useless customer service (i couldn't get through to a queue at all in the morning then in the afternoon had to wait 45 mins just to ask about how to collect my tickets). also, why the hell do i have to collect physical tickets at the event venue within a 30 min window that's over an hour before the show starts instead of it getting emailed? It's 2018, get with it
