Thank you to Kim (I believe that was her name) in the billing office for all of your guidance and knowledge. She took the time to find me the correct billing codes and gave me helpful tips for when I had to deal with my insurance company. She made me feel relief during a super stressful situation. There should be more people in this world like you! Thank you.

I wish I could give it negative stars. The desk staff is unhelpful and at times rude, and the average wait time is more than an hour past the appointment time. The service itself was not terrible, but they forced us to reschedule our appointment THREE times. My original appointment was supposed to be in January, and here I am in late June. If there is any alternative to this neurology center please, take it.

Dr. Kerasidis is great , I suffer from severe migraines and have seen several doctors Dr. Kerasidis is the only one that has been able to help . Yes the wait can be long but he is a great doctor my opinion is it is worth the wait if you suffer like I was suffering you would wait with no complaint cause believe me once you see him and start getting relief you will be glad you waited . His nurse Donna is excellent also .

This place is absolutely terrible, their staff is totally inefficient and doesn't care about the scheduling of patients. I work a 40hr work week from 8am to 5pm everyday of the week and since they aren't open on weekends it's impossible for me to see them. I live 50 mins away and have to take off work anytime I have an appointment. I tried to call them and tell them that I couldn't take off work 6 TIMES throughout the week and I got an answering machine everytime! Then after finally convincing my boss to let me leave early I drove 50 mins up the road only to arrive just 10 MINS late. And they said their late policy is now 10 mins and so they can't take me. I pay for gas and it's such a waste of time and money for them to do that. Totally incompetent staff and not willing to adjust for patients that are paying a BUCKET LOAD of money even after insurance for appointments that literally take 10 mins. Terrible just terrible pls never ever go here in your life.

This practice provides multiple different services which makes it so convenient for us patients who have more than one issue. I would recommend any of the providers here, and from my own experience with Dr. Reed and Dr. Smallz I felt like I was listened to and not rushed through my appointment. Wonderful practice with wonderful staff.

Arrived 15 minutes late to an appointment in June. Was told the policy is if 20 minutes late the patient must reschedule. Completely understand, was rescheduled for August.

Arrived today 15 minutes before my appointment. It is now 30 minutes after my appointment and I have not been seen. I asked the receptionist what the policy is for them to be running so far behind if the policy is to reschedule patients. There is no policy. Completely unprofessional disregard for patients and their time.

Chesapeake Neurology is a top notch office, from the front desk, billing, lab and all providers! All staff is very knowledgeable and take their time with assisting you with your needs. I have received prompt call backs and even a call from the doctor herself! In my opinion they have adapted well to the pandemic and have worked great with still seeing patients and fitting me into their schedule in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!

Only second visit and been in waiting room for over an hr now! I arrive early as requested yet i am still 45 mins passed the time i had allotted for me! Would this be ok if i were to show up an hr later?! No, i would have to reschedule after 15mins and possible " no show " fee!

Wish I could leave a zero star review.

Wish I could leave a zero star review.

Takes multiple calls and voice mails to get someone to return your call just to set up an appt. They will answer and immediately put you on hold before you have a chance to speak. After waiting 30 minutes, I hung up and took me 5 more days to get a person.

Office staff is rude. Receptionist just hung up on me when telling me they will not accept my secondary insurance, in a huff. Outrageous way to run a business. The doctor may be great but how would I know after all this?

Always a positive experience from our sons concussion accident to a recent stroke Dr. Kerasidis has always been attentive and caring. Having to fill out yearly mva questionnaires is tedious but always completed in a timely fashion and provided to mva on time.

The most unhelpful administrative staff I have EVER dealt with. Front desk lady was short, rude, and very unhelpful. The billing lady, Denise, was just as bad. It's a wonder anyone is able to get successful treatment at this place. Unprofessional and I cannot believe how I was treated considering the type of facility this is and the care that is supposed to be provided.

Great staff, great providers. Even with all the craziness of this world, this staff took their time to explain the policies to keep me safe. The billing department, Danielle, was very helpful in explaining what I may need to pay and was patient enough to give me the codes to call my insurance with. Hands down one of the most pleasant doctor experiences I have had.

The office staff is not efficient. I have not received a call back in the time frame promised. The doctor's are great. I wish they would remove the statement from thier answering machine that states they will return messages within one hour. I left a message on a Thursday, and I had to call back on Monday.

This office has the most caring staff I ve ever witnessed in a medical office. From when you are checking in and out, the staff walking around in the hallway, the QEEG and Wellness technicians, and Dr. Maddox were very attentive, and really seemed to care. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I am so glad my mom is a patient of this practice. Thank you.

Made an appt months ahead and taken time off of work. When I arrived was told they had Cancelled my appt and left a msg the week prior. I have vonage with all voicemail msgs sent directly to my phone in text and email. They never called. Now I'm told they'll to Dr. K and see "if" he wants to reschedule. They didn't care that it cost me time from work and the office mgr rolled her eyes when i was explaining the impact. Very Rude! Dr. K. is fine, but his office's action was irresponsible and unprofessional.

I have been to many therapists and have sat in many therapists waiting rooms...this was by far the worst. It wasn't just me! I distinctly remember sitting in the waiting room and watching a woman storm out of the side office door while an employee (doctor?) chased after her asking her to come back. It felt more like I was part of a herd of cattle than a human being with mental issues. The first appointment is the reeling-in of you and your insurance (neurofeedback is billed as therapy appointments because insurance DOES NOT cover neurofeedback). They will be concerned for you, ask if you would like a water, is there anything they can get you....the leaning in of concern, AND THEN - BAM! You are on the schedule for sessions, will talk to another "doctor" (another charge on the bill) about medication changes when they know nothing about you, AND THEN - BAM! You will not see the first or second doctor again. When you are done, they will review your progress with another person...I say person because this girl looked like she was barely out of high school. She told me how I did, asked if I had any questions, and sent me on my way. There was a time where they were running late and I went to the first doctor's office to tell her this was ridiculous and I should have been called for such a delay, well, that doctor, while sitting at her desk, told me maybe I should go somewhere else! Yep, she knew what she had done because the next time I was in the office she apologized for her remarks.

This is the worst office i have ever had to deal with... the staff is awful. i have had nothing but problems. The doctors are really nice but the staff makes me want to go somewhere else..

All of the providers at Chesapeake Neurology truly care about each of their patients. I personally don't mind the wait considering each of the providers takes the time to answer every question and concern I have and considering they also care for hospital patients during the day too. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

If you were in a car accident do not come here. They won t bill your car insurance (PIP) and they can t bill your health insurance if you have PIP. So out of pocket cost to you the patient. Also was told the eeg isn t read until my follow up appointment???? Seriously??? Over a week and no report no call on status nothing.
