Its been 1.5months since the Liverpool Vs Crystal Palace match held in Singapore National Stadium. The initial line by them is for those who ordered the collectible will receive 1 week before the match which is 8 Jul 2022...the actual match is 15 Jul 2022. And today is 22 Aug 2022, no one has receive any collectible or what not. The attendance of that match was 50,270. And they charge SGD$10 for the collectible. Imagine they get half of those who is in attendance to buy the collectible, it will be a cool SGD250k in the pocket for them without delivering any of their so called collectible

Doesn't actually show you what seats are available. Can't choose from available sections in some cases forcing you to just keep re selecting over and over hoping to get lucky. Don't even get me started with the charges for the right to access my ticket

seriously?! Show was cancelled but I received no notification!! When I want to get refund, the person in theater say I have to call a number next day to sort it out. When I called, they say they can't help me, and I had to call ticketek number. I then callled, and the line always busy.
I don't know why this company still exist while charging such high handling fee and provide really bad service.

Ive been trying to contact then for 48 hours to resolve a fraudulent credit card transaction i cannot even get a single live response. All numbers are permanently engaged. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, the worst I've ever experienced.
Would give 0 if I could. Absolutely the worst 'customer service' I have ever experienced. I tried to call the number about 30 times and it just came up as 'engaged' so questioning whether it is even a real number. I ended up asking someone through the live chat to help me and they kept telling me they couldn't retrieve anything after the booking was completed. Worst worst worst. I would avoid booking with Ticketek in future if possible.

Have tried to call for over 2 hours to have my ticket to the Pixies concert tonight in Melbourne sent to my mobile but the phone line is engaged, do you have 1 person working on a Sunday? The so called "customer service" is a joke! I'm hoping that I can pick my ticket up tonight from the venue without any hassles!
Im going to an event tomorrow went to print my "ezyticket" wasn't there. ok go to website, purchase history , still can't print the ticket. Go to "help" states you can reprint via purchase history nope you can't. charge all the fees but with terrible web service.
Horrible customer service! Venue changed and received no information about new tickets! Almost missed out on getting new tickets because they didn't contact me, as I had to go down in person as the supposed email they were going to send me never came. Initially had good seats at the old venue and now am sitting quite far back.

Trash company. Try to call about tickets to an AFL Match, and the automated service just says We are experiencing a high demand or call volume then goes through useless steps and then finished with if you still like to speak to someone, please try again later.

An absolutely appalling booking system. I've just tried to change a date but the system will not let me cancel the original day despite having not finalised or paid for the enquiry. My account says that I now have 6 tickets to pay. If I log in again there will probably be 8 tickets in the booking system. Very very frustrating.

Tried to purchase concert tickets as soon as they went on sale. When I got to the log in page to continue with my purchase, the site wouldn't recognise my log in details and said they were incorrect. I reset my password, and even then, it wouldn't let me log in. I had to close the site and start over. Picked remaining tickets then tried to log in to purchase, and nothing.. still wouldn't recognise my login. So reset password, close app, start again. I did this many times (took a total of 50 mins of going back and forth). It was very frustrating and kept getting messages to say that I was in the middle of a purchase - which I wasnt, because the site wouldnt let me continue! In the end, I purchased tickets $350 more than I'd expected to pay, and not very good tickets at that, because the site wouldn't accept my details and the tickets I originally picked out had long sold out. So thanks for the colossal waste of my time and money Ticketek. Not impressed, at all.

Ticketek took over the sales of the rescheduled Mariah Carey show and what a mess! It took them weeks to offer us our 'equally good or better' seats, and it was day before our last day to get a refund, they offered us single seats, both sitting further back than we were at the smaller venue!! You cant get hold of them on the phone. I had no choice but to get the refund. Three days later they offered seats far worse than the original. We were so excited to be front and centre, but the whole ticket experience was a massive downer. I'd give them negative stars if I could.

I have been trying to get a refund or even in contact with Ticketek for over two weeks. I have sent two emails and when you phone them the system just hangs up on you. My next step is to lodge a complaint with the ACCC. This is extremely poor service.

Very disgusting company. Took my money and holding the refund for rescheduled events to which we cannot attend, and continue to show no response to emails and calls. The company is a complete scam that should be sued and ACCC should intervene to take some serious legal actions.
Terrible ticketing system, their ticket machine jams and I have to do all the running around. If you have any issues the standard answer is "too bad, nothing we can do." That's if they can be bothered answering your call.
I will NEVER deal with this company again. If you have any discrepancies with your booking, forget about being able to speak to a person about it or getting a response. It's shameful that such a business model is allowed to operate in Australia and I'm astounded the ACCC hasn't done something about this.

I wish Ticketek didn t exist and we could book everything through Ticketmaster the professional ones. These people don t know how to deal with customers and the 21st century. I tried calling for 3 days to book Disney's Aladin. I have a companion card so I am not able to get the tickers online. It has cost me about $80.00 in calls to be told there is a high demand. The calls should be made free when someone is trying to get through for days on end. Looks like we won't be seeing Aladin. Disgusting customer service

No stars isn't an option, so they get 1 from me. 20 minites to speak to a human operator is NOT good enough on the day of the event. Their website, on mobile at least, is rubbish, not showing the relevant info. With all the extra service fees they charge, you'd expect some actual service. Dissapointed.
After not being able to have a mobile ticket for a game, I selected receive in the mail, which then never came. I then visited a pickup outlet which claimed to be "not working", which makes no sense considering they just need to print a ticket. I then rang and the line was not taking calls as it was "too busy" at 3:30 on a Wednesday afternoon. Ticketek has never provided me with a satisfactory service and are a joke of a company that take advantage of the little competition in the market. Overall ticketek has wasted hours of my time just trying to get one ticket for a soccer game.

My internet crashed and I had to re do the booking and it added the previous transaction (which I started before it crashed) . Website always down, phone service completely useless. Always takes multiple calls to even get past the robot answering service which usually just hangs up on you after 3-16 minutes. What's worse is that ticketek has been like this for about the last 15+ years and they still haven't fixed the issue. Every time you have to deal with ticketek they just take your money whilst giving you the middle finger.
Ticketek allocates seats for Fleetwood Mac five bays from the stage and then for the next few days has seats next to the stage.A phone system designed to prevent you getting a live person, and no answer to email.They're shockers.

Trying to call the Customer Service Phone number for last 6 hours and the phone is coming continuously engaged. What a joke it is.
Went online to purchase Lenny Kravitz tickets, the areas that I wanted were sold out.
So I purchased in another section for the same price. Only to go back online about 45 mins later and the areas that I originally wanted were fully available. So I rang them and was told that those areas had scattered single seats left only. So I checked again only to find this was not the case, rang back and then I was told the sections were sold out. So I checked again and I could purchase 2 tickets. So then I emailed ticketek, got a response saying that the tickets I purchased were best available.
Nice one ticketek!!!! In my opinion they are misleading the public. Not above board!!!!!!
Upon purchasing tickets, simply enquired to be able to actually choose seats so that I may be seated with (or at least nearer) friends and family. This option did not appear originally, but the obstinate 'personally' written message assured me otherwise. It is frustrating when a company doesn't even use its own service, nor understand it, let alone refuse to help an already paying customer. Switching seats in the same category, same area, samr priced tickets should NEVER be an issue.
They know we can't purchase tickets anywhere else so they know they don't have to care in the slightest. Especially since we have already parted with our money.
Absolute shame that I won't be sitting with the people I wanted to attend with, simply because I orderwd minutes before them.

ticketek is the worst company in the world - only by boycotting concerts that they are given can we make a change. -Remember you cannot post anything less than 1 star so their rating is really 0.2
So let me start with why I am leaving such a negative review.
I was given a gift voucher on 18th March 2018, it was due to expire, I wanted to know if I could renew it as I haven't had enough money to add to the voucher to go see a show. I'm NOT complaining about pricing! My second question was to be about concession pricing! Neither of my questions were answered. The following is MY experience today on 6/3/19.
Worst automated phone service I have ever encountered. Severely sucked. Gave up after 20 mins. The first 7 of which was trying to navigate to an operator via the automated system, it then went into "Sorry, my error"mode for another minute before it then gave me an option to go to an operator to which it THEN proceeded to give me MORE options to listen to recorded information!!!!
I then tried contacting through the website - well that sucked severely too. you just go on an endless journey of vague information, misdirection or best yet NO information/no link to further information.
If it wasn't for the fact that you HAVE to go through them half the time for tickets to some events, I would NEVER EVER recommend or use them.
Hopefully the ACCC or Dept of fair trading will cotton on to what a crock of $3!7 this is.
FYI - I did buy a ticket, using my voucher (which worked) and at a concession rate which I could afford. Let's hope nothing goes wrong!

Utter rubbish! Spent the last 30 minutes trying to book seats to Seinfeld in the PRESALE and apparently there were no seats available anywhere including both Sydney and Melbourne! I tested both just to be sure. The map showed plenty of zones with (apparently) available seats, which systematically disappeared as i frantically tried to book them. I wish this lot didn't have a monopoly on the industry, some competition might actually force them to put some effort in! Would give zero stars if possible!

Yes I was contacted and informed that I would be contacted in 5 days. I imagine all tickets would be sold out by then. Great work Tikitek, disgraceful operation. Close your doors and let someone else have a crack at what should be a pretty easy job selling to a captive market.

The absolute WORST customer service and problem resolution experience I have EVER had and am still waiting for some sort of assistance. Anything. Even a phone call. Their phone line is continually engaged and their responses to web enquiries are appalling.

I lost my tickets and walked into the box office on Exhibition street. Christan who helped me out was very very lovely. She calmed me down with a big welcoming smile and asked for the details she needed. Christan worked on my request straight away and within a few minutes, my tickets were re-printed and i was able to go to the event again! The whole time, Christan was very attentive, helpful and very kind. She not only did her job great, solved my problem straight away, but she also made me felt welcomed, supported and well looked after.
I understand everyone's frustration with their hotline, I waited for over 40 minutes on the phone trying to talk to someone. But Christan who works at the exhibition st Box office was fantastic! Therefore I'm happy to give them a great review.
