I was having a problem with the performance of my car. I generally work on my own cars but because of a time problem I needed someone to look at and diagnose what the problems were with my car. Veronica in the service department did a great job keeping me informed on what was going on with the car. I felt that they really took great care of me and especially Veronica. One good surprise was after paying for the repairs she noticed how dirty the car was from winter driving and gave the car a bath. A great finale touch from a place that cares for its customers an their cars.

By far the best place to buy a Subaru, or any car for that matter. Tyson, the GM is amazing to work with and his staff is no different. We worked with Tanner and he was friendly, super knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He found exactly what we were looking for with no pressure to buy unless we were completely satisfied. Jeremy in finance, made signing all the paperwork a breeze and really put us at ease by being completely transparent about the terms of our lease. This is our second Subaru from Young Subaru and I would recommend anyone I know to shop for a new or used car here.

My wife and I recently bought a new 2020 Subaru Forester from the dealership and we had a great experience overall. We priced the vehicle at nearly every dealership in the State and they had the cheapest price by far. Furthermore, they gave us more for our trade-in then any other dealership would and were very fair with how they graded the condition of the vehicle. Our car, we wanted a specific color, wasn't immediately available so they ordered it for us. They then gave us another brand new vehicle to use as a loaner car until our car arrived. It literally had 10 miles, when we got it, and we returned it with over 1,500 miles. Didn't cost us a dime. If I had to do it again, I would come back to Young Subaru and that's with my wife and I living in Cedar City, Utah. Our salesman was Garrett and he was great. The only issue that we had was with the financing/extended warranty guy. My wife and I both felt like there were some extremely manipulative tactics employed to try and get us to buy a top tier extended warranty that frankly we just didn't need. He also did the ole, this is the best price, but when we turned it down suddenly had a better price available for us. If it wasn't for everything else, I would take off a star, but that was the one thing we didn't like.

Basically the pinnacle of deceptive dealerships. You get "2 years worth of maintenance on a used car purchase" which really equates to 3 maintenance days within a 2 year time frame. Brand new car we purchased (BRZ) has had about a dozen little issues that they "don't see a problem" every time we bring it in. How about you actually get in there and LOOK? Not just toy with it for a second and call it good because at that exact moment it's fine (especially when we said it comes and goes).

Seriously, go somewhere else.

I had a very pleasant experience here in Ogden. Caleb is who I worked with. He is very professional and friendly. It was a very hot day when I went to test drive some Subaru s. I had a girlfriend with me and he went and got her an umbrella for the sun. I met the store manager Cameron, and he found The Impreza I m getting in the color I wanted. He was also amazing to work with. My new car should be here in a day or so and I can t wait to get it. Thank you so much Ogden Subaru.

He actually cares about you and tries to find you the best deal on lending and walks you thru every step of the way. Doesn't push you into something if it doesn't feel right or if you can't afford it. He tries to help you improve your life instead of just trying to make a sale. I will be telling all my friends and family about Young Sabaru.

Angelo was very nice patient and considerate! He did not push and he listened to what I wanted. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is I signed the contract a week ago and still don't have possession of the vehicle. They said it needed to go through the shop and be detailed. During this week I have made a couple of trips to the dealership to give them what they have requested for fincianing because that was what was holding it up. While the finance company has called me twice and has asked why I do not have possession of the vehicle. So here I am a week later contracts signed, downpayment made, insurance on the car, and no vehicle. I'm a little ticked off and thinking something fishy happened between contract signing and the shop. I called the dealership to see if it was ready today and the receptionist had no answers and said she would send a message to Angelo As I'm writing this review I received a text from Angelo saying it still was not ready and will be ready tomorrow. He did offer to deliver it to me tomorrow.

I was unbelievably pleased with my experience at Young Subaru in Ogden. This is absolutely the place to buy a Subaru and I highly recommend the professional, knowledgeable, and friendly team that sold me my pre-owned Crosstrek (Garrett, Ryan, and Brandon). I live in Seattle WA and would travel all the way back to Ogden to buy from them again.
From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like a valued customer and was treated as a person rather than just a wallet. I interacted with and had very disappointing and frustrating experiences with 3 other Subaru dealerships prior to buying a car from Young, where I couldn't have been happier with the service.
Garrett A. in sales supported me through the entire process of buying my first car, and helped me make informed and educated decisions, and continuously reminded me to not feel pressure to act before I was ready. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Subaru Crosstrek and took lots of time to walk me through the entire car and it s multitude of features.
The manager, Ryan, was also very helpful and thoughtful. He checked in several times to make sure I was being well cared for and made it very clear that he both trusted and appreciated Garrett. There was a moment of confusion around the car being certified or not, and Ryan went out of his way to find a solution, and communicate with me about it.
Brandon in the finance department also went above and beyond, and helped me understand my options and made sure I was happy with the decision I was making.
Thank you Young Subaru for all of your help! I love my car and will definitely be buying from you all in the future!

Responsive, courteous team all around. I made an error on my car selection and the manager Brandon Walker personally helped me get the right car, even brought it in from another dealer. They have me personal attention, time and were very nice. This was the best car buying experience that I have had even though I initially chose the wrong car.

I hit a good sized rock on the Ogden Divide road and had my newish Outback towed to Young Subaru. My power steering was destroyed from hitting the rock. This Subaru dealership provided an awesome customer service experience. They had to order parts to repair my car and they gave me daily updates on the status of the parts all while reassuring me that they will have it fixed soon. They hooked me up with a fancy rental. Fixed the car in a timely manner.

+ Shoutout to Christian for keeping me updated and fixing my beloved Outback!

Drove from Ogden to St. George the next day with no issues. Car is still working like new a month later.

Not cool... My daughter has been saving for awhile to buy her first car before heading back to college. We found a decently priced Subaru Forester at Young and went in to take a look. The salesman was nice and hyped up how Young Subaru is customer focused and really wants to be fair and serve us well. The car was a recent trade and had not been cleaned yet so before going on a test drive I asked if they could clean it (outside was filthy enough that it would hide blemishes; previous owner had a dog and the passenger seat was full of dog hair). We changed our schedule for the rest of the afternoon and made an appointment to come back in a little more than an hour for a test drive. The salesman took down all my info, a picture of my drivers license (sign of a serious customer) and said see you in a bit. At 1:30 sharp we were there for the drive and what do you know... they sold the car out from under us. No phone call, no text message telling us not to bother coming back. All we got was a lame excuse that they can't 'hold' a car for anyone. Since when is that good customer service? I didn't ask them to hold it for a week or even a day. One hour is all we needed - just clean it up enough so we don't fill our clothes with dog hair. Needless to say, their self-proclaimed pristine reputation for being customer focused was lost on me.

If you need a car I definitely recommend coming to this dealership before any others. I was able to test drive a number of vehicles before I found the one that was perfect for me. All of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Jake Phippen was the salesman who helped me and he was awesome. He made sure I knew every single detail about my car before I took it home. The process of buying a car, which is usually a very stressful one, was made extremely easy. They have vehicles for everybodys price range and the staff will help you to find the perfect car for you. I will defiantly recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family who are looking for a car!

Absolutely terrible. I was jerked around and lied to from the time I walked in the door to the time walked away from our contract. I traveled down based on what turned out to be a false advertisement, was shown cars $10,000 above my price range, and then finally I thought we had settled on something. Wrote my down payment check and signed papers. They then refused to stand behind our contract when it came to repairs. I actually have never written a Google review before, but this experience was so horrendous that I had to speak up. Be careful fellow car shoppers, it is worth taking the time to find someone honest.

The person who was in contact with us was pushing to schedule an appointment for us to see a car we were interested in. But that person didn't tell me that this was a car with a bad engine!!! I was very upset to have wasted much time to drive in bad traffic from SLC and had to sacrifice other things in my life to come and see this particular car. However, I'm very grateful that the sales person did tell me the truth about the bad car. So, they either need to be more honest with their customers or need to do a better job communicating with each other and notify those with whom they are making arrangements, or both.

We are buying an Ascent, but it won't be from these guys simply because they won't stop hounding me! Calls, texts, emails. It's non stop. I have asked them to quit, and that we aren't ready and they just keep coming, multiple times a day. Now I am using my auto broker in Denver because these guys annoyed me so much,L I would never purchase through them. My broker will deliver the car to me without the annoyance. Make sure you don't let your contact info get to this dealer - you will regret it. Locally, both Mark Miller and Ward seemed sane to deal with and didn't spam me. Both gave me info, and breathing space when I said I was just getting started in the process.

I'm giving 2 stars to their service department. Borderline 3 because they did try to remedy a bad situation, but the faults outweigh the attempt.
They performed poor quality work, did not do the work I asked for and broke things while doing work I didn't authorize, and tried to overcharge me. I ended up wasting 5 hours and paying over $100 more than I could have paid elsewhere after negotiating the price. I just didn't want to have to take more time off work. It was supposed to be a 90 minute job.

If you go here...
Insist on inspecting all of the tech's work yourself. Ideally, have some pictures and video of what's working on the car before you take it in so you have proof when they break something. Take it for a test drive immediately afterwards. Double or triple whatever time estimate they give you.
When in doubt, talk to the manager. She's your best chance for better deals and insisting on quality service. All prices are inflated and you will have to negotiate.

This place is a complete joke. They will literally try and nickel and dime you on every car they sell. Let's not forget about the mandatory 700 dollar clear bar they put on your car with out permission or negotiation. Then if you get anything extra done to your car they take their sweet time getting around to it. I waited a month and a half before I had to call them and ask why Mu car wasn't taken care of yet. My vehicle registration is expired and they pretty much tell me to bad. They want you to drive around on expired tags to fit their needs. They don't care if you get pulled over or miss work because you don't wanna drive a car with expired tags. If you want to feel take advantage of this is your kinda place. And just so it's clear about how crappy these people are I have filed a formal complaint with Subaru about how horrible they treat customers that buy cars with out blinking and eye at the price. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else, these people don't appreciate it.

They were the best at handling what I was looking for! I have purchased several cars from them and every time they are very accommodating and always looking out for my best interest. They are all great but be sure to ask for Cameron or Michael they are really the best at what they do and are always nice and happy to see you. Definitely the best dealership out there

I ve been pretty disappointed with my experience at this location. From what I ve researched, it is pretty common for chevy sparks to have transmission problems. My dad went to test drive a chevy spark at this dealership and sure enough the transmission was no good. It was still under factory warranty so they were able to send it back to have it replaced. Ryan was helping my dad out at the time and was pretty helpful about giving us status updates, and told my dad the price listed online was workable (as it was already at the high end of the KBB fair price range). Today the car came back so I went with my dad to test drive it again and it was a great. When my dad went to inspect under the hood, we noticed that something (coolant/antifreeze) was leaking. I assume a mistake was made during the repair. A different rep helped us today and we asked for the price and whether or not they would get the leak fixed. The rep came back and told us that if we were willing to move forward right now that they would honor the online price, but because of everything they ve done with the car the new price would be around 500$ more expensive. We did not go through as we didn t want to take home a car with an obvious issue. Though I understand that the leak wasn t their fault, the repair was supposedly done under warranty and should not have cost the dealership anything to have it fixed. The rep mentioned that they fixed up some other things as well but did not elaborate on what these were and frankly I don t really care as all we needed fixed was the transmission and now the leak but they went ahead and told us the car was going to be even more expensive than we were originally told it was going to be.
