We went for an afternoon outing and were very impressed! My kids were thrilled. Something for all ages. The price was a little steep for us, otherwise we would go more often. Don't try to bring in your own food

Me and the kiddos loved this waterpark! We stayed from noon until they closed and my kids still didn't want to leave! Water slides were super fun and my little ones had a lot to do. Water was the perfect temperature, not to cold and not too warm. My kids range from 13 to 3 and they all enjoyed this park. They even have a bar for the adults . Charlie, Tessie and Gina were all super helpful and friendly and their service was superb! We will be going back soon!

The lifeguards are NOT very good. I have 12 month passes, so I've been a lot. The lifeguards are always young kids who aren't paying attention to the swimmers, which is of great concern in the kiddie pool. I've watched lifeguards play on their cell phones, among other things, instead of watching these tiny lives. I have personally had to step in when children were in danger because the lifeguard was oblivious.

I think the kids liked it just fine. All the adults felt the polar opposite.

The park itself is clean and fun, and keeps my 7 year old entertained for a couple hours each time, but going on a busy day is not an option for us, as parents let their mean little kids run around on their own, pushing and splashing other kids they don't know. The hours also vary a lot so just check before you go.

Great place for our kids (5 yo and 7 mo) to play. The price was perfect. The attached hotel was very rundown. The bathrooms smelled of smoke.

Actually was not crazy in there today on a sat. Had issues previously but better experience this time.

People need to teach there kids respect for others then the perents want to fight other people when they think there kid didn't do anything wrong then they send there kids to start drama again

I first been this indoor water park since of January 2016. It was fun indoor water park!

Neat idea ! However I am here now... and I am not impressed with its cleanliness. No one follows the 18 and over rules!! kids in diapers in the hot tub spa area... wow!! Ok lets talk food. New Management is needed...the food is cold and gross! Took forever and was.too pricey...!$$$$ Water was dirty all of it .No not coming back ever!###

Coco Key Water Resort 2/10:
-Small for the size of occupants.
-Constantly told by a lifeguard I couldn't take my 2yo down slides and he had to go by himself (I don't think so...)
-Under staffed; not enough coverage to maintain positions plus attend to issues.
-Inner-tubes were first come first serve. No systems were in place to pass the inner-tubes off upon exit of slide's end pool. People kept the inner-tubes and kept riding the slides and the life guard said they couldn't tell them to forfeit the tubes.
-Numerous inner-tubes lacking air or flat.

Adam's Mark Hotel 1/10:
-Not enough elevators to accommodate the hotel. The stairs were constantly used by many families.
-Bed skirts had dried mud on them.
-No hotel nor area info (attractions, restaurant, room service etc)
-Hallway smells like smoke.
-No fridge nor microwave.
-TV constantly went out or lips out of sync.
+/-Arcade attendant gave us game cards half off but most games were out of service. Games for tickets didn't dispense tickets or were out. Was told they're under renovation but got our money back for the game cards.
-Breakfast is not included ($12/adult for buffet)
-Some outlets in the room didn't work.
-Overbooked; families yelling at staff in lobby.
-No room service, even when requested.
-Had another occupant express how she only had 1 pillow for the entire room and had poop smeared on the walls.
-Walls are so thin, me and my family were basically in the conversation with the neighboring room until 2am, keeping us awake. I had a harder time hearing someone in our bathroom.
-Used tampon in the hallway and room service just stepped over it.

+Had a magic show and movies offered (didn't attend them as we were busy trying the mediocre arcade.

The waterpark is ok but the rooms are insanely hot!

None of the staff smiled or even acted like they cared about their jobs. The front staff was yelling at her kid and never even said a word to us, just took the paper work and waved us on.The lifeguards were rude to 3 of our 5 year olds and made them cry by yelling at them and continuously blowing her whistle but never attempting to help them. When I brought up our issue with the head life guard I was told I was in the wrong. We took our children and left immediately. Money spent for 3 adults and 4 children wasted.

Walking into a the nicely decorated lobby is misleading. It goes downhill from there. We had no hot water for 5 hours. Then we found a dirty man's sock in our bed. Took an hour to get new sheets. The front desk staff does not answer the phone. It was one fiasco after another. The water park was okay but don't stay at this hotel. It is so poorly mismanaged that it is ridiculous.

We always have a good time here, the staff is great, and my kids just thought it was the best thing ever. That's all the positives. There's just a few things I wasn't happy about. The chlorine was so strong in the water that my daughter got a rash. I wanted to give her a bath to wash it off her skin, but the stopper on the bath was removed. So I gave her a shower, where the water turned cold after 5 minutes. It was a quick shower for her and cold ones for the rest of us. I know this all sounds negative but for the price, you get what you get. I was like, okay, moving on. I'm ready for bed. Before I get into my last issue let me just say, our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. No problems there. Alright, the only other thing that bothered me was the fan on our AC. At about 1:00 a.m. I woke to what I thought was a woman screaming. After some stumbling around I discovered it was the fan. I turned it off and though a little shaken, went back to bed. I didn't complain there at the time because we only stayed one night and honestly, I wasn't that bothered. I'm sure if I stayed more nights I would have complained and I imagine the staff would have done all they could to fix the situation. Overall, we had fun and that's what really matters.

Booked my stay back in July for the last weekend in September and it could not be found even though I had all my confirmation numbers and everything. Took them almost an hour to get me checked in. No housekeeping had to call and get clean towels. Sheets would not stay on the bed ( they don't have fitted sheets). The water park was freezing couldn't enjoy it. Some other guests had $600.00 stolen and someone else had their car broke into. No ice machines working.

My kids were up til midnight in our room.. Being kids at a water park hotel. Was told to learn how to parent my kids by security cause they were loud instead of asking to keep them quiet. 1st of all we paid 100 something for the night. Had food in the fridge the last people in the room left. Had to switch rooms bc the 1st was dirty. 2nd room was obviously dirty since there was food in the fridge from the last people. Used to be a nice place. But went to hell

We went there for Spring Break weekend and had a terrible time. We checked in at 11:00AM mainly to make sure we would get a rollaway bed. They said they would make sure. We went out on the town and I called at 3:00PM to verify that we would have a rollaway, they said that they would put it on our file and get one in our room. We got to the room at 4:30PM and sure enough, no rollaway. We called the front desk and they said they were all checked out. Nice! The parking lot does not have the capacity for when the hotel is full. But the BIGGEST issue is that the hotel has 15 floors and only three elevators. It takes FOREVER to get an elevator going up or down. A lot of people were taking the stairs even though they had to go up 12 levels. I would rather pay the extra money to have a more enjoyable, relaxing time at Wolf Lodge. Beware! You've been warned!

We originally came here last year because of an online special in November, my 7 year old really enjoyed the Coco Keys park. He played in that all day and didn't want to leave. I enjoyed the lazy river, but I did wish they had more seating and cubbies, I found it hard to find a place to put a towel and stuff down. We will probably try to get there early next time to save a spot. We stayed at the hotel, and the room was decent. Beds were comfortable, but no hot water in the morning. The internet was very spotty from our hotel room. We have booked another stay in a few months and I already requested a room closer to a router for internet. They quickly responded and are going to make that happen. We are excited for our second stay!

I hate to have to rate a place in my own city so poorly but it must be done. A friend and I bought a Groupon to take our boys to the water park and stay the night. The experience was terrible overall. First my friend called to check on the times of the water park as we could not check in until 4pm. The staff told her we could come to the water park before, but the staff also told her that the park was open the next day. When we arrived we found out the water park/arcade was only going to be open one day until 5pm. The staff that checked us in did compensate of with an extra arcade card. The water park was dirty, actually disgusting. All areas look un-cleaned, there was trash everywhere especially in the lazy river, and worse of all poop on the pool deck, yes that is right actual human fecal matter. The women's restroom was not attended, to say the least. The life guards did not seem to care if children were walking back up the sides in the central area of the park. These were small kids may 3-4 years old so I hold the parents responsible for this as well however is it not the responsibility of the life guards to assure safety in general? Now for the hotel, the staff was not helpful when asking basic questions. We asked multiple people if there would be breakfast and we got three different answers. Yes there would be a free continental breakfast in the morning, I don t know if there is breakfast, and no we don t provide breakfast in the am. The rooms where fair, however there was no hot water. Now I understand that things happen but we called to let them know about the water and they report it was being attended to, but would not be up and running for several more hours. I would not recommend this hotel or water to park to anyone. So save your money and time and go somewhere else. It is a shame that KC, Mo cannot provide a better indoor water park destination.

The pool area was pretty cool but the rooms could have been bit better. It also needed to have a free breakfast.

Waterpark part was great, kids loved it. However the room accommodations were less than we were hoping for. Mainly the beds were small and extremely uncomfortable. We had already prepaid before we arrived to help speed up the check in process, but it still took over 45 minutes to check in and just get our keys. They did give us free Breakfast's for the hassle, but it shouldn't have been that difficult.

It is oKay here. The bathrooms were a mess. The filters in lazy pool you can see were full of trash. Looked as not cleaned in a long time and we went at begging of day. I do not like the hot tub was gone. The water bucket to play area does not work anymore so seems it could be dangerous. It has so much potential and should be repaired and cleaned better. They should train employees to be a little more helpful and positive. The concession was pricey, but pizza was pretty good and workers in there very nice.

My family was so excited to come and as we checked in and changed ...boom my 3 year old noticed a bug on the pillowcase and it was a live adult bed bug they were nice about reverseing the charge but dam!

For my grandchildren they had a great time at the waterpark . try to check in early but was told no. So had to wait till 4pm. We were told that the BBQ restaurant did not close till 9pm. But when I went to check on the menu at 5:45pm was informed it would close at 6pm need less to say we pulled the children out of the water park soaking wet and made it to the restaurant at 5:55pm. The BBQ rib dinner was excellent . I will come back for the ribs and that's all.o yea the water park closed at 6pm.water park 2 star's-- BBQ restaurant 10 star's.well worth the 200 mile trip.

Love this place. I wouldn't say you could spend all day there but they offer a 5-9pm pass that is perfect. Great for all ages w 3 big slides 3 intermediate slides for kids over 36" tall and even a few little slides for little ones as young as 15 months. They have a snack bar and a bar that serves alcohol. They do have party packages and cabanas you can rent out also

I will start with the hotel. We checked in this past weekend and we had two rooms. In BOTH of our rooms the toilets flooded the first time we flushed them. The toilets never got fully fixed so my family had to go down to the lobby from the 11th floor just to use the restroom. When maintenance finally showed up they got toilet water all over the floor and did not even bother to mop it up, so we had to call them back to the room once again. The rooms do NOT have refrigerators. The only outside pool they have was closed BOTH weekend days because people were out there late the previous night and got their hair grease in the pool and other bodily fluids and it was so cloudy you could not see the bottom of the pool. So for some reason, instead of having maintenance clean this after the "people" got out of the pool at night, they decided to wait until the middle of the next morning to clean it, which had it closed for the rest of the entire day. When it finally opened late that evening, guess what, the exact same thing happened that evening, and it was closed all the next day as well. Back to the bathrooms, since we constantly had to use the lobby bathrooms, those were even more disgusting than the hotel rooms. Trash everywhere. Constantly had no paper towels or soap in the women and men's bathrooms. We paid quite a bit of money for two rooms for two nights and this hotel is not even worth spending $40 a night. I have stayed in motel 6's better than this hotel. Lets move on to Coco Keys, we went to take a shower before we got into the pool, and the showers they had at the pool were absolutely disgusting. There were DIRTY tampons all over the showers. Also, tagging along with the several other posts made about this, people do leave their hoodlum kids unattended. They were running all over the place, the supposable "lifeguards" did nothing about it. They were shoving kids all over the pool, running everywhere, etc. I cannot count how many times my 4 and 6 year old were shoved around. We paid a lot of money for my whole family to go to this "water park" for two days, and it was absolutely DISGUSTING. If you like cleanliness at all, spend the little extra money and GO TO GREAT WOLF LODGE!!!!!! I promise you, you do NOT want to go here. If you have younger kids especially, it is so easy for them to reach down and put something nasty in their mouths.. That is how DISGUSTING this place is..

Terrible experience!! The rooms and hallways had a terrible smell. The toilet didn t work...and the rooms were just filthy. It was so bad we left just two hours after checking in. We were told we would be receiving a credit by hotel staff and weeks and several phone calls later (with unfufilled promises of a return call)...still nothing! Will never return!!

This was by far the worst experience, don't waste your time or money. Check in was at 4, finally got a room after 6 that smelled like mold. Took the kids to the water park while we waited and a child threw up in the water and the staff just ignored it, no effort to clean it up. Went to the restaurant after all of this @6:50 they ignored us and then said they were closed and slammed the door on us. Overall terrible experience!!!

I like this place. Sundays are the deal days. (Groupon) My kids love it, but complained about the water making their eyes RED.

My kids have enjoyed the water park many years now i enjoy the hotel. Wish there was room service.

Very dirty from the dressing rooms to the facilities. The water was very mercy and gross to be in. Would not recommend this place to people.

Friday kick back is a amazing value for the family!

We attended a birthday party at CoCo Key. I was impressed with the facility and all the things there were for the kids to do. Even an address for the littles.

This hotel was dirty. There were stains on the floor, red blood stains on blankets, hairs on the outlet on the desk, smears of who knows what on the bathroom door and side table. Half the The lamps kept coming unplugged from wall and wouldn't work, phone in our room didn't work and had to go to front desk to have someone come fix it. We booked for 5 guests and they refused to give us a roll away bed and then told us they were running low on blankets so could only give us 2 for a makeshift pallet on the floor for our daughter. The hotel is old and dated. The water park was mediocre at best. Every where you looked was dirty and filth. Room was very hot even with thermostat turned all the way down. Will not be returning to this hotel.

The staff was rude. if you book for the wrong day they won't move the reservation or refund. If you call to check on your reservation they will hang up on you. Rudest staff I've ever met. Very very poor choice of hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Hasn't changed since last thinner i been there which was 10 years ago

My family (my mother, 6 year old brother and myself) booked a trip to KC and wanted to find something different to do that we haven t done before. In May 2018 my family stayed at Great Wolf Lodge and was very satisfied with our stay but this time our adventure would take us to a different area of KC. We didn t feel we would utilize an in door water park more than once so we decided to stay at different hotel and visit Coco Keys Resort for a day. We should have been alarmed when we pulled up and got front row parking in a seemly dead parking lot. We walked in received our wrist bands and booked a locker. Our first bad experience were the restrooms. They were filthy and not maintained well at all. Toilet paper and soap both scarce. Our experince worsened as the day went on. The so called LifeGaurds were more worried about their social life and talking with friends. They unfarely enforced rules and didn t intervene in situations that should have been. For example, I m 26 years old and my 6 year old brother and I were the only people in the pool with the basketball goals and the lifeguard blew her whistle. At first, I honestly didn t pay attention because that s how the workers got each other s attention so I assumed that s what she was doing. The alert was for us. My brother was holding on my back while we played in the water. Which wasn t allowed. However, there were 4 boys appearing to be the ages of 9-13 years old without a parent anywhere in sight, that wre rough housing and pushing and nothing was said. The food was subpar at best. The workers were rude and inpersonable. The actual facility is much smaller then the photos online make it appear. The out side part of the park was closed. You d be much better off taking the extra time to drive to Great Wolf Lodge or ANY other water park for that matter. If it wasn t for having a special needs 6 year old with us we would have left, but he wouldn t have understood. Next time, we will drive out of our way to go anywhere else.

Kids liked swimming but the hotel is another story. No ice machine on our floor had to search for one. Our hallways smell like urine. The bed was nothing but flat sheets and old blanket. Bed shirt was dirty. Took forever to check in and just as we got to the front of the line to check in the lady behind desk just left without a word. No fridge or microwave in the room. Hair dryer doesn't work. No information in the room to let you know what's at hotel. Will definitely spend the extra money to stay at great Wolf Lodge...and will not be staying here again.

I don t even know where to begin! This hotel is absolutely HORRIBLE! This is my first time ever writing review but I wanted to warn people what they were getting into! I honestly wish I would have spent the extra money and send to the Great Wokf lodge! This hotel is a complete joke! When we first arrived their were no parking spots, they should have reserved parking for their guest! There were no luggage carts as well! The elevators were slow and didn t run probelry! We waited 25 minutes just to get an elevator! With a small child 25 minutes feels like an entirnity! My father that came with us was recovering from a broken leg and had to take the stairs because elevators never came or when they did they were packed with people! We requested a refrigerator and when we got to the room it was lying in front of the door and not plugged in! They didn t even take the time to walk it 5 extra feet and plug it it. Also the refrigerator smelled DISGUSTING! There was literally piles of trash and bedding outside the rooms! The rooms weren t cleaned well! The toilet was dirty and dust was flying off the lamp! The room was cold and heater didn t work! The lobby and hallway areas weren t marked, so you had to walk around aimlessly to find where to go! The water park was actually very nice but over crowded! They ran out of towels. They were definitely over max capacity! The lifeguards allowed the children to do what ever they wanted! The arscade room was over priced and the majority of the games were out of order or out of tickets! This is a very nice hotel just poorly ran! It s in desperate need for a remodel and a change! If the staff and owners actually cared about their business they would do s massive change! They shouldn t allow outside guests to have priority over the ones paying to stay at their resort! Very disappointing and sad experience! They have a beautiful place just wish they took more pride in it and their guest! This place needs a major remodel and fix ups! I wouldn t even want my dog to stay at a place this bad!

Had a great time.. Call ahead to make sure they have openings cause we reserved online was able to get in but couple hrs after getting there it was very crowded for while

The facility was clean the workers there was very slow and acted annoyed that we were asking of there services. Will not go back ever!! I spent a lot of money there and to be treated like my family was a burden to ask for a slice of pizza and waited for over 25 mins for a slice. Just over the top ridiculous.

Water park was ok. The cocokeys in Omaha puts this one to shame. Water park is the same, except that it is cleaner warmer, and not run down. The hotel room was the worst room I have ever stayed in anywhere. I have experienced better beds in $35 dollar motels with rooms you could regulate the air and it actually worked. We had the thermostat at 55 degrees when it was only 40 degrees outside and couldn't get it cooler than what felt like mid 70's. Wallpaper in bathroom was falling off. Beds were like 40 years old and springs only. Carpet is as old as dirt. Absolutely do not stay here. You are better sleeping in a car. Even the parking lot looked like Mardi Gras just came through, it was filled with trash. I waited 45 minutes for cheeseburgers in the water park, after ordering, and I was the only one. Wish I could give negative stars.

Kids had fun! Slimy floor. Kid was sick for 3 days after!! We ordered pizza and sticks and it taste good at the time!

Just stopping by for a brief tour the water resort. Seems maintained and cared for by the owners.

This hotel sucked. The toilet was clogged often. Pool was murky and water park crowded. And the covers had stains on them. Never ever staying here again.

The water resort was good but the rooms have went downhill drastically. The rooms look like they have not been vacuumed and the bathroom was not cleaned. I even saw a roach in the bathroom. I am so dissatisfied.

We go on the 2nd Friday of any given month for Scout day, when we can get in for only $5 per person!

The rooms we staid in were nice.. that's about it
the water indoor park was ok, over crowded.. water didn't seem clean... it almost felt like oil on my skin. Other than that my son had a great time!

I just love when the ppl who comment on everyone's review and say
" Oh we will fix that, we are telling our community , We are taking care of it," When all the reviews are months apart and nothing changed about the reviews, ALL the reviews are the same. Nothing changed....

Took my little family, we had a blast but the place needs updated.

We purchased the day passes online- easy process and checking in was a breeze! My 6 year old had so much fun--- (and so did we ) will definitely be back!!!!

Very thuggish crowd. Didn't feel safe here.
UPDATE: went back again with another family and their kids, same type of thing, lots of ghetto/thug types and a bunch of unattended kids were tearing up games in the arcade. My friends daughter had her phone stolen from her, we couldn't let our kids play in there because of it. Its really sad because it could be a great place if it weren't for certain clientele.

Had my sons 5th birthday party there. We had soooo much fun. Staff was prompt and didnt have to worry about anything. They set up the room for his birthday party and decorated it perfect. The water was a little warm and the pool area was hot but it was also 110 degrees outside. I feel it was all worth it exp if you have younger children. We also had the cabana and it was more private. The party booker is Theresa and she was also sweet and answered all my questions. Thanks coco keys for a memorable birthday for my baby.

I called this place to ask a couple questions, such as is it all indoors, is it 4yr old friendly. After telling me to "look at the website" multiple times I started to get upset. If you can not tell me more about your business and be respectful I don't need to spend my money there. Needless to say by the end of the conversation he hung up on me.very professional coco key water resort! Maybe I should gave read the reviews before I even wasted my time calling.

The front desk person was in training, but by herself at check-in time. She told us only one of our 3 rooms had been reserved. She finally called for a manager, but it took over 15 minutes for him to show up. In that time at least 7 other families showed up to check-in, needless to say it was chaos. They seemed very short staffed considering how busy they were.

This place is amazing! Highly recommend!! Fun for adults and kids

Great for my kids, not as much for me. But hey the kids had a blast and i didn't have to follow them around. We've already been a second time!

Nasty is the main word for it. Pool area, bathrooms, and changing rooms are all 100% disgusting. Good thing we had a discount and didn't pay full price. Life guards not watching and a kid started walking up a slide while my son was going down it. He got hit in the head and lip because he slid into the kid on the way down. Huge bruise and ruined his afternoon. The basketball area and other areas closed down without notice of when they would be open. Too many unwatched and mean kids, teenagers, and even adults. We will go to Great Wolf Lodge from now on.
