I was very disappointed the hot tub was removed from the attraction. Also, there was never anyone posted at the first aid station so I had to wait everytime we went up there to rent a life jacket and return it.

Staff sucks, not concerned with a theft at all! We were packing up and getting ready to leave and my daughters bad was sitting on the floor next to the couch they were sitting. Someone stole her bag and the staff literally just shrugged their shoulders like oh well didn't know what I wanted them to do about it! She has over $300 worth of things in the bag and a video camera pointed directly at the couch where it was taken. The staff refused to check the video until we threw a huge fit. They took 3 hours while we waited to review it, they just came back saying they couldn't find the time frame on the video , sorry. Their lack of concern is disgusting!
I Was Planning On Going With My Family But Based On The Reviews We Decided To Spend Are Money At Great Wolf Lodge. Everyone Is Saying How Nasty It Is. And Many Other Concerns. Go To Great Wolf Lodge And Lego Land that May Be A Little More Expensive But Its Worth It
They charge for people to sit and watch their kids play. Won't allow outside food, like birthday cake. Had to move my daughter's birthday party to our room in order to do snacks and cake. Never coming back.
Normally we stay at Great Wolf, but thought we would give this one a try because GW was booked and wanted to try the water park too . Started off a little disappointed. The outside is run down. We walk into the lobby and it was pretty nice. The staff at front desk were rude during check out, so we weren't happy with that. Headed to our room on the 14th floor only to find that the toilet never stops running, the carpet is bulging, mini fridge does not work, and there are cracks in the stands that they chose not to fix. With that being said, we changed into our swim gear & headed down to the water park. The water was freezing, extremely crowded, had trash just lying around, and lifeguards were rude. Not only were they rude but they weren't doing their jobs. The slides where a lifeguard should be to ensure safety and to ensure that everyone waits their turns to also ensure safety, were guard-less. The big bucket didn't work, which is what my son was most thrilled about when learning it was there. The big water slides have a height requirement, which we are familiar with, so no big deal there. the issue was: there was a guard walking by when we were seeing if our four year old was tall enough to ride and she said oh we aren't too big on the height requirement, he can go on up. WHAT?! THERE ARE HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SAFETY OF CHILDREN! Needless to say, we will not be returning.
Let s start with the resort, shall we? Upon checkin, we noticed several grumpy guests and one person working the checkout counter with multiple families in line. We finally get checked in and the clerk wasn t very knowledgeable about any events going on. We get up to our room and get our stuff settled in. Beds are comfortable, room is clean, but outdated. Waited about fifteen minutes for the ONE working elevator to take us downstairs to the pool; more on that later. Fast forward to bed time and we find out our tv resembles something of an Instagram filter when it s on, and not in a good way. Couldn t really get a clear picture, but figured we could get past that. Really just wanted a little background noise anyway. Well folks, be careful what you wish for! Our neighbors decided to start a screaming match around midnight. I tried to call the front desk, but guess what?! Our phone doesn t work! Awesome! So I call the hotel from my cell phone and security comes up about ten minutes later. I m sure he had to take the stairs since now NONE of the elevators are working. After about fifteen minutes of pleading with the drunk neighbor, he escorts her away with the promise of letting her back up if she can calm down. Yay. Judging by how trashed she was, I can t wait for part two.
Let s talk about the water park now. Our first impression was a bouncer standing at the entrance wearing shades and looking like they were running a night club, not a pool. Kind of alarming when that s the first thing you see walking into a pool. It s kind of dark and sad in there. (Not a lot of lighting, really not a lot anywhere in this hotel. We had to plug in two lamps in the hallway at one point.) The water is VERY cold and probably 90% of the rafts are mostly deflated. The tables are all in bad shape; wobbly, dirty; and there were dirty diapers sitting open on a table next to us. Moms running around drunk and screaming at people. One woman, who I think might be our drunk neighbor, shouted in my husband s face as she stumbled past us in the pool, This place sucks! Im inclined to agree with her, although her delivery was not in my taste. We were graced with her presence again as we found the stairs to walk up to the seventh floor as she screamed at the front desk clerk about the lack of working elevators.
Basically, I ve paid $330 to stay in a place that has one kid crying in the bathroom because she s scared, and a husband who will probably never let me choose a hotel again. And we ve only been here for five hours! We plan on checking out early tomorrow and never returning to this place. I m only giving it a one star because I have to, and because I like the pillows.
Oh goodie! Sounds like our neighbor has returned for more screaming...
Room was disgusting. Nasty floors and there was blood on our sheets. Smelled like an old rotten building. Water park is extremely small very disappointed. We had to find other things to do.
Terrible experience. We waited 4 hours after check-in time and the room still wasn't ready. The water park was freezing, overcrowded, and chlorine was so strong that everyone's eyes burned like crazy... even people who didn't get in the water. We left since the room still wasn't ready. We do NOT recommend.
Incredibly accommodating and friendly. Stayed there last year for our anniversary, they gave us an amazing suite. Didn't get a chance to visit the waterpark though.
So we decided to make another trip just for the waterpark and it was one of the most awesome places we've been to! Water was very warm and clean, staff was super friendly. The slides were insane! This place rules.
My family loved it. There are not fridge or microwave in the rooms which is not convenient for momma's of infants. Mom's that pump for their little ones will have to bring a cooler.
The website lies! That's my first complaint. It's cheaper to buy day passes online than at the counter (by $3). The website mentioned savings on arcade passes online, but not the day passes. Also, the hours of operation listed on the website were wrong. I thought the park was only open until 4 pm; it turns out it was open until 9 pm. It was great to get extra time in, but it would have been nice to know I didn't have to rush this morning. And, as to the park itself, it's horrible for adults. There was the lazy river, three water slides (2 were the exact same), and a "hot tub" for adult entertainment. The lazy river was fun in the morning when it was slow and there weren't tons of kids swimming/splashing/kicking by knocking into me and crashing me into the sides of the pool. There needs to be a rule: either only allow inner tubes or only allow people to walk/swim. The water slides were also only good in the morning as there were only inner tubes available in the morning. Only one slide doesn't require an inner tube, and it is tough on one's back. I have marks after going down a max of five times in my halter style swim top. As to the "hot tub," no one kept a close eye on whether adults were in the adult only pool or not. When I informed a life guard about little kids in the "hot tub," he just shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes. I might go back in the summer just to see if there is anything more worthwhile to do outside, but for the price, there's not enough entertainment for adults without kids.
Horrible lol fun place really has a lot to do even a private pool if you are a guest and have really nice rooms so you heard it from it sounds horrible doesn't it lol you should go Awsome place for kids or teens
Fun place. We enjoyed it and I didn't feel too terribly ripped off. I'm a little concerned about safety on the water slides. The lifeguard wasn't preventing kids from going down the really big slides together, which worried me. But otherwise, it was fine.
3 out of 4 of my kids got hurt. One might need stitches from a deep cut he got on a slide. And no manager cared out of 3. They took about 1 hour to shut down the slide only after I talked to 3 managers about the incident. Still, there was no apology or effort to make things right for my bleeding son, aside from the nice man at first aid. Unrelated, in another area we saw blood drops all over the floor, and now I know why. We will never return to this place.
I had my daughter s birthday party here and it was a disappointing experience. Firstly, the website says that paper plates, napkins, etc. are provided. They were but it was leftover odds and ends of cheap paper plates and plastic silverware in wrappers. Every other waterpark or funpark type place provides matching tableware in a fun color for a birthday party. Secondly, they didn t have a knife or spatula to cut and serve the cake with. This is also normally provided. The party hostess didn t do anything. Again, at any other place like this that I have had a child s birthday party (and with three kids, I ve had plenty,) the hostess serves the pizza, pours the drinks, cuts the cake, etc. The hostess was in the room for a couple of minutes at the start and then left. We had to track her down to get the drink pitchers refilled.
The arcade is super tiny. My daughter s friend hit the jackpot and won over 1000 tickets and had trouble spending them because there were hardly any choices of items to redeem them for.
After our time in the party room, we moved on to the private cabana I rented for the afternoon. It was nice to have our own area to throw our stuff but just know that it s not luxurious in any way. The flatscreen TV is small, maybe 19 or 22 inches and was hung way up high from the ceiling. I didn t see a remote for it anywhere which was fine because even if we could have turned it on we wouldn t have been able to hear it. We could barely hear each other talk, it so loud in there. The cabana does nothing to shield one from the general noise of the waterpark.
Lastly, I ordered a pretzel with cheese from the snack bar that was very over cooked and hardly had any salt at all on it.
My kids had fun in the waterpark area but it s small and they were ready to go after a couple of hours.
The air conditioner in our room was not able to keep up, it was not a comfortable temprature. The beds in the room were not comfortable either. The ice machines were not working. And I accidentally left some personal items in my room, called the front desk for assistance and the person I got to actually to talk to was very rude. Not worth the drive or the money. Next time we will stay at another hotel near by to use the water reasort.
The water park is nice and my kids (11, 9,8, 3) had a blast swimming.
The beds are awful, like laying on plywood and the Moore & Moore BBQ was the safest excuse for a restaurant we'd ever been to. The wait staff was non existing, the burgers were like burnt cardboard and the burnt ends are what could only be explained as canned dog food... and the prices were ridiculous.
I would return for the arcade and swim park, but would never stay here again. Such a disappointment in the quality.
We went to the water park there for a free event today. I almost didn't go because of the reviews. I can't speak for the hotel experience, but the water park was decent and the kids had fun. It was a free event so it was crowded, and you had to wait your turn to get an inner tube. There were towels available, which I wish i knew and i wouldn't have spent time trying to find a place to stash our towels. The lockers are $5, and not large, so we used 2. We didn't purchase any food, so can't speak for it. Overall a good experience, might go back when it's not as busy. Lockers are pricey.
AWEFUL. Don t do it! Hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I usually don t fill out reviews and I don t complain - but this place is a huge rip off. Dirty, Old, and nasty. Room was very dusty with visible skin flakes it looked like it had not been dusted Imor vacuumed in a very long time. Not enough elevators and always had to take the stairs for 7 flights. Stairwells are filthy. No outside food allowed in the pool but it took over an hour and half to get a pizza and fries. The line to the bar had 10 people in it and I watched those people stand in line for over an hour for a drink. The room said it slept 5 people but it only had two queens and when we asked for a cot they said no. And at no point were they even apologetic for their false advertising. No mini fridge or anything in the room. You have to buy a card to play the arcade games and most of the games are out of order. One lady wanted to speak to a manager because she booked the breakfast with a guest appearance with CoCo the bird and CoCo was a no/show. To top it all off I Found a giant chip on my new car door that was parked on the end stall in a well lit spot in front of the entrance. Where was the security! I do not know how this place has passed and health or fire inspectors.
This was my families first experience there and last. The pool for the little kids had algae which made my grandson slip and hit his head really hard. The steps also were covered in algae which made me slip and bruise up my arm and pulled a muscle in my leg. The staff didn't say a thing a guest asked if I was alright . My daughter spent a lot of money to purchase food at the food stand and when I went to help her pick it up they were very unprofessional.
This use to be a nice place when they opened. I was shocked at what it's become. The water was dirty and gross. A cloudy film with enough chlorine to singe your eyes on arrival. I should be able to see the bottom of a 3 foot pool! My family itched the whole way home. Dangerous, I watched several kids get bullied and hit and pushed and the life guards did nothing! You can expect a good amount of attitude too if you try to point out they are not keeping kids safe. Dirty, I know this is a large place but not one time did I see some one Picking up trash, food and filth and liquor bottles, yes glass bottles! littered the corners of the pool. I feel like everywhere we sat was Broken furniture and I'm not a large person. Don't try to get away from all the kids fighting, they're in the adult areas too and plenty of smokers for you in the non smoking areas. We lasted an hour before my kids where tired of getting hit and my husband and I had enough. Of course we couldn't leave right away because the locker we purchased would not let our stuff out. We had another 45 min wait for them to figure out who could unlock it, everyone we asked for help said someone else and so on. I'm only giving this 1 star because the manager was nice and apologetic and we got a refund. Can't say that for the girls at the front desk and Ya no towels either. As I write this Several hours after our visit and after a good shower I'm still itching, gross! A comment about some other reviews, I've seen the replies that management has left on other bad review threatening to charge them for false claims. I'm sure they don't go out of their way to make a review to help themselves. No one has a vendetta to ruin the business. It's gross! It's dangerous, Fix it. Your obviously not taking these reviews seriously or we would not have experienced the same problems several people had mentioned before. Way to make a bad situation worse with threats to your patrons.
Where do I begin. Waterpark for the kids = great appeal. However, service was horrible, pool water was gross, hotel was dirty, food in the restaurant was awful.
The room has a fridge - but couldn't keep anything even remotely cold. No ice machines, so forget bringing a cooler with snacks.
The pool's trap was filthy with used bandaids in it (obiviously not cleaned daily). A boy got hit in the face with a ball causing a bloody nose in the pool - lifeguard did NOTHING. No clearing of the pool to shock the water, nothing. Kids continued to swim in bloody water, blood on the side of the pool.
Restaurant wait was awful, but it was busy, so we expected some wait. But the hostesses were letting people in just whenever - no organization at all. They weren't crossing names off the list that had been called & crossing names off that hadn't been called. Once we got in (only because I went back up and asked if it was our turn yet - magically it was), the food was awful. NOT worth the money, even if kids eat free.
Now 3 days later, mystery charges are showing up on my debit card - 6 in total. When I called, they couldn't tell me what the charges were for or how to get them reversed. Do not waste your money here - spend the extra and go to Great Wolf Lodge. Very disappointed.
We are currently stationed in Fort Riley and decided to come to Kansas City for a four day weekend. We were a big group and the staff at the Adam's Mark hotel was very helpful. We booked a total of three rooms and also purchased tickets to the coco keys waterpark. Needless to say, we ALL loved it! From the smallest to the eldest in the group. The staff was very courteous, not to mention very military friendly. We plan to go back often while we are here as mini getaways during long weekends and have recommended them to all of our friends here on post as something to do with family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful time to the staff!!!
The water was a little cold. We seen cockroaches at the waterpark. We had to park a long ways away. Our room was ok. It was pretty dusty. I expected a microwave and fridge. Didn't have either. I think it was way overpriced for our room and waterpark passes when we couldn't even check in until 4 and thr waterpark closes at 9. My kids loved swimming though. If we come back we eill just get swim passes and stay at a cleaner hotel.
I had been waiting all week to enjoy a relaxing and fun-filled day with my granddaughters only to find that there hasn't been much improvement in customer service. Lobby was clean and inviting. The front desk people were professional. I even had an opportunity to meet the manager, he was very pleasant. Then I headed to the mini concession stand. *cashier took almost 5 min on each customer. * she had no front end help. So no back up and 2 customers walked out because they waited to long in line. * there 3 cooks in the back. And 1 guy just walked back and forth with his gloves on scratching his forehead. * my food came up and I received the core of the lettuce. That takes away from the food experience. I had to ask for a leaf of lettuce. 13.00 for 2 items that should have taken no more than 6 min. My Tootie fruity is great. Last is there a section reserved for air. I feel like I'm in a sauna. This is just my experience. At least the kids are having fun.
Last i went the equipment was really dirty and by the time i got out i felt so nasty i had to immediately shower. Not clean or sanitary enough at all for what they charge.
The food service says "Gators Grad and Go" meaning fast food right? Well not fast AT ALL....... They THREW AWAY MY COUSINS FOOD.....WE WAS WAITING FOR 30-40 mins. Not coming back to get food again unless they change they act.
Rooms on the lower level, were not clean, wall paper pealing off, air conditioner did not work. Water park was good, life gaurds seemed to really watch all the kids.
We bought tickets to go to the water park on March 17th. Due to COVID-19 closures around the city we contacted customer service the morning of the 17th to see if they would still be open. The customer service representative told us the park was closed indefinitely until further notice. She assured us that we would get a full refund. She said it would likely be a few weeks before it would show up in our account. After a few weeks nothing showed up so we tried calling. The phones went to an automated message and voicemail so we left a message asking for someone to call us and let us know what is going on. We have repeated this process once a week for several months. No one has ever contacted us back and we still have not received our refund. I understand times are rough for everyone but at least let your customers know what is going on. Hopefully this message will reach someone from customer service and they will reach out to us. Shame on you CoCo Key Water Resort!!!
The room was practically falling apart. The bathroom didn't even have a fan, it just had a patch over where it was supposed to be. Not to mention the 30 min wait for an elevator!
Where do I begin.....rooms was uncomfortable, no refrigerator, wifi terrible, bed covers was dirty, at night it is impossible to find decent parking they make you park on the Coco keys side and then you have to walk around the building. The breakfast buffet was freaking TERRIBLE. I wanted all of my money back. But the water park was ok, the water wasn't to cold.
This was perfect for us. We came on a vacation to Kansas City intending to spend a day at Great Wolf. Day tickets were TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS for our family. With a 3 & 6 year old you never know if they ll want to leave after 30 minutes! We passed this place on the way into town and I decided to look it up. Reviews were sketchy but cost was only $40 for our whole family on a Thursday. I decided to try it. So glad I did. Water wasn t cold or over chlorinated, wasn t crowded at all. It was very nice & clean. Everyone had fun. For $40 we didn t have to feel guilty for not staying 12 hours. Will definitely come back here & recommend.
I don't even know how to describe the awful-ness that is this place. The room is average-clean. Nothing fancy. The carpet had a few places that were worn or burned or something. The water park has such high levels of chlorine that your eyes immediately burn and your head pounds. Also, the water park is CLOSED ON MONDAYS!!!
We specifically stayed here at the start of our spring break and were totally disappointed to find out AFTER WE PAID that Coco Key is closed Monday's. So be sure to double check this if this is your reason for coming here.
Evidently they allow dogs in this hotel and the guest across the hall had a VERY LOUD BARKING dog that began barking at 6:00 am and continued for 3 hours. It was unbearable.
Please do not stay here. It doesn't feel safe, it's marginally clean and it's one giant issue after another.
The hot tub was dirty. Not enough lifeguards. The bathrooms were ok at first but became disgusting quickly. There was poop on the floor in one stall and it stunk in there. I was kind of afraid to swim to be honest.
Water park was a B. Smaller than pics but kids loved it. We stayed in the older part of the hotel and it showed. Walls are paper thin and we could see light from the next room thru the top seam of the wall and ceiling from our room. Lifeguards were very good at their jobs knowing when to correct a child and when to let the little things go, but keeping safety in mind. Very attentive. Very affordable for the fun we had. If we ever went back i would stay in the more expensive renovated part of hotel
We have been to CoCo Keys a couple of times and have enjoyed it both times. We've gone once during a cold spring day and once on a hot summer day. The summer day was a better experience because it was less crowded. Quite a few of our family have very fair skin and it was nice not to have to worry about sunscreen and getting sunburns. It was also nice that it was only 85 degrees inside while it was 98 outside. The spring day wasn't bad, but it was busier and pretty noisy. We are planning to go back soon.
We had fun here on a Spring Break day. Not too crowded. Pool was very nice, fun attractions. Life guards were attentive. Other staff were also helpful. Food was affordable, but they were out of a lot of items. The food area definitely needs improvement.
I was looking forward to this stay with my four daughters! We ve never done a family trip EVER. First thing I see when we get into the room.. A freaking roach!! I called the lobby.. and whole HOUR for them to come and inspect. They offered to spray the room and some sort of discount but I wouldn t know until check out.. $42.00 discount. Guess that s how much roaches are worth now days. The rooms were extremely dusty, customer service was rude as well and the water was too cold! Will not return and will be calling the city department on them!
It was very kid friendly. The kids loved it. Except that the water was on the colder side. My youngest wanted to get out after 10min into the water and keep warm for awhile until he was ready to go back in. The food wasn t the best or the worst. They do need more cooks as I had to wait 20min plus to get my food when there was no other orders going on..
We had a stay and play package. The room was clean and decor was nice. We had a hotel/swim party for our son. We put some hummus and cheeses in mini fridge to snack on later. Returned to room after visiting the waterpark and our cold foods were warm/sweating in the packages. Darn it! The fridge didn't work.
It was an ok experience , took 3preteens for something to do, the chlorine was extra strong today , it was so strong that it lottery made your eyes burn & light headed. The water was cold, and area where you get food & drinks which was ran by young kids was slow waited in line to order & get ur food for 35 mins and to get cold food, and expensive, the hot tub area was all closed down which was very disappointing, the only thing they had for adults was the boring lazy river.the changing room was straight up gross, u can tell there is not a lot of cleaning up around pool area, or bathroom, the need to up theirs game in customer service & cleanliness , making sure thing are being ran smoothly, lots of inexperienced kids working there
The staff was very helpful and personable, especially the sweet bartender! Our litt'lun even vomited on the stairs shortly after arrival, and they were very prompt about cleaning it up in a hygenic fashion. Thanks for a neat, warm experience in the middle of winter!
No towels at the water park. Had to bring our own. No clear and easily findable policy on inclement weather. Lightning shuts down EVERYTHING in the pool area. Noob running register at Pizza place with no help. Made our ordering experience quite unsatisfactory. No soap in the bathrooms. Dirty. The floor was just a mess, in and out of the water park area. No deodorizers in the urinals. Can't change the temperature of the water in the bathroom sinks. Food poisoning, both me and my son. Careful around those burgers. Employees looked unhappy.
Recommend to HIGHLY Stay Away from this place and the Hotel. Worst Service EVER in all my travels. Plus the neighborhood you have to go through in order to get to this place does not look Welcoming. More like Ghetto of Kansas City. Hours of Operation is practically Non Existent. And when I was given the Hotel Managers personal number, I left a very displeasing Message and 3 weeks later, have Yet to get a phone call back from the Broad. Do not under any circumstances stay at Adams Mark Hotel. Can not really give a review on the Water Park SINCE IT WAS NEVER OPEN during our stay. Rooms were Filthy. They F'ed up our Reservations. Put my Cousins Room under my Brothers Credit Card and said my Brother never had a Reservation. My Cousin requested Joining Rooms due to the size of his family. Well they had 1 room on 8th floor and another room on 9th floor. And my brother was thrown into a room that wasn't even cleaned up from World Series visitors. Also Staff was very inexperienced and rude. And the lack of Response from Manager shows how much these people really care about Customer Service. I am in contact with Coco Keys Corporate office to get the Franchise license removed from this place.
One of the worst experiences traveling ever. When we arrived to our room the bathtub was full of dirt like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The water park was closed due to lightning within 10 miles of the facility. Staff stated it was an act of God no refunds. Not enough parking. In the morning the shower was ice cold throughout the facility. Many of the arcade games accepted payment from my children but did not allow them to play the game. All of this for over $600 for two rooms one night. Will never return and we'll tell everyone we know to never go there.
The overall water park was ok. The life guards are whistle happy. The kids dont understand why. The arcade was bad. Over half of the games didn't work but still took our cards. The bar was very expensive. $15 for cheese burger fries and a pop. My kids didn't Even like the meal.Even the small restaurant was expensive. Only thing that was good. was the pina colada at the pool bar was very good.
Where does one start. Absolutely horrible experience. Come dressed unless you like changing in an empty room devoid of anything but pay to rent-to-rent lockers. Litteraly an empty room, no where to set anything but on the floor. Theres only one family changing room. So, if you have a small child, that takes two to change, you'll be waiting for 30 minutes. The pool chemicals were way off, eyes buring as soon as you walk in, indicating the ph was off and they were dumping chlorine in to compensate. Lifefuards didn't care unless their manager was standing behind them yelling at them. When the lifeguards did care, they would just look in your general direction and blow their whistle, regardless if you were looking at them, never actually talking to you. I got the whistle blown at me 3 diffrent times, still don't know what I did. Its a cash grab, and its doing a horrible job at that. Sad part is, we never got past the kiddy pool, which is right at the front. I did notice alot of the interactive games or props had either started falling into disrepair with rust showing or they just plain out didn't work. The other patrons were just as bad. I had a 5 year old kid look at me in the locker room and tell me "Stupid white people", his mother within earshot, right around the corner. Watched kids yell at parents, other than theirs, for trying to protect their kids from bullies. And, as you can imagine, when the hardly-caring lifeguards tried to correct the same kids actions, the kids would yell back and the lifeguards would just shrug and walk away. I spent the entire time with less than a foot of space seperating me and my daughter because I didn't feel she would be safe otherwise. Maybe it was a bad weekend, but the signs of being a horrible business run deep, and this business just wants your money, doesn't care about it's customers.
Was planning on booking a room in Feb. for two nights until I called lady was very rude and when I brought it to her attention that the "waterpark package" (which was almost $400 for two nights 4 passes) was about double the price then if I would just book a room for $93.50/night and pay the $20/day (about $260) she snapped at me and said "then I guess you should just do that then, do you need anything els?" like i was wasting her time.. DON'T WAST YOUR TIME LOOKING INTO THIS PLACE ITS A JOKE!
