I will NEVER spend money to stay at Adams Mark Hotel again! Upon arrival, the staff could not locate my reservation and my kids had to wait in our car for over an hour until a manager was finally able to look at my email with my confirmation info. Hotel staff and management were incredibly unprofessional. Once in the room, it was extremely hot and the heater would not turn off. I called guest services and they were only willing to provide a fan. I finally sat down and was planning to watch a movie with my children, but the T.V
was broken. We decided to use our laptop, but the hotel WiFi would not work. The hallway smelled like someone had just finished smoking marijuana and the room had clearly been smoked in multiple times. We decided to just sleep and leave early in the morning only to find my credit card had been charged for an extra $200 despite me paying for our reservation three days prior to our stay. When I approached the front desk attendant in regards to the additional charges (outside of deposit) she called another staff member over and began whispering to him. If I could give 0 stars I most definately would. In my 33 years of traveling, I have never experienced anything like this. A manager was supposed to call me back in regards to the stay, but still has not. My refund is expected to be back in my account in 3-5 business days. I could not be more thankful to be home. IT IS WORTH THE EXTRA $100 TO STAY AT GREAT WOLF LODGE! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Had a blast at the waterpark loved it haven t been here since I was 3 years old chlorine wasn t strong at all best waterpark ever

Beautiful place fun for the kiddos and right by Walmart

We visited coco key for the first time on a Saturday in November. It was so fun! My kids ages 8,7&4 loved it! For being an indoor water park there are quite a few attractions- lazy river, huge play area, kiddie area and lily pad/ basketball area. It was clean and well maintained. We will go back!

Park is very fun. Concessions are awful!! I bought a $2 slice of pizza and got charged $3.32 when I asked if there was a service charge for using a card she said no. I said that is steep tax and she said I don't know the computer just adds it up for me. That didn't solve the issue and I got no itemized copy. I understand they mostly hire kids and that is to be expected but they need some team meetings to teach good customer service.

Cheaper than the Great Wolf Lodge......so much cheaper. Lots of things don't work, though. Sprays that didn't spray. Buckets that didn't dump. Tubes that we're almost flat...lots of these. My kids have gone to The Great Wolf Lodge and spent an entire day. Here, we were done after 3 hours. Ymmv

Fun waterpark. Fairly small but enough to do for a whole day.

I took the kids to the waterpark for the day. They had a blast, it was a good all around time. I would definitely reccomend it

The Food was TERRIBLE someone needs to be Fired awful

The life guards are on it. I took my 2 year old and she is fearless. They were incredibly patient with her since her little legs would only let her climb so fast. First Thursday of the month is a deal at $8 per adult. Good fun for all!

It is hot inside and very stong chemical smell. Also half the arcade games did not work.

It was one of the dirtiest hotels we have stayed in. The elevator wait was way too long average 10-15 minutes up or down, the Caseys Bar and Grill service was the slowest and most unfriendly and uninviting atmosphere. A waitress finally took our order for water and forgot about us, had to ask someone else 20 minutes later. Food too pricey and cold. Dirty pool areas, jacuzzi had floating napkins and ALOT of sand on the bottom. Very chaotic hotel and not enough quiet. The waterpark the employees/lifeguards were not at all friendly and acted put out if you asked them a question. I WILL NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN! EVER, I will pay double and stay at a classier hotel with better service and facilities.

Arrived at water park about 4:30 very crowded we paid about $70 for 3 of us and baby we was in there about 30 min then the lifeguards rudely started yelling at us to get out of the pool due to a rain storm that "was approaching" then said we couldn't get back in until the shower was over so we asked for a refund then they pull out a piece of paper from under the counter that says no refunds so they took me and my family for hard earned money no remorse very rude not a place I would go to and too expensive for one shallow lazy river 2 ft deep furniture broken and dirty water they won't get my money again........

We enjoyed the family deal on Friday nights! $9.99 per person from 4pm -9:30pm. It was packed and the kids had fun. I would definitely do this again.

Could have more slides but not a place to have fun. My 6 year old said she had a blast.

At coco keys the service was bad they gave us sheets instead of blankets . On the coldest night of the year and we all had colds. And the bath tubes were very nasty.

The water was cold and the hot tub was out of service. It made the experience less fun than it could have been.

Customer service needs desperate help on the hotel an water park side it surprised me when the employees were actually ruder on the water park side considering they have to deal with children you would think they wouldn't be as rude as they were I will never ever go there again because of my experience and I've only been there twice in the first time I went there was the same time and you guys were jam packed busy but I went to went there this time tell anybody there I was on the weekend too so as a preview customer service you will improve business very disappointed

Was great for the kids! Hotel has been updated recently and that helped the aesthetics

The water park was good except the service at the food court was horrible.. very under staff... the hotel desperately needs upgraded the beds are horrible i hate to be negative but the pic of the hotel room must be from 20 years ago. Anyways its a good place to go have fun......

Awesome! My 5 and 2 year old kids absolutely loved it. Great for little ones.

The water park side was ok. Needs a larger pool for the parents though. The hotel side was a different story. No onsite restaurant even though all the signs on the walls say there are. Lots of stains on floor and the phone didn't work in the room. Signs on the floors say vending and ice here. Walk to location to only find ice lol. All in all lots of disappointments.

Was not impressed at all with this hotel. Definitely overpriced. It snowed during our stay, my husband went outside to get a few things from our car, on his way out passing a woman vacuuming the front area, when he returned with a couple bags, she said " did you really need to go out and get that stuff?! ". Fortunately, my husband is sweet and just apologized while she rolled her eyes at him and grunted. Do not plan on returning to this hotel.

Brought 65 kids to CocoKey for our last day of Spring Break with my school district. Incredibly accommodating and kind. Lifeguards are on point. Doing their job.

We purchased a Groupon for the water park and are getting what we paid for, time to play in the water. On a good note, the water is clean and the kids are having a blast. There's plenty of options for things to do for all ages. On a bad note, there was only one person at the front desk so getting in was PAINFULLY slow. Also, the lifeguards don't seem to realize how their attitudes effect the atmosphere. They don't seem to enjoy the work and one lifeguard, Alexis, agressively yelled at a couple kids over a tube. She didn't use a gentle tone of authority and that is disappointing. On a worse note, I mentioned to the first aid desk the lack of soap and to resolve it they only put a single soap bottle. There are too many people and the one dispenser isn't enough; the ratio is lopsided and insufficient.

This place is absolutly horible room are dirty games arw all broken... i arrived at 9pm on friday went through 4 different room cause they where so gross and rude when we explained how bad house keeping was not taking care of the place. NOT ONLY DID IT TAKE 2HIURS TO FIND A STILL DIRTY BUT OK TO SLEEP IB ROOM THEN COME TO FIND OUT THE HEAT DONT WORK AND THE TUB DONT DRAIN!!!! So they send the guy to fix the hear cause ar night it was cold then next day we can turn the heat off and get the ac back on but they only could apoligies cauae they couldnt find engineering. Oh but hot to mention none of the outlets work thet where all mess up there was food crubs all over the floor. Then tried to talk to manage she didn't care asked for corporate number no one new it so i tried to find it online and none of the numbers are active so i ask the supervisor again cauae im very unhappy rooms are a bio hazord my vacation is a nightmare service sucks.....EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS HORIBLE BESIDE THE WATER PARK AND THE lobby BUT I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER GO BACK AND I DONT SUGGEST IT AT ALL LESS ITS FOR WATER PARK ONLY AND THAT NOT AMAZING BUT IT OK

The water slides are amazing for one or even two at a time. The water park is clean and there are lifeguards everywhere. For the adults the drinks at the bar are great.

this place is amazing. the customer service is phenomenal. I had my kids birthday party there on a Saturday and my guest said it was the best party they've been too. something for everyone. We will defiantly go again just an amazing experience. I recommend this place to everyone

Water is freezing and feels like a cold draft thought the entire pool area. They filled in their hot tub with cement instead of repairing. They over charge us $2 a ticket and said they couldn't refund the other over charge until the manager for back, then the manager said it had to be done when it happened not 2 hours later.

Good fun for the kids. Pack a lunch to eat at the car tho because there service is slow.

The water park is small. We went on a Friday night in February and found it to be crowded, extremely noisy, cold, and dark. My 2 year old was excited but her teeth were chattering after 30 minutes. I would only come back during school hours, which would help cut down on the number unattended children running amok. Having been to both Great Wolf Lodge and CoCo Keys, I can say there is no comparison in terms of a quality experience, Great Wolf Lodge wins, hands down.

Doesn't look like the pictures! Lobby is deceiving! No refrigerator & had to request for a damn hair dryer! Hot as hell in my room & I had the a/c on all night its March 2019! Water park is tiny, arcade is a joke. There are 3 slides & the most fun part. My friend's hotel had blood on their damn sheets! U've tried 2 buy water twice from vending machine, their OUT! Shower curtain won't stay shut. I've stayed at better Motel 6's to be perfectly honest. I booked my hotel 15mins after my friend & I was charged $23 more, called them they refused to fix it! Stains on the carpet. Highly dissatisfied!! Spend your money elsewhere & do more fun places!!!

We were not able to access the Water Resort. The employee that checked us in was exceptionally helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. However, our room was horribly hot, so much so that when we walked in the heat was a tangible field. I tried to change the thermostat without success. I dialed the front desk. They sent a building engineer up to our room.

The engineer made some adjustments to the system so that we could utilize the A.C. He stated that it would take a bit of time for the room to cool. Therefore, we left for an early dinner at Denny's. We returned an hour later. The room was still ablaze. I called the front desk after an additional hour of no relief. The front desk associate transferred us to a different room.

The second room was cooler than the first but not cool enough. I was very disappointed because I expected more in the quality of service provided by the Adams Mark Hotel.

The rooms did not have air. Night maintenance guy dont know what he's doing. Housekeeping came in without knocking cleaned our bathroom and didn't leave towels and cocokeys on Sunday was only open 3 hours and wanted 15.99 a person and online said it was open til 6 p.m. for 8.99. the power in the hotel went off probably because of too many parties in the meeting rooms. The people next to our room there room was hot and pubic hairs in the bath tub

Had to write a review after dealing with extremely terrible customer service. I made reservations online then when it came to checkin (3 pm) the rooms were still not ready. We missed out on the water package that we had bought for the day as well as the sea life tickets that we bundled due to waiting for a room. Finally we went home due to being tired of waiting and after waiting on hold for over an hour to speak with someone they wouldn t guarantee a refund. It was 8:30 pm at this time and we hadn t even reciprocate any of the services that we spent over 200.00+ for. The water park looked great from a distance but trying to obtain a splash of spring break excitement for the kids was ruined by incredibly poor and lousy customer service and the lack of confidence in the company to reconcile for losses!

CoCo Key is a ton of fun. There's something for kids of all ages. The staff is quite nice and helpful. The pizza is tasty and there's a bar for the adults.

I find it quite expensive the place is small and the water smells quite chlorine and burns the skin more for babies

First time there really enjoyed myself they serve adult beverages I found out as well which was awesome and the kids had a blast too

Best camping RV park we have ever been to. Planning another trip in the near future.

I have gone to coco keys two times so far and had a blast with my two kids. They are 8 years old and we have gone both time with scouts. They have a scouts night where you can get in for $5 every 2nd friday. It's a way to get in and not pay a lot.

I decided to go all out and rent a cabana and have a great time with my family. But the staff was horrible couldn t answer any of my questions were out of everything told me one time and changed it when I show up. Lost key to bar/non alcoholic smoothies. Seems like everyone need to be retrained or who s ever in charge needs fired. Was completely disappointed will not be back save you money the was a nice place but not anymore 0 stars

Great water park. Lots of different areas for kids of all ages. Friendly staff. Lifeguards on duty and they walk around and keep a close eye on every kid.

Nice park. Dangerous patrons, did NOT feel safe walking to my car at night.

Great for kids. Not so much adults. Lifeguard here strictly ICE and for paycheck. Don't care about rough housing or p7shing people over in tubes or in water. Heavily chlorinated smell EVERYWHERE you turn. Don't have to go in the water for your eyes to burn. But hey, kids won't notice til their late teens.

Thought it would be much larger. I suppose if you were staying at the hotel it would be a nice little indoor water park when traveling.

This place was horrible. Waiting for the elevator took almost 20 minutes every time. Waited 45 minutes for a chicken tender meal. Didn't get the rooms we paid for and the food in the restaurant was old and under cooked and the staff were rude. Never again.

Very fun place! The staff are super nice friendly and outgoing to ask if I needed anything multiple times. Life guards everywhere make for a relaxing environment knowing my two little girls were safe. The 2 adult slides are really fun. There s even a 3rd big tall slide for smaller kids and my 5 year old kept at it most of the time. We ve been to a lot of indoor water parks in Branson and this one isn t the best, only because the ones in Branson are bigger but it s also a lot further away. A few negatives. As we pulled in the parking lot we were met with a security guard who only wanted verbal confirmation of our visit, I assume since there was a Chiefs game going on across the road. A little intrusive if you ask me but understandable only because of the game. There were signs inside for a bag check before entering the pool area but we were told the guard was off duty so we didn t get searched. There were signs about no outside food or drinks allowed. I was told I couldn t bring anything from their restaurant into the pool area. I m sure they re just trying to make money at their very expensive concession stand, but then they should still allow food purchased from the restaurant to enter too. (Side note. I support the constitution, go figure, and totally disagree with hypocritical so called American businesses with 2nd amendment violating no carry business signs or illegal invasive 4th amendment violating bag checks. I m an American before I walked in and I m still one when I get there! Since 9/11 we must never forget there are foreign and domestic terrorists among us. Actually makes me feel less safe knowing one can t protect themselves from inside the building after walking in. I would never push off my God given responsibility of protecting my family onto someone else, let alone freely turn it over to some old man with a can of mace and sharp finger nails. We need to arm up, not disarm each other. Legalize freedom and we the people can also be a people who care enough to protect each other. A few open carry armed guards with no civilian restrictions to keep the enemy guessing is the safest environment possible.) A few more negatives. I had to give my ID to get a life jacket, didn t like that. Not speaking from experience but if you re a child or a bad driver with a suspended license, if you come to CoCo Keys you don t get a life jacket? The first kid that gets denied one and swallows water because the parents don t follow through is an issue that could be prevented. And there was no one there to hand out the life jackets and no sign even saying the first aid station is where to get them, I just assumed. It s understandable though, I wouldn t employ someone to just sit in that room doing nothing but they need a call button so the customer doesn t have to seek out and find someone just to be safe. The air in the swimming room was a little too humid. We actually had to step out for a min because it was so muggy. The kids even complained about it. I think fans would help to circulate the air. The water was perfectly warm so at least we could jump right back in though. The hot tub was gone! That s right folks! No more hot tub. Such a bummer for mommy and daddy. The arcade semi memics Main Event but more than a few games were out of service. Feels like the gaming area is a waste because it s overpriced due to the quality and probably greed, so no one uses it. They only have one bar tender who also works the restaurant upstairs and leaves, I guess if there is no business, making it hard to order anything on slower days. They need to install a call button if that s how they re going to operate. Table side service would be nice, especially for the price we re paying already. Be ready to pay a pretty penny. Worth the cost though, so good. I hope to stay in the Hotel soon because it looks beautiful! I heard the restaurant has bomb barbecue, potato salad, and baked beans. I ll definitely be back! Probably could have rated this a close 5 if operations changed and prices were adjusted to keep local customers.

Had a great time here! School rented it out for an after prom location, and it was great. The friendly staff made it all the more enjoyable! There is a small arcade area, but the waterpark part is much better. Definitely recommend a visit to CoCo Key!

Inside the hotel rooms were disgusting. I don't believe they clean the rooms much. Dust everywhere, bathroom toliet has old urnine behind it. There was a bag of old snacks under the bed. Coffee machine had been used and not clean out. Wallpaper was falling down. We had two rooms that were supposed to be next to each other but weren't. One room was just freezing. Turned the heat on to 80 and still couldn't get warm. The elevators weren't working. One was down and the other two were passing levels that were supposed to stop at. Everyone I seen on the elvelevat were frustrated. We ended up taking the stairs many times to avoid the elevators. Inside the water park, the hot tub was gone. Don't know if they took it out? But it was gone.. My families first time at this "resort" and I don't think we will be going back. Charged me and arm and leg for two rooms that were disgusting! Not worth it at all

After some bad customer service ....the customer relations person called me...and is attempting to make my experience better......he said he is new to the position and is trying....that ment so much to me. Hopefully our stay is great.

wow wish I had red the reviews before I went. lets see the hotel from the outside looks like its falling apart. greatly needs a face lift.. when we went in.. the front doors didn't slide all the way open..first sign of trouble... we got the water park pass while we waited for the rooms. I noticed the carpets were all dingy and probably 5 years past needing to be replaced. We went down to the arcade and got a the 30$ card.. then went to check out the water area... at first sight I noticed a large area for children, lots of the sprayers were not working.. and the lazy river was shut down... wow..really? walked around to the grown up slides, 3 of them. 2 for inner tube use and 1 for body sliding.. all the tubes are in the dark.. cant see the turns or enjoy the ride.. just bang this side,,bang that side.. and out to the catch area.. went 3 times and was bored.. I then looked for anything else for grown ups.. only thing was the hot tubs area.. the water smelled bad and seemed like it needed to be cleaned.. both the hot tubs area and the regular water.... then the lazy river opened up.. and it was nice for about 5 min.. then all the kids unwatched came and were swimming under you, pushing you, and just going crazy with no attention from the resort to make it fun for everyone... so I left that and went to the hot tubs to get away from being mauled. the hot tubs were nice but like I said , the water smelled and I felt like I needed to get washed off , but the room wasn't ready so I had to endure it... after about an hour even our younger one was bored and also said the water smelled. the resort didn't seem to have enough people watching or correcting the other kids and she had been pushed and hurt her toe.. we went to the first aid area.... and .. . no body was there.. what nobody at the first aid area? we waited a few min and decided to go out to the car since the room still wasn't ready.. outside we talked and found that none of us were happy or impressed with the substandard water area. the carpets there were also terrible .. we went to ask for our money back and the water park area manager ..I assumed she was the manager.. seemed disinterested and pretty much poopooed us off... the women said in the women's bathroom/ changing room there was human feces on the floor and nobody taking care of it...YUKKKKK... so thinking we were going to have a great 2 days of water park fun.. and bored in 30 min.. we decided this sucked and just wanted to go back home.. the hotel did refund the majority of the money as we hadn't been able to check into the room... after seeing the disrepair of the lobby, walk areas, outside.. I was kind of scared to see what the rooms looked like... so we left and headed back home.. I had more fun at the ymca water park than here...at such a less cost... so if your wanting water park fun.. go to GREAT WOLF LODGE.. it may cost 100$ more but its 3 times the size and much better stay.... lets see.. so the attendants were below par.. OH! and the arcade.. don't think its all that ..when I went in .. it was a lot of the gimmick games rigged not to give prizes but once in awhile.. little claw that drops down to grab things.. the claws wouldn't close when they started rising.. no way u can win..some of the electronic games were timed so you couldn't even get close to the winning good items.. some of the games required tokens.. some required using a resort card.. some took cash .... so it was such a pain going around getting the items you needed ... there were a couple shooting games, and roll the ball games... but generally cruddy... go to the mall if you want arcade.. no pool table nothing for the adults to enjoy... I guess you got the idea..... enough.. never again.. stay away and save your money.. or go to another place... I couldn't believe a holiday inn could be in that condition...wow... like a 100 year old building that was terrible to look at .. and dingy on the inside.. look at someone elses review of the rooms... I didn't chance it !!!!!!!!!!

Not crowded the Friday in April, awesome slides. Loud, but tollerable.

Me and my family went to the water resort ,later that night we had runny noses and could not stop sneezing... my eyes and nose have been burning non stop so I looked up what could cause this and it said that the cause could be dirty water or the pools chemicals. So therefore the rest of our family trip was ruined and we just ended up leaving and going home wasting lots of money on activities we didn t get to do because of this. I definitely would not recommend this water resort to anyone.

went there last weekend. They were out of rooms with packages, but were told we could buy regular price tickets for coco keys part. well the tickets were marked up to 24.99 for spring break which is crazy. The water had a funny smell to it was told it was bc of sewer & happens often. which we quit swimming after we heard that. omg god and the rooms one room when you turned on the AC smelled like poop. the other room the tv didn't work the AC didn't work till they finally came after 2 calls and 2hrs later, and the carpet was soaked but their reasoning was.... must just been shampooed but how wet it was I don't think so. never once did they offer new rooms. Also thought it was kind of gross how they left dirty sheets in hall way from people before till after midnight. never again are we going to coco keys its worth the extra money to just go to Great Wolf lodge. Plus a GWL you can swim the day you check in and the whole next day. At Coco keys you only get passes for one day not worth $24.99 NOT EVEN $16.99.

This place is an absolute joke. Reserved a room (814). We arrived around 6 pm. Turned the AC on and guess what? 2.5 hours later I'm literally sweating sitting still. Called the front desk, they switched us rooms. The guy said he went and verified the AC works and blows cold. Came back from swimming and switched rooms too (804) only to find out that the AC doesn't work here either. We went to the front desk to tell them again. The lady was very rude and sidetracked. Told us that she could switch us again but the AC may or may not work in there that we have to wait until morning to complain. So we went to the arcade to get a snack from the vending machine it was messed up (Dollar jammed) no big deal... We will get change... Ope there is no change machine. Back upstairs we go to ask if we can get change. No you have to go to the bar and get change. So we go there. Ask to get change, and we're limited to $2. Wow we can get 1 candy bar... Oh by the way candy and pop are $2 in the machines. Also just beware the floor vending machines are debit/credit card only. So also the water park is closed today, restaurants are all closed today, shower even barely works, it backed up and hardly drains. Ourselves and our kids would have had a better time playing at home in the garden hose. For once I can't wait to check out in the morning at least we will get to be in AC again. Do not stay here, save your money and go to worlds of fun and oceans of fun. They have cabins and I guarantee they aren't ran down. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO AND I'VE
BEEN IN SOME BAD ONES.
