BUYER BEWARE!! I truly wish I would've taken my business to another Subaru dealership.

We were told they could get the WRX I wanted from another Subaru dealership in the area that had posted it online. They could not. They told me the dealership had sold the vehicle...I called them later, and they had not sold the vehicle.

We were told the WRX I was getting would be there Monday. It was not. After multiple phone calls and frustration, we received the vehicle Wednesday night.

We were told every Subaru comes with the rock guard (clear bra). They do not.

We were told my WRX would have all the limited features, excluding heated seats. It does not. There are quite a few more features missing; Even though we asked MULTIPLE times for clarification to make sure we had the correct expectation.

We were never shown the window sticker for the WRX I was actually purchasing until signing. When we did receive it, we discovered they were charging us $500 more than MSRP!!! They told us they "fat fingered" the number, and the $500 more was a mistake on their end.

My biggest mistake was making a $1000 down payment before seeing the vehicle. The issues for me, really came down to their unwillingness to admit their mistakes and rectify the situation. Our initial sales rep was friendly and we liked working with him. But we were given wrong expectations basically from the very beginning. His "supervisor" (Bradlee) became involved and was a complete Jekyll and Hyde. One minute he was on our side and could reason with us, willing to go above and beyond to help us; The next he was telling us that he trusts his sales agent and basically, too bad for us, because we had already put money down and were tied into purchasing the vehicle. Even after we had proved that his sales agent misled us. He accused us of being impossible to please (not something you typically hear from someone earning your business), which was absolutely not the case. We are particular and we do comb over every detail when making a $30,000+ purchase (luckily for us, because $500 was "fat fingered" into our contract that we caught before signing).

We asked multiple times to speak to Bradlee's manager, to which he refused and told us "He'll just refer you to speak back with me". After working as a Customer Service Manager for 5+ years, it truly astonishes me that Bradlee is employed at a business that rants and raves about the importance of long term customers. Even looking back a few months later, I'm shocked at how Bradlee treated us.

Never would've thought purchasing a brand new vehicle could be so painful.

I took my 09 Subaru to them. I was immediately impressed by Wills customer service. I am a salesmen and I know people pretend to be nice, but Will was 100% genuine and passionate about his job and it definetley showed. I usually dont trust other people with my stuff, but Will made an amazing first impression and one that will stick with me forever. Will was very patient and understanding of my situation and I could not be more thankful for the service he provided me. I will defientley take my cars to Young Subaru for anything I need.

This was not the place to buy a car, after they said I was preapproved and signed the paperwork they wouldn't let me take the car home, and even though my debt to income was to high proving that I can't afford the car according to many banks they still managed to find a lender. Then after many attempts to get ahold of a finance manager I told them I couldn't afford the car and wanted them to cancel the loan, they told me they couldn't, even though they had the car in their possession. Any other dealership would have taken the car back. Also they never told me pricing on ding shield, road hazard, resistall, gap insurance, shadow Mark, and a service contract. Also they have a finance charge for roughly 4300 dollars stated in their retail installment contract and security agreement. I do not recommend this dealership

During a regular annual service, service technicians left glove box removed, and did not replace the filter. Makes you really nervous about the quality of the mechanical work and whether if the work was actually done if they can't simply reinstall your glove box before returning it.

I had an outstanding experience buying a 2021 Outback here. Sydney Vigil fielded my first phone call, and gave me a great price quote and service. The salesman I was referred to was Garrett Allred who knew the features of the car inside out and was very helpful with no sales pressure. In the office I dealt with Austin Glauser who was very professional. Overall great experience and service. Thank you!

The staff was super nice and was able to get us the car we wanted! We had a little issue with them not telling us we needed certain things until we got there, when we had to drive an hour away. So it ended up taking longer than we were hoping for. We also had to come back twice which we were a little upset about. But once everything was situated, it went super smooth and we were able to leave with a new car

They helped me and my wife so much, they bent over backwards for us making our budget work and price range. I highly recommend Kindred Patti for your car sells men. He s very nice, very respectful and will help you, work with you and find the perfect car for you.

Young Subaru was able to get us the exact vehicle that we wanted and Brayden delivered the vehicle personally to our home when it was ready for pickup. From the very beginning when I just stopped in to get some info about Subarus they were very nice and helpful in providing excellent information. I wasnt sure if I was going to purchase from a dealer or private owner. Kelly Taylor searched and searched for over a month to find me the exact car I was looking for. He didnt come off pushy or like a typical "Car salesmen", rather just a buddy of mine trying to help me out.

Normally I'm not the type of guy to purchase vehicles through a dealership, however my personal experience with Garrett Allred has changed my outlook. Garrett helped me and my wife find exactly what we were looking for and for a great price! He was very informative about vehicles and made the process clean cut and easy. We felt no pressure to buy and couldn't be more than happy with our decision. We will definitely be sending friends and family his way. We highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Nathan had the car ready and walked my wife through all the wonderful accessories it had to offer.

Young has a referral program. A car payment will be made if you referred someone and a car was sold. Well I did just that. A car was sold to him. I called 3 times over 2 months to find out what was going on. I was told the person I referred still owed money for their down payment. I don't understand how ones action affects me. A car was purchased by referral, a payment was never made for me. I did in fact get some maverick gift cards out of them. Since this incident I have referred 1 friend to another Subaru, and my wife is in the market today for a WRX. We will be going elsewhere.

tanner yost was the best!!! first of my wife and i did alot of shopping prior to going to subaru. in that we learned that the sales people at other dealers had less knowledge of their product than we read online??? now tanner drove the forester to not only explain the technology but to demonstrate it!!!! the fact that tanner was as knowledgeable and passionate about his product that sold itself, he was a no pressure professional at what he does!!! he introduced us to bradlee for my piece of mind to purchase an extended warranty!!! once again the experience was great. they make it a wonderful and painless experience!!! thank you tanner and bradlee your a great team

They had sold the car I wanted but he quickly found me an alternative car at another lot that was perfect (and better than what I went there to see). No pressure, knowledgeable and took care of me and my family. The best Ryan that works at Young Subaru!

4 stars because out of all the years I've dealt with them they are 9 out of 10 on all the business I've given them. We have 2 Subaru AWD's and use this facility for all servicing and upkeep. With exception of couple mainenance SAFU's over last 4 years or so, they get a 5.

Went to look at a used car and called ahead of time to make sure it was still there. They told us it was. This dealership was a little bit of a drive so that's why I called ahead of time. When we arrived it wasn't on the lot because the manager had "lent" to an employee's wife (are you serious?!). Later on that night when I was looking at the car online they had upped the price by $400. Um no thank you, I'm not going to drive back a second time just to pay more. Waste of time.

Those aren t sold here yet in Utah but Adam joked that he would make a road trip to pick one up for me. I ve been happy with my buying experience here at Young Subaru.

My daughter bough a used car from Young Subaru in Riverdale. She didn't take anyone with her, so they saw a young female buyer and stuck it to her charging her far more than the car is worth. I am certain she is upside down on her loan. They told her that they looked over the car and said it was in good shape including detailing it. It wasn't. They sold her a lemon to put it mildly. Since she bought the car I have had to replace the battery, headlights, the tail light and now the windshield washer fluid was frozen. The fog light on the bumper was hastily glued back in place and now it is coming off. They didn't bother cleaning the interior because there was vomit under the seat. The cabin filter was completely clogged. She bought the car in August and we started making the repairs as soon as September. The oxygen sensor is bad and the check engine light is on. They obviously didn't look over the cay like they said. I own a Subaru car and plan on buying a Subaru as my next car, but I won't buy it from Young Subaru because of the way they treated my daughter.

I have never had a bad experience here. The people in the service department are very personable and help answer any questions you may have. I have worked with Bronson several times, and his customer service is great. I definitely recommend going to them for any thing Subaru related.

Not a positive experience overall. Working with my salesman, Garrett, was great. He was respectful and not pushy like most salesmen. I have nothing but praise for Garrett. Everything went downhill following Garrett. I still have temp tags 2.5 months after purchasing my vehicle. I have had to call the Texas DMV multiple times to find out my registration was never sent. When it was sent, Young Subaru overpaid by $800 and sent a Utah registration application to Texas.... Big takeaway is that was $800 I did not need to finance. Then, I was told I would be getting a refund as soon as possible. One month later I still have not received my money. I see no sense of urgency from this dealership. During this ordeal, I spoke with a manager that oversees finance/registration and she told me she would call me back after getting a better understanding of the situation. She did not call me back, instead had somebody else talk to me.

It is very frustrating having to verify everything I am told and knowing that it is highly likely they are not following through.

I recommend visiting a different dealership.

UPDATE: I am now getting my 3rd temp tag. Bought the car in May, and it looks like I won t have plates until September. I have been refunded my money (one month later). While they sent in the right registration to Texas, I am still having to submit documents to Texas DMV. Worst part is having to overnight them for $27 based on TxDMV request.

I left a voicemail with the general manager in hopes of discussing this timeline and after 2.5 weeks, I still haven t heard from him.

Downgraded my two stars to one after I came back for my 3rd temp tag and the excuse was covid ... not the fact that the registration was never sent or the next time when the wrong registration was sent.Willing to update this review to *maybe* three stars when there is accountability for dropping the ball multiple times.

I've currently purchased 2 vehicles from Young on my last visit I was looking to purchase a older vehicle so my family could afford a house I was told that the vehicle I previously bought would hold its value... hahaha yah right. Took my 2016 WRX with only 4,000 miles for a trade in on a extremely old 10 year vehicleI and was only offered 20,000 on my trade in wich is insane the car blue books for 29,000.00 and was offered 20,000. Young is nothing but a bunch of crooks who care nothing about you they just want your money. I'll never purchase from a Young dealership as long as I live that's including my family also. They don't understand. Young Dodge/Ford in Morgan is a joke along with Young Subaru on Riverdale. Save yourself the headache and shop elsew

I am not satisfied with the way that this dealersh...

I am not satisfied with the way that this dealership works. After bashing on other dealerships and then promising things that are missing from the vehicle is very upsetting.
The sales rep that was working with me over the phone told me that the vehicle that I was purchasing from them over a competitor came with things such as fog lights. Sure enough when a different representative was showing me the car I just purchased, there were no fog lights.

Since said time I have been in contact with Young Subaru. I am very pleased that they were willing to make things right with me. Under no circumstance did I opt out to a "different" car per say, it was just a different color as the color that I had originally made the deal on over the phone the night before was not available.

I emphasis on the fog lights as that was the big sale push for Young Subaru, as the local dealerships vehicle did not have them. As far as the deal I was getting, the cost was equal between the two dealerships but Young Subaru promised "more car for my money" as it came with a slightly larger package than the one at the local dealer. Fog lights were mentioned in that "package" over the phone. I opted out of getting my preferred color from the local dealership to get these small extras from Young Subaru.

Young Subaru has made the efforts to include and install the fog lights to the vehicle I have purchased. With them doing so, I feel that I did get the car that was promised. Just not the color.

Went to their tent sale, got talked into a car we didnt necessarily want but was told over and over again it was the best car on the lot, was a very nice car 2 days later check engine light came on, so we went back was told they fixed it light was off, now 2 weeks later its back on and the traction control is stuck on the off position, wont do anything, so we called them to have them fix it was told that we didnt purchase the extended warranty so we would have to pay for it to get fixed. Keep in mind we have bought 2 cars from them in 3 weeks and only had the car with the check engine light on and traction control problem for 2 weeks I think its pretty messed up they wont fix it themselves without charging us, I think its wrong and I dont think we will be going back! Do not recommend them.
