Doesn't actually show you what seats are available. Can't choose from available sections in some cases forcing you to just keep re selecting over and over hoping to get lucky. Don't even get me started with the charges for the right to access my ticket

Website always down, phone service completely useless. Always takes multiple calls to even get past the robot answering service which usually just hangs up on you after 3-16 minutes.
