Torin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase of my new forester. He had a great sense of humor which made the experience a lot smoother as well. The financing was quick, and explained clearly by Jeremy, who was a super nice and enjoyable to talk with. The manager Brandon was really kind and easy going too. Overall I spent less time there than I imagined and they took care of all my needs and made sure my questions were answered.

I made an appointment with Young Subaru at the Service Parts and spoke with Nathan (which to me is a very dishonest person). The collision guy (Travis) insisted that he take the car himself to Young Subaru to possibly tell them all the lies about the car (i.e the car can be driven at 5 mph or maybe told him that whatever wrong with it mechanically was not part of the accident). My children have been driving that car for over a year, back and forth from U of U to Ogden. After the accident we called the towing service because it cannot be driven. Young Subaru listened to all the lies that Travis told them. At the end Young Subaru charged me almost $70.00 for supposedly diagnostic fee, then Nathan (Young Subaru employee) would not give me the key to my car because he told me that Travis at Everest Collision told him not to give the key to me after paying them both for not doing anything to my car other than put more damage to it. On top of that this Nathan guy tried to convinced me to take the car back to that dishonest guy Travis at Everest Collision, to have him fix the body. That is very stupid if I let him fix the body of the car when it is not even drivable. They are nothing but LIARS< DECEITFUL< OPPORTUNISTIC people.

Wonderful, friendly staff that go above and beyond to take care of the customer. Early service department that meets anyone s schedule. I was overly impressed with the communication between customer and staff. I would highly recommend the service department to anyone!

Awful. Don't order parts this way because they will disappear into a black hole. The subaru website will say they are shipped, but the post office will say they never received the part. Dishonest people to work with, and if you call them they will give you the run around say there's nothing they can do.
Edited: I increased the star rating to 2 because after hassling them about the part it is now in transit through the post office, so things worked out. I am still very annoyed that it takes much longer to ship than stated on the website. The website says the order is shipped out in about 24 hours, but it took 3 and a half days for the post office to receive the part. That would normally not be a big deal, but the advertised timeliness of the shipping is why I chose to order from here.

The sales team at this location is only nice and helpful during the test drive portion of the experience. After that they use every sleazy pressure tactic to get you to buy including 1) claiming there is a 24 hour clock on a "great price" 2) lying about their inventory to get you in the door 3) trying to pressure you to "wear the pants" and make purchasing decisions without consulting your spouse. I ended up buying my Subaru from Mark Miller in Salt Lake City. Mark Miller is amazing. They are nice, helpful, and got me the exact vehicle I wanted without haggling. In the end it was $2,000 less than the "best, limited time" price Young could do for a version of the vehicle I did not want. Avoid Young. Go to Mark Miller.

I was surprised how good Richie was. As soon as I arrived he popped off the hood and started working on my lower engine. He wasn t afraid to work on the back and got my engine going better than before. I ll be coming for Richie the next time my engine needs another lube job.

So I have been a Subaru owner for many years and planned on staying that way for life until recently. I bought a 2015 forester and at 45000 miles my car started burning oil. I took it to these guys on 2 separate occasions to have test run on the car and was told everything was fine to just check my oil level every time I got fuel. This should not have to be done on a car this new. I was burning about 2 quarts of oil around the 3,000 mile mark. Through my own research I have found this to be a problem with the newer Subaru vehicles across the board. I ended up having to trade my car in because this is normal according to Subaru hopefully the company and the dealerships can see this as an issue and correct it in the future if so I will become a customer again if not I will have to continue taking my business else where.

Best car dealership by far. Todd Evertsen at the Ogden location was so great to work with! He answered all of my (probably pretty dumb) questions and was very knowledgeable about every Subaru that we looked at. We ended up buying a 2021 Ascent and I couldn t be happier with our purchase!

It's been about 3 years since we visited this location. Lots of new faces on board. Lisa is very proficient & made us feel welcome as customers. Service department is very efficient. The sales staff is very knowledgeable & low pressure. We will return when we have more time to shop around

Was always willing to answer any dumb question I had, and put up with me being a tire kicker for a good 4 months before I bought my dream car! Awesome customer service, the loan officer did a great job getting me the best rate possible! Definitely going back when my wife is ready to by her next car. Thanks Tanner still in love with my WRX!

My wife and I brought my car in for an oil change and we were just hanging out looking at cars and we ended up leaving with a new 2017 WRX! Austin Glauser was great to work with. Great customer service! He paid attention to details and answered all of our questions. He was very patient with us. Overall it was exceptionally excellent service and a pleasure for my wife and I. We will get our next car through Young Subaru in Riverdale!!! Thank you guys!!!

Very disappointed with this place. Sales associate Joey Archuletta and I came to an agreement which was verified by Nate Gailey, the manager on Thursday about a price for a vehicle. I told them I could have the money to them on Tuesday. Friday I went back in to verify the tint wasn't too dark to pass safety. Nate then changed the story and told me that it wasn't Joey's car to sell. That's Joey's job to secure a deal. I watched him verify through Nate that it was a deal. We shook on it. Then Nate made it completely awkward in front of everyone in the room, including myself. Won't ever go back.

Garrett and Jeremy really did everything perfectly. The finance manager was amazing too, we'll leave his name out of this.
Every time I've had to deal with Young Subaru they've been more than accommodating. Sometimes they bent over backwards to help me get what I wanted. I appreciate the people I've so far worked with and plan to visit them again as soon as I'm in the market.
When shopping for my Crosstrek, Garrett listened to my needs and found the perfect one for me! He knew exactly where to direct my attention. There were plenty of options too! He was so kind, and even personally delivered my car to me.
Jeremy.. What can I say other than he's hilarious and easy going. Dealing with him just once felt like talking to a good friend.
Young Subaru hooks you up.. The 2 free year maintenance is awesome. There's something about the tires for 2 years also, I can't remember what, but I do know they got a huge ugly nail out of my tire and it was covered.
I really appreciate Young Subaru and the staff. I dare say it was the best car shopping experience to date.

I stopped by here just to look and a salesman named Angelo greeted me quickly. We started talking and he ended up giving me one of the best experiences I ve had at a dealership, even though I didn t end up making a purchase. Definitely likely to go back and if ANYONE wants a great car buying experience ask for Angelo!!

I went in with a broken trade-in that needed 6 thousand in repairs to include turbos, A/C, charging system, cooling system and more, and I was upside-down 3 thousand more! I got a pre-owned car that I wanted, and what's more is Jonah negotiated a larger trade-in than anyone else was going to give me. My payment stayed the same and I got a way newer car with less than 30,000 miles! I am very satisfied with the service that Jonah and the Young team provided me! I'd expect nothing less from the Young family! They got me out of my bad situation and I will be eternally grateful to them. Thank you Jonah, and you can expect me to go back when the time comes, and to recommend Young to everyone! Keep putting the customer first!

Definitely gained a repeat customer. I was in Saturday, Feb. 18th looking for a used car with my mother and worked with salesman Austin Glausser. Within a few minutes Austin was out to our vehicle introducing himself to us both of us. It was immediately apparent that Austin was not out to make a high-pressure sale, but rather to earn satisfied customers. I told him what I was looking for (a hatchback under 120,000 miles) and how much I had been pre-approved for. He ended up knocking it out of the park on the first swing, finding a 2007 Versa with 84,000 miles on it. Two test drives later and multiple negotiations to get me into the Versa within my financing budget, I was signing the deal. I was impressed then with the courtesy shown to me and my mom by Austin and the finance department, and continue to be left with that impression. As this was my first experience purchasing from a dealership, I was not entirely sure what to expect, but couldn't have asked to be treated better, from introductions to being handed the keys. Their professionalism, honesty, and courtesy are the things good business relationships are made of. I look forward to working with Austin and Young Subaru in the future and would highly recommend doing so to any of my friends and family.

I came in for a simple full service lube/oil job on my 2009 Subaru Impreza. It was my first experience with this dealership. I was greeted by a very nice and friendly women named Veronica Blake (service consultant). Veronica took my information and then I waited for the job to be done. Veronica would update me periodically about mechanical concerns with the car and also gave me information about the associated cost. I never once felt any pressure from Veronica and I appreciated her honesty and sincerity! I would definitely be willing to come back and have more work done on my car at this dealership. The waiting room was also very comfortable and clean!!

Angelo was the dealer that sold us our Subaru. It was a great experience, Angelo did everything he could to get us in a car with a reasonable monthly payment, even with our crsppy credit. I would very much recommend paying Young Subaru a visit if you plan on buying a new or used car.

I feel like your employees are crooked and attempted to take advantage of me. I have 2018 tires and have not even hit 10,000 miles on them. They informed me that my tire tread was at a 3, and that it was time to replace my tires. They also explained to me that my tires will soon shred while on the road and said that I would get into a bad accident. I had the manager remeasure the tire tread and this time it measured to a 5. Their scare tactic is unethical. I ve never been more disappointed with my Young Subaru service. I will never bring my car back here for another service (and my next service is free).

Went into Young Subaru last weekend on a whim and drove off with a new dream car! Kindred was fantastic to work with. He wasn't pushy at all and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with everything. I expect this Forester to last me a good long time, but when I need a replacement I'll definitely be back!

I was given the wrong carfax/vehicles info/Price and Given the run around, when they realized their mistake they gave me a different price on the phone.. Reluctantly I started negotiating again at the higher price, then I was told again it was the wrong price and it would be almost twice the original price. I have no idea how you do business like this? Got the feeling they were just having fun screwing with me at the end so that's fine.. I will never do business with the young automotive group again..

They have never been able to repair my vehicle without two visits or deliver parts when promised.

I had recall issue and they replaced/repaired the issue. In the process they broke something else and I had to come back in 2 weeks later because that was the soonest they could get me in.

I ordered a light bulb that I believe to be over-price, I understand it is not in their control, and was told two days it should arrive. It's day five; no part, no call, no follow up. I have called three times and I have only be able to contect with anyone once.

While the cars are good the execution has been a very poor experience.

I ordered a trunk spoiler for my new car a couple of days ago and it came in today. So I strolled over to the service department to schedule a day and time to have it installed. My service rep Veronica Blake said she could have the work done today. What? That caught me off guard. From my prior dealership (not Subaru) I was used to waiting several days before I could get an appointment. I'm also very picky about the work that I have done to my cars and will scrutinize the work once I get the car back. After all, this stuff ain't free. Veronica Blake made sure that a qualified technician was available to do the installation, was very helpful and she made me feel at ease. I'm very pleased with the installation and wish I knew who the tech was so I could praise him/her as well for a job well done. This is my first Subaru and so far I'm very impressed.

Made an hour trip to get a key programmed for my car here and after I dropped the cat off and waited 2 hours the called and said their key wasn't going to be here for 2 more days. Then I tried to get an appraisal for my car and the first person I talked to never got back to me then the second person I talked to forgot to get back with me till I contacted him again. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

I had a lousy experience with a planned visit to look at a specific car. Young Subaru was aware of me coming to see this particular car driving from Salt Lake. Even with a planned visit, I even gave 40 minute notice of me arriving. After arriving, we spent an hour trying to locate the car. No one knew where the car was located. I drove 90 minutes round-trip plus 60 minutes on-site and I never saw the car I drove up to see. Young Subaru might have some potential but not worth coming from Salt Lake. I would recommend dealerships closer to Salt Lake.

Our family had a phenomenal experience with Landon at Young Subaru. He exceeded our expectations and bent over backwards for us to get us into a car that we loved which we didn't think was possible. He and Travis really made it work for us. The service was top notch! Landon was very good at listening to us and communicating with us, making the process absolutely seamless.
