didn't disappoint. There was a charge that was going to be included for maintenance but they realized we'd be doing that service when we put on our winter tires so he deducted it. Also there was another issue that they could've found a reason to charge us for since we thought we needed that service done and he said that our car issue was fine and therefore didn't need to be fixed. It's hard to find honesty in anything to do with the car business. The only reason I gave it 4 stars out of 5 is because the parking is an issue and its far away from us.

I received more on my trade-in than the used car I purchased on 11/24/18. Since I purchased the car on a Saturday, I was told by their finance dept that a check would be sent to me the next business day (Monday the 26th). When I hadn t received the check after a week, I called and was told by the salesperson (Lindsey) they had to wait for funds to clear. Completely different than what I was told by the finance department. The salesperson had also said that she would look into the second key fob for the car I purchased and the additional set of floor mats that were shown in the sales photos. I never heard back from her on those topics. Very poor service.

We never felt pressured to purchase a car and were able to talk openly about our price point and options. I love the Q5 and Matt Lynch was excellent to deal with; professional, easy to reach, answered every question I had, made an out of state sale smooth and spent tons of time with me to explain every feature. Scott Wondrasch was totally dedicated to our buying preferences. We loved the fact that he had previously worked as a mechanic for 7 to 8 yrs on Audis & thus was more mechanically savvy than most sales people.

Horrible service here. Don't buy an extended warranty through them. Once they get the sale, they don't care after that. Paid $5000+ on my warranty. When my car had a problem...an OBVIOUS oil leak under it, they didn't even look at it for an entire day. The next day the call me and tell there was nothing wrong with the car, and that i needed to drive it "100 to 200 miles" and then take it back to them. They couldn't provide a loaner car so i was without a car for 2 days and they didn't bother to tell me that the Audi protection plan i had bought covers rentals in the event they don't have a loaner. They finally found the leak but it took 5 more days to fix a simple oil leak. If you buy a warranty through them, you'll be stuck with this kind of horrible service.

I m looking to replace my car. But I have concerns. No one has winter wiper blades on the cars. And LED s freeze over. Come on guys. It snows here. Is Porche or Audi addressing these issues. Getting out on the side of the road to try and clean ice off the lights or windows is a safety issue and honestly for the 1920s. This is my window, on a 2018 car, after an hour of warming up. I have to know a Porsche or any modern car isn t going to do this before I buy one. The problem here is the wiper fitting are proprietary. So I can t put winter blades on. And my LED freeze over with hard ice. I would damage my car scraping it off.

I have purchased all of my Audi's from Prestige and I'm really happy with the dealership! I always feel appreciated and acknowledged when I walk into the Showroom or Service Area . Back in Feb I had the pleasure of attending the Audi Ice Driving Event, put on by Prestige Imports and the US Audi Club up in George Town. I've always wanted to do something like this but have never gotten the opportunity, so when I got the invite I knew I had to attend. The day was amazing! Everyone was very nice, helpful, and the event was very well organized. They had plenty of expert drivers on hand to help assist people who did not feel comfortable or wanted more training on how to properly drive on the ice. The event was not over crowded so we all got ample ice driving time. Both lunch and breakfast were paid for by Prestige and overall it was one of the best times I've ever had in my car, surrounded by others that share an equal love Audi's. After this event, there is no way I could ever buy anything other than an Audi, and my go to place, Prestige Imports! Thanks for a fun day of ice driving and a super cool experience with the Audi Brand !

Update- I just recently attend the 2nd Annual Prestige Audi/Porsche drive on Saturday the 9th and I could not have had more fun! What a great way to meet other enthusiasts, connect with the dealership and take your car amongst other cool cars on a 3 hour drive! My friend Amy, and I again had such a great time. The route chosen was truly amazing. The scenery was spectacular and our group had a good mixture of both Porsche and Audi's. This event was very well organized and our group (the blue group) was awesome; stopping twice to let people stretch their legs, refuel etc. They also waited if/when part of the group got stuck at a red light. The great drive, good food, friendly Prestige Staff made for an overall great event! Plus yummy breakfast was offered and BBQ when we returned...not to mention some cool Audi memorabilia.

If you are thinking to buy a Porsche or Audi go to Prestige, they have a great Service Department (Rob Ellis I'm talking about you) and the sales staff is great. Scott West and Stacie are great and Brain the F&I guy is one cool cat! I've bought three cars here and will continue to do so for the great service, sales experience and FUN EVENTS!

Can t say enough about our experience with Prestige! Logan, Brittany, and Nori made the process of buying TWO cars at once easy as could be. They were flexible and respectful of our time, and helped us find just the right vehicles for our needs. Logan even got us the giant bows for our selfie with our Christmas Presents. Is it bad that I can t wait to use Audi Care to see them all again!?

I have always thought the Audi service was extra special. I switched to a BMW lease a few years ago and couldn't wait to get rid of that car so I could come back to Audi. I am a single girl and I always called the Audi service my "car husband".

My car was ready when Corey said it would be he, and everyone there are just all really nice people! I'll never leave you again!!

I never really was able to get in to the system to thank Alysa Santistevan for all of her help in getting me in to the Audi. She helped me with advice and council all the way through and I always tell everyone how wonderful she was.

I had a great experience with Prestige Imports. I really enjoyed my experience- I wasn't pressured and felt that they really honest and had my best interest in mind. I absolutely love my new car!

While I was treated fairly well overall, I was informed when asking about an update to mmi that would allow it to work properly with modern devices that it was covered under warranty. When I set aside the several hours for the update, I was called 1:40 through a 2 hour expected appointment to be told that it wasn't covered and I would need to be billed. This ridiculous nickel and diming is indicative of the lack of courtesy shown to audio owners.

Edit: The service staff did contact me in an attempt to make up for my poor experience. They had someone come to my home and trade out my vehicle so that the service can be performed. Their response is highly admirable and they truly did seem to want to do anything they could to ameliorate the situation. While this definitely took the bitterness out of the experience, I am still frustrated that a software update is not included in warranty service. This issue has to do more with Audi corporate than any individual dealership, I'm afraid.

On Friday, my wife's A4 gets a check engine light ...

On Friday, my wife's A4 gets a check engine light and is running poor. I plug in the scan tool and find out the trouble codes are pointing to a faulty high pressure fuel pump. On Saturday (10:30 am) I call the Audi service writer and it goes to voice mail and I leave a message. I call two other times at 1 1/2 hour increments trying figure out if Prestige can/will work on my wife's car and should the car get towed 70 miles to them. At 3:05 pm I call Prestige a fourth time and the receptionist (who is now quite familiar with my voice) answers and state that the service writer called my cell phone multiple times and it went to voice mail. I still can't get in contact with the service writer so I end the phone conversation and check my voice mail. I had zero voice mails from Prestige and that is telling me that someone at Prestige is not being truthful.

The following Monday I get no call from Prestige. I call Denver Audi (DA) and the service writers are on it. My wife gets the car towed 80 miles and she gets to DA 5 minutes after quitting time. They stay late and hook her up with a 2016 A6 as a loaner, warrant fix the high pressure fuel pump ($3,000 fix) and we have them replace the in-tank fuel pump and filter ($800 repair).

DA will be getting our business and positive comments from us. Thanks Mike.

Leasing a new car from Prestige Imports was the worst car experience I've ever had. The customer service was horrific from the start and only after I berated them with calls and emails did they respond. They never fixed the problem and I am still dealing with issues on the car. I recommend that anyone considering buying/leasing a car from this dealership do their homework and get every single thing in writing.

This was my first visit, and it lived up to and even beyond my expectations. For a premium car, I expect premium service. What I received was a personal liaison at the service desk, who walked me through all the procedures that would be done, including pricing on everything, and setting expectations with regard to when the work would be complete and finally getting me into a loaner car since my own would be in the shop for a couple of days.

All in all, very well done.

I had the best experience with Cory. I brought my car in for its 55,000 mile check up and a broken rear light lens. Cory was very helpful in obtaining a temporary car while Prestige was working on it. I explained that I wouldn't be able to pick up my car after 4pm that day and he told me that was fine that I could come in the next morning. No Extra Charge! Cory knows me by name and remembered me from past visits...even told me about his new addition to his family, Gus. I love this dealership and they have the best people working for them. I will always come back.

"Pleasant" is not a word often associated with a used car purchase, but it is a great word to describe our recent experience at Prestige Audi. Our salesman, Kevin Collier, was friendly, courteous, patient, and professional, in short, everything you would want in a dealership salesperson. Even though we were "walk-ins", Kevin spent as much time as we needed to answer all our questions and help us find the Audi Q5 we were seeking with no rush and no pressure. This relaxed and helpful attitude seemed to extend throughout the dealership. Highly recommend! Chuck R.

We bought our Audi from Prestige 3 or 4 years ago. The experience was great and they had great financing. As others have said before me, we bought one of the least expensive cars on the lot, but they have never made me feel any different than any other customer. We are both Audi converts now.

But even better, since the sale they have been wonderful as well. They treat you like a privileged customer, respecting your time, providing a pleasant area to wait for your service, and drop off service. Just last week we were picked in their customer lottery for an early screening of "Avengers: Age of Ultron" -- I got to see it sooner than my geeky colleagues at work. Most dealerships forget about you after the sale is made -- until they try to sell you another car in a few years. Thank you Prestige for being the kind of business that makes you feel good to give your money to.

Salesperson and manager were so busy trying to convince me how great the price drop was that they failed to mention that the car had been in a serious collision shortly before it was traded in to them. I only checked the Carfax on my phone once the negotiation was underway, and the sales guy left the desk for a few minutes. Prior to that I foolishly assumed that it would be clean. The report stated that multiple airbags were deployed and the car had to be towed with damage to the front and hood. To me that's kind of a big deal. All the wheels were covered with serious curb rash and the hood had some hail damage all over, so the manager said that the price drop was because of that. Should have just said it was because of the accident, then I might still have a shred of respect left for this place. And they should stop with the multiple "mandatory" $500 add-ons, it's just ridiculous.

They truly treat you like family there and are beyond accommodating to any questions or needs you might have. We also use their service department for both cars and that as well always exceeds our expectations. We are so thankful for all the help, patience, assistance, and five star service they provide.
