Website always down, phone service completely useless. Always takes multiple calls to even get past the robot answering service which usually just hangs up on you after 3-16 minutes. What's worse is that ticketek has been like this for about the last 15+ years and they still haven't fixed the issue. Every time you have to deal with ticketek they just take your money whilst giving you the middle finger.
