Beacon Hill is a disruptive college student environment. It's all parties and drunk kids. If you rent here, you'll hate it. The Beacon Hill Civic Association is useless.

The BHCA helps maintain a vibrant, congenial atmosphere by hosting many community events throughout the year. It keeps the neighborhood beautiful, historically preserved and safe by helping neighbors engage in civic projects and also by working with local businesses and city government.
