Good hotel in general, beds comfortable and consu stiffness point. Very complete and quality breakfast. Well connected by metro to about 700 meters and nearby buses.

Great room and nice beds. Service is superior. Guest Ambassador Joana is so good at getting your dinner and shopping for you.

Very nice hotel. Well located with excellent comfort. It offers several services and has an excellent breakfast in the morning.

The hotel is visibly good, but the front desk service leaves a lot to be desired, impatient and intolerant. The location is not interesting for those who want to be close to the historic center. Be aware also because the room coffee is paid and no one warns you in advance.

Stayed for three nights from November 2, 2017. Hotel with prestigious surroundings, rooms with spacious facilities but lacking maintenance (difficult to regulate the intensity of hot / cold water and drainage of a clogged sink). Rich and quality breakfast. The dinner at the restaurant is not adequate to the level of the hotel (meat served raw without asking the customer, hard enough cod).

Outstanding service in a very comfortable Hotel in the center of Lisbon

I stayed at this hotel with family for the 4th of July weekend. First of all this is a 5 star customer service property. I ve traveled around the world and by far I m extremely impressed with their customer service. Now, the property is dated and branding itself as a five star can be deceiving. The property is a solid 4 star if you ask me, that s out of the way, I m very happy with the stay and will definitely recommend this property to anyone. Breakfast was good but again what made it exceptional was the service received. Excellence from staff all around.

Good and central location with nice breakfast, nice rooms and walking distance to all spots....

Important defects for a hotel of this category: you are not assured of having a parking space, so returning every day to the hotel with the car was an adventure. In an allegedly triple room the third bed was a cot where you could not sleep. The mattresses and pillows of the rest were not especially comfortable either.
In favor of the quality of bed linen and towels and, above all, breakfast.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and was satisfied in every way. Very attentive staff, good breakfast, nice room service - in short, we did not have a point to criticize!

Loved it, The service, decor, cleanliness. The breakfast is a separate chapter, I even miss it ... In the bathroom there is always a very clean robe and even disposable slippers. Shampoo and soap is a deliciously mild fragrance ... even body cream ...

The hotel and staff are lovely. Well placed for traveling around the city. The things that let it down were noise. Everything that happened on the streets outside I could hear. The neighbours I could hear. And they charge for something simple as tea and coffee!!!!

This is a great hotel. Service worthy of its five stars: all staff are extremely polite and very helpful. I give 4.5 stars and not more just because I feel it is just a hotel and there is nothing much more incredible to happen. It's a little annoying in that sense, but for those looking for just a place to rest, it will be very well served here .. :)

This was a fantastic hotel I stayed in for 4 nights and would deffinately return. The service and quality of food was impeccable.

very disappointed with the service of this 5 star hotel.
We had a theft of money during our stay and the hotel bluntly accused us of lying on the pretext of not wanting to manage anything .. when the proof that someone was in our room during our absence (by the details of the magnetic room cards), they said to us: "we will see when you come back this evening ..." .. we returned and still nothing, no apology or commercial gesture, absolutely nothing and to finish our rooms not made ( we were a group of 3). under the pretext of not wanting to do our rooms any more given the circumstances ... so we are in a 5 star and the room has not been cleaned, nor tidy, nor towels changed, no toilet paper, nor shower gel.
the day of our departure we are asked to pay 18 euros for the additional breakfast that we had taken on the day of our arrival because it was not included but this one when you are part of the hotel is only supposed to cost 10 euros. 3 rooms with breakfast had been reserved during the stay, once again ... no commercial gesture (I found that very limited) ... I am very disappointed.

spa do not expect to spend a moment of relaxation it looks like a municipal swimming pool: wearing of the obligatory cap and shouting of people who come with family to the swimming pool. it is very very hot in the greenhouse when the sun beats down on it.

This hotel is really good. You get an excellent welcoming and great informations about what to do in Lisbon (far better that any Tourism Center).

The Wi-Fi has a pretty good coverage and a quite plaisant debit. It's the first hotel where I don't have any complaint about the internet.
Speaking of which, you can rent there a portable hotspot for 6 /day. It's a little device that gets unlimited 4G and gives it to you as Wi-Fi. Very useful to always have internet access without paying huge roaming fees. However, the battery only lasts half a day at most (even though we weren't using it that much). Take an external battery with you to be safe.

They clean your room several times a day and let little chocolates on the bed.
The shower wasn't easy to use. A old system using two taps that don't work well. But we managed.

The breakfast (not included) is served in a luxurious room. There is a very large buffet where you can find everything you want.

Last of all, the hotel is only 5 minutes from the nearest metro station that takes you to the center but you can also walk to the center in about 15 20 minutes.

Unfortunately swimming pool in renovation, very small gym, really not a real 5 star hotel!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Very friendly staff speaking some a little french. Rich breakfast. Room very comfortable a bit bruillante in the morning of the morning side street side but no fear we sleep well. Hotel well located near the subway and the tourist town center. The pool is good but 1m20 deep not enough to swim properly. The great spa especially the steam room and jacuzzi free. Provide a bathing cap if not pay locally. Room service ok. I recommend this hotel very classy

Good hotel but parts of the staff miss the respect. In today's world women are also those with jobs and money. If the page thanks me, and only with me, for the tip my girlfriend gives him, then he has too many deficits for such a hotel.

A truly "Grand" hotel, convenient to many of Lisbon's best attractions, with fine restaurants and bars in the hotel itself. You will be glad of such a fine home away from home!

Many thanks to Carla, Diogo and all the staff at the Altis Grand Hotel in Lisbon for making our stay 19 - 26 Feb 2019 very special. Chris and I were celebrating a special birthday and family anniversary. We were upgraded to a suite which was out of this world with chocolates delivered to our room everyday. Nothing was too much trouble,we really enjoyed our stay and will return.

Wonderful accommodation, clean and quiet. Gret in house food.

It could have been better. The head of reception is not up to the rest of the service. We were arrogantly greeted when the customers were us! Everything else went as expected but without surpassing expectations.
