We stopped by to ogle some the new VWs and especially the Golf R. I appreciated Liz s quick and helpful presence with we arrived. I haven t received that from other VW dealers lately. She answered all our questions and without any pressure. We ll be back when the time is right! Thank you again, Liz, for helping us.

Gerald Jones VW has the best customer service hands down!! They are always so friendly and eager to assist and that means a lot to me when it comes to my automobile needs. Purchased my 2016 VW Jetta from our salesman, David Dutton. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! In the future, I will def be doing my shopping with Gerald Jones!! Thanks again to the awesome staff!!
Booked an appointment to avoid a walk-in wait for a miniscule oil change, still expecting you to wait for 2 hours. Whats the point of booking an appointment? A service is a service let it be a $10 bulb change or $2000 head change. Will definitely not be coming back to this retarded place.
Service department is terrible. Was told they didn't have an appointment available when I needed it and then told me when I do service it that I would have to pay out of pocket. I was told and put in writing that my 1st three services would be taken care of since it was a lease. I told them I would trade it in and get a Honda or Toyota instead of driving over an hour to get it serviced.....somehow they found an appointment available. Will never go back.
I took my volkswagen beetle to get serviced it keeps running hot they did test on leaks checked everything guess what still running hot took it back two days later they said it's ok ok well today now my air isn't working and the temp got to More
My experience with the service team has been terrible. I needed to replace one of my car's mirror caps and ordered the part on a Monday. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday to have the part installed. I show up, but am told that while the part has arrived, it still needed to be painted and that it'd be ready on Thursday. I show up again on Thursday, and am told that it's "still not painted for some reason." While the parts manager was apologetic, he couldn't tell me when the mirror cap would be ready. After waiting a few more days and receiving the same response, I went to a body shop, and it took them all of 5 days to order the part, paint it, and install it. Don't give your business to Gerald Jones. They're terrible.
Had an appt at 730 for a routine oil change, but then was told the techs don't get in til 8. Why make an appt at 730 then? Still sitting here at 930. Very frustrating.
I highly recommend Gerald Jones. I actually drove from Atlanta to buy a pre-owned Q7 as I couldn't find exactly what I wanted locally and my sales rep Consuella went above and beyond to accommodate me. The paperwork and experience were smooth and I'm so excited about my car!
I had a great experience the other day looking around at used vehicles with Jackie. Brought my car up there on Saturday to get a car wash and even though I wasn't buying she was very respectful and kind to talk to about some of the vehicles with me. Will definitely refer family to her.
I purchased a 2018 tiguan for my daughter in December of 2018. Ben Herman was quite pleasant to work with thru the purchasing portion of the transaction. My disappointment is,that with purchasing the car in the winter time not needing to use the air conditioning we had no idea that the system had leaked out all the freon and had to be recharged. Which was done and dye was added so the leak could easily be located if the system started to blow warm air again.Well it happened so we went back to the service department again, was told that they needed to order the part to fix it,will have to come back when part comes in.A round trip is 153 miles this will be 3 trips to fix this problem. So I asked if I could have a complermtry 1 oil change was told we don't do that so forked out 83.00 for the oil change. My daughter loves her car and I was glad to spend my money in Georgia instead of South Carolina but mean what's one oil change compared to the gas used for three trips to fix one issue.
I brought my 2013 GTI into this dealership when my valve cover/ cam girdle started leaking when the car still had 30,000 miles. I was told that these leaks were common on these engines, but it wasn't leaking... It was "seeping" and they wouldn't cover it under warranty. (This is before any modifications to the car) Then around 50,000 miles I brought it in again after the leak got much worse. (Weird.) At this point, I was told it wasn't leaking, but "seeping" for the second time. After arguing for a few minutes with the service manager, he told me it doesn't matter because I'm tuned anyways. I understand valve covers on my car are a pain in the ass to reseal but I expected more than some BS excuse to why my car wasn't leaking but "seeping". Now I am at 67,000 miles, out of warranty and stuck with a nasty oil leak that is getting worse. Experiences like this make me not want to purchase another vw/audi again. Which is a shame, because I love my car and the MK7's are even more fun to drive, but the cars are likely to have problems, and if the manufacturers dealerships are going to push away warranty work because my valve cover leak at 30,000 miles wasn't bad enough to address, and it was "normal" for my car, I would rather go elsewhere.
The worst customer service!! There is none!! So rude and uncaring!! A friend goes in for a recall and we've had nonstop issues with them! Minimal effort in fixing your vehicle! Go to a personal shop!
I m giving 3 stars because I we had a wonderful car buying experience back in February 2018. We purchased a use truck and a vw beetle on the same day. Now fast forward to fall I had a horrible noise coming from the blower so I took it in they gave it back and said they just had to push it in place. 1 mile down the road I turned around brought it back because it was making the same noise. The mechanic said it needed a new blower motor. So I brought it back when the motor came in and they put it in and I left. The noise never completely went away. So last week the blower started making a clunking noise and I tried calling the number on google but it was busy, and Tuesday it just quit working all together. So Wednesday my husband got ahold of someone they said to bring it in Tuesday. We dropped it off and my husband called later in the day they told him they didn t know what was wrong that the master mechanic would be back Monday and that they would put it back together so we could pick it up and bring it back next week. I told my husband to tell him to keep it and we d get it the next day. So today they call and tell my husband the blower motor is bad and they will have one in in the morning and we can pick it up in the afternoon. So then 2 hours later the customer care person calls and tells my husband that the modula was bad and they will have it fixed Friday. So what gives. They never have loner cars. I have to Uber to work tomorrow because I have nothing to drive and this is the 3rd time it s been brought in for the same reason.
I have to give a 5 star to an amazing salesperson Consuella! She was always able to answer my questions and she even sent me two videos of the car I wanted to purchase since I couldn t see it in person. This dealership get a positive review from me! :)
We lived in Augusta for 5 years and I cannot speak more highly of the VW Service Manager, Alex Alva. He is polite, prompt, incredibly helpful, thorough, and goes above and beyond what is required. Alex is also very good at what he does, and has been able to solve problems with our vehicles that no one could figure out for years. Recently, my spouse and I moved out of the area, and took our vehicle for some issues we were having to another VW dealership. The VW Service Manger there, Ron Lane, was absolutely terrible to interact with and even more difficult to communicate our needs. We had questions about our warranty Ron claimed he had "no way of looking that up". He refused to help me unless I agreed to solve the problem by paying out of pocket. In my overwhelming frustration, I turned to Alex, 3 states away, with my problems and many questions I had with my vehicle and he provided all of the necessary information to inquire about my warranty questions without any delay. I know Alex is very busy and he took the time out of his day to help me. This is one of the many reasons why Alex is an incredible person to interact with, and I so appreciate his professionalism and friendly, helpful demeanor. Thank you, Alex!
I recently gave a 3 star review as I took my car in for service and several things I listed prior to my appointment did not get completed. I did find it odd because Gerald Jones VW has always been thorough with my car. I later found out that there was an error on their system end and only my routine yearly scheduled maintenance service was showing. I have since rescheduled another appointment to take care of the items I had in question. Thanks for the follow up, Gerald Jones VW and I look forward to my next appointment! :-)
We are beyond disappointed in the service team and the dealership in general. We purchased a brand new Tiguan right before my 1 year old son was born because we wanted a safe family car but this has not been the case. The car has throttled down from 70-40 mph on the interstate with my son in the backseat several times. We have brought the car in each time for service and the issue has not been fixed. We have to call multiple times to get an appointment and I am beyond frustrated. There is an extreme lack of concern for the well being of your customers. The car has less than 20,000 miles on it and we simply should not be dealing with this.
This has been the absolute worst experience. I lost the key to my Jetta and went to them to buy a new one had to get my car towed over there. There server wasn t working so they had to order a new one to do my car they got that in and that didnt work on my car so they had to wheel it in well the wheels broke on there thing and they had to order new ones so that s another week without a car they would not give me a loaner car. They finally got the wheels in and they broke AGAIN so they have to order new ones. I am going on 2 and a half weeks with no car and they don t care at all everyone I have talked to has been so rude. Still don t have my car and they still won t give me a loaner or pay to get me a rental.
Terrible terrible terrible. I have a RECALL on my transmission. I also have a battery needing replaced. Maybe!!!! I'm told my transmission can't be updated/FIXED unless I purchase a $11,000 hybrid battery. Keep in mind I already prayed $138 to be told my transmission was bad. THE SAME TRANSMISSION I SOON AFTER RECIEVED A LETTER SAYING IT WAS A RECALL!!! So now Volkswagen wants me to take the chance on my vehicle not going when I'm IN TRAFFIC or pay $11,000 (not including labor)!!!! But but but I was asked if I wanted to trade it in for another vehicle. I hate Volkswagen. I'll never come back. If this review helps anyone.... RUN. THEY DON'T STAND BY THEIR CARS!!! VOLKSWAGENS ARE TERRIBLE CARS AND RIP OFFS!!!!
I bought my new VW from Chris Martin in September. He was amazing and the follow up couldn t have been any better. A month later I went in and bought my son a used GMC truck. There were a couple of issues I had with the truck that were no fault of GJ. However, management really stepped out and helped me resolve the issue. I do believe that this group of sales and management team couldn t have been any better. As a single mom, I depend on the level of trust they have proven over the years. I chose to get my son s first vehicle through them because of the relationship established. I highly recommend the staff there at Gerard Jones Volkswagen.
Wasted my time even though I asked the right questions before getting there. Basically lied about what was available to me. They'll tell you anything to get you over there.
I gave 4 stars for very good customer service. The people in the service and sales section knows what they re doing when it comes to serving you right. They don t get the 5th star when it comes to actually working on your car. The technician who is labeled on my receipt for the job botched it completely. I was in for an intake manifold replacement. There were many missing bolts, parts, and incorrectly reinstalled parts as well. This caused my car to start, run for 2 seconds, shut off and dump fuel on the ground. I received a free tow and the job was completely redone by another dealership free of charge to me and paid for by this dealership. Once again customer service is great, but the technicians that dealt with my car should not be ASE certified or employed if they are that lazy and careless with customer s cars.
If I could give more stars I would. I am extremely happy Earl the certified salesman and Vicky the GM and Bill the finance took phenomenal care of myself and my family. Vicky was extremely pleasant and welcoming one of the best experiences with a GM of a dealership ever. Earl was very professional and down to earth and pleasant to work with from the start to the completion of the purchase. Bill the finance man made me feel comfortable because of his knowledgeable background and warm personality. I want to say you took amazing care of a service member and my family thank you to the team at gerald Jones VW. This dealership is amazing with the GM Vicky leading the example of extraordinary service and commitment to the community by supporting the military family. Thank you from the Bailey family Vicky your amazing and your team reflects that.
Want the old car buying experience?...well don't expect it with Gerald Jones VW. We recently bought a Volkswagen Atlas from them and can't express how easy it was. We honestly felt like family and were treated with that personal touch through the whole experience. It has been quite awhile since we bought a car and I don't think we will ever go back to working with any other dealership. Let me step you through the experience and enlighten you to what car buying should be like:
I can't say it enough, Gerald Jones VW staff treat you like family every step of the way. This review was not paid for, not asked for by them, nor do I have a family member working there but I do consider them my friends now!
Tire went flat in my work parking lot on Thursday, while trying to change the tire my vehicle fell off the jack, after it fell off the jack a second time I called the service department, explained the situation and asked for help.
I got transferred to the managers voicemail.
Got the tire fixed, called to inform the service desk I had the spare on, and was bringing the tire in, I mentioned that the vehicle fell off the jack and that the brake srun got scratched. The gentlemen on the other end didn't seem to acknowledge that I was talking to him. After I prompted him he said to bring it in so they can take a look.
Get the car to the service department, the lady at the desk checks my warranty and service plan, files the claim for me, and tries to locate a tire, she tells me that they don't have one available but they will have it Friday evening. (Best experience so far) she said she would call me on Friday when the tire is in.
She calls Friday evening, right before the service department closes, to let me know the tire is in and asks if I can make it. I told her I couldn't so she informs me that they will get the tire on the rim and I can pick it up Saturday.
Saturday I arrive around 10, guy at the desk has no idea what I'm talking about and has to call the lady I talked to, he tells me the tech never put the tire on the rim, but if I have a few minutes he can get it changed.
They put my VW on the computer and said it was fine. 5 miles up the hwy it still running hot. I went online to sch another appt. The little computer face comes up for a chat and says the service Dept will be calling you . Nope it never happen . Read there reviews sucks if u bought a car from them
Terrible experience... VW sales didn't know his stuff and asked about a specific vw golf and the salesman didn't even help me find it.... Like I was a waste of his time
This is my 7th purchase from Gerald Jones Vw. They are the best. Kirk and consuella always go above and beyond and work with me to make a deal that i feel comfortable with. A+ EXPERIENCE
Customer service gets 5/5 stars. As soon as I pulled into the service bay, my service rep knew who I was and addressed me very professionally. Very knowledgeable of the services and other options for me. Answered and addressed my questions and concerns.
Very lousy customer service experience. Each attempt to contact the dealership was met with utter neglect. The representative, Consuella Green, should frankly be fired. Email responses are weeks delayed, if any response is ever given. Phone calls go unanswered. Simply horrible customer service.
I have purchased two vehicles from Gerald Jones over the past 6 years and I am kicking myself in the teeth for it. If you want your vehicle serviced you better expect at least three days before that can see it, and that may be for something very simple. I literally had then tell me they couldn't find out what was wrong with my car...... smh, not sure about the mechanics they hire. You want to hear the truth about Gerald Jones VW just go to any local import mechanic shop and they will fill you in, these are they guys that live and breath imports. Ask on of those VW, Audi guys what kind of car they drive and you will most likely hear anything other than the product they are promoting.
My experience here was initially a one star review. I just had a great conversation with Ms. Victoria McPhee and she was able to help correct a few issues that I had. She also let me know the dealership has some vehicles that can be lent out for longer services. They are probably the cheapest oil change for a VW in town and completed any of my recall services without issue. Additionally, I was just given an very solid offer on a new vehicle. They continue to improve and I fully recommend their services now.
Your service consultants are respectful and clear. I have tried many other VW dealerships and I always have a sense of distrust when they give service recommendations.
I have been getting my service from gerald Jones since I bought my car in 2013Customer advisor named ms.Freida and Mr.David were always polite and always making sure you will have a good experience. But both of them were gone now.I made a schedule with the new advisor David Nickels for maitainance service and request for a loaner car,and he replied no available loaner and no loaner car for small services.IF THATS THE CASE I SHOULDN'T BE GETTING ONE THEN EACH TIME I HAVE MY CAR IN SERVICE FROM THE BEGINNING.NOT FRIENDLY.NEED PROPER TRAINING HOW TO DEAL BETTER WITH CUSTOMERS.I will not buy Volkswagen car anymore.just want money but no good and proper service.
If your a transporter trying to get a hold of Vickie don't bother. She wears "3 hats" and doesn't have time to return calls. Simply trying to verify if a car was ready to be picked up to take to the auction for this dealership and apparently that's a difficult task to accomplish. Sorry for trying to run our business efficiently by calling ahead. There's really no need to have such an attitude, but wait we're truck drivers so we don't matter. We only haul the cars they sell everyday.
Hood release stopped working a couple weeks after I got the car back from service. When I asked how much it would cost to fix the service guy said, "Without parts, at least 200 in labor because the wheel and fender liner have to come off." Taking the wheel and fender liner off takes 10 minutes at most, I have no idea where the rest of the labor charges are coming from.
If your car has Xenon HIDS, they will try to get you to replace the entire housing, (1075 dollars on my car) and the ballast (500ish IIRC) when most independent shops suggest only replacing the bulbs and ballast. That 1700 dollar job ends up being around 800.
On the bright side, everyone is very nice and professional, and when I dropped the car off to have the headlight replaced, they did not charge me for the bulb and igniter when the new parts did not fix the problem.
These people are nice, but I do feel like someone in there is just trying to rip people off. Not the entire staff, but something seems off about some some of the pricing. A 200 dollar flat rate seems to be the standard when a wheel liner has to come off.
Rob Ibarra made our dream come true!!! He was knowledgeable and focus to get us the car of our dreams, with every detail beyond our expectations!!! All the staff in this dealership is really a blessing! The whole experience was smooth, fast and very professional. We want to recommend Rob Ibarra for your car needs!
The service center employees were friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area is comfortable. They kept me updated on my car when I went in for a scheduled oil change and when I brought my TDI for low AdBlue they got me in quickly despite not having an appointment.
I've had so many issues with Gerald Jones Volkswagen Service department that I possibly can't post all of them. I honestly believe they will try to get over on you if they can, and with me being young and a female I let my husband do all of the talking for me. They've had my car for over a month now and it's still not finished. Every time I talk to them they have mysteriously ran into another problem that I've never had problems with with my car. Not only that but they've lied about calling my warranty company to see if they would cover a certain issue that my car was so called having. I'm guessing so I would have to pay out of pocket. When I called my warranty company to ask about the issue they said that they were never contacted about it and that they document everything they had been brung to their attention because it's not always they same employee on the phone. So yes, I am highly discussed with Gerald Jones Volkswagen and when I do get my car back I will NEVER return back there.
I ordered a tire, they said they'd call me back when they got it. I told them when I'd move. I'm currently in texas, and I never got the call or tire. I called to get my money back weeks ago and they said they'd call me back to discuss it. They called my fiancee to remind her of an appointment in georgia. Suffice to say, if you want something or need it, don't come to this place.
I bought my 2012 EOS TSI 2.0L back in March of 2019 privately. This was my first VW so I decided to take it in to VW Service to maintain oil changes. Upon picking my car up the first time, the service advisor Rachel notified me of several extended warranties that were active on my car. One was the clock spring warranty, which cover the steering wheel compartment. Shortly after that the steering wheel stopped worked. I took it in and they replaced with no issues. By the next oil change, I notified Rachel that I had a service now light come on. I told her the codes on the car were related to the fuel system and she verified that I had an extended warranty on that as well. However, It could not be fixed until the CEL came on and that I would be provided a loaner when it did. Well after a few months my CEL came on as well as the EPC light. I immediately took it to have codes ran. The codes were the knock sensor and fuel pump too low. I then took it to the service department and waited the entire day for them to tell me there was absolutely nothing wrong with the fuel system. Instead, Rachel proceeded to tell me that the problem was a compartment of the ECU ( computer) was fried . Also I had a water leak from my water pump that was caused by an oil leak. Rachel said that they could not honor the warranty because oil got on the water seal and caused it to swell. They quoted me $4200 dollars to replace my ECU and water pump. Car is at 62k miles and already needs a water pump, ecu, timing chain, etc. I am a full time college student and cannot afford dealer prices. So I took it to my next best option. I took it to a VW specialist in Augusta ga. I explained the issues to them and they did there own diagnosis. The specialist said that there was nothing wrong with the ECU, as the car would not run properly if there was. He also mentioned that he could replace my water pump for $900 and make sure that there was no oil leak anymore. When I got my car back the owner of the shop told me that when VW changed my oil last they put the filter on so tight that they had to basically destroy the filter to get it off. He then told me that they did not oil the seals like they were supposed to during a normal oil change. He also said that he checked the ECU and associated wiring harness and nothing was wrong with it. I got my car back and it ran great until it left me on the side of the road yesterday. Once again the EPC light came on. This time the car was lightly shaking and you couldn t breathe from the fuel smell. Black/white smoke coming out of the exhaust and a lot of gas was wasted in a matter of 1 min of shaking. I had it towed to Gearld Jones and explained my situation to the general manager. Of course it was close to closing time so they could not do much. I am waiting for them to diagnose my car again and actually find that it is a fuel problem and it should be covered under my extended warranty. I also showed the manager the old water pump. The water pump also was cracked. Their reasoning for not honoring the warranty was that the oil caused it to fail. 1. There was no oil on the seals as they claimed. They did not take any pictures and when I picked my car up little information was given about it. (A few months ago). I even called Rachel back requesting part and labor quotes because it was not on original paper work. She refused to give it to me. So I had to reach out to someone else. All to say I am very disappointed in this dealer service. I think it is a shame that they keep Gerald Jones name on this place when he does not own it anymore. However they are using his name and has created a bad rep. First they tried to upsell me a part that I did not need and then refused to cover my warranty. I am waiting on there diagnosis and I m sure they will say the same thing and charge me the diagnosis fee when I was just in there a few weeks ago. As I said I am a college student and can t afford to be pushed around by the dealer. However, I do have plenty of time and my parents are helping me get an attorney to fight this.
I have been to their service department several times, and Eric and the rest of the folks there have always been fantastic. They go above and beyond, and always make sure that I am satisfied. Thanks GJVW!!!!!
UPDATE: In the past 3 weeks nothing has changed and despite assurance from Gerald Jones that they put a fix action in place - the State DOR Motor Vehicle Division just informed me there is an 'ETR Image Hold' on the Title Application which means it is waiting on information from the Dealer in order to process the title. I have 17 days left before I can no longer legally drive this vehicle because I will not be able to obtain a 3rd temporary tag.
I was told at Gerald Jones that paying more to buy local gets better customer service. Welp. My wife has been turned away form the DMV twice because the purchase agreement has me as the co-buyer, but the Title application sent in from Gerald Jones has me as the owner. The DMV can't register it under my wife's name and we've called Gerald Jones 3 times to have it fixed. The first two times we were told it was in progress. Today I was told that my wife is listed as the co-buyer (incorrect) and there is nothing they can do to fix it. This after I had to argue for about two hours with the sales manager to have them come down on price just to match the website list price for the exact vehicle at Stone Mountain VW. Today I have to go the the DMV again to extend our temporary tag just to try and fix this. Do not recommend.
Rob was so great!!! He pays attention to all the little details and really takes care of his clients. I can truly say he's more than a salesman! He makes his clients feel like family!!!
Consuella Rick and Kirk went above and beyond to get things done. I lift things up and put them down as the management would say!!! I will be a Gerald Jones customer for life. They deliver
My car was scheduled for a drop off on a Friday for a one day project, I get a call Friday night saying it wasn't done. I pick it back up and schedule for the next Friday. Again I get a call that it wasn't started, and offered a loaner. After a week they still have yet to start the car and gave excuses for why it wasn't done. I will be taking my car to another service department that actually cares about getting their clients cars done in the time frame that is set.
Great customer service, very helpful! My salesperson Rob Ibarra was very informative with all of the vehicles! I will always be a Gerald Jones customer because of my good experience
Update: Management contacted me and immediately fixed the issue today. Thank Melvin so much for their exceptional customer service. He gave me back that money.
Let me tell you my experience. It is very interesting and ridiculous. My vehicle is 2010 Jetta limited with about 100,000 miles. The VW service department told me it had the oil leaking from vacuum pump last month. So, I booked an appointment to fix it. Yesterday morning I went there to fix it and the nice lady told me it might be ready next Monday. The service department does not offer shuttle service on Saturday. I had to wait for my wife to pick me up. I saw my car was still waiting to be fixed at about 9: 40 am. I left there at about 10 am. Surprisingly I received a call at 1: 49 pm telling me it will be ready at 3:30 pm. That means it might take 5 hours (10 am to 3 pm) to fix that problem. The final price is 1341.89, including labor 810, parts 469.94, shop supplies 39.95, tax 37, booking discount -15. They also gave my vehicle multi point inspection and wash (it may take half an hour). So I have a question about labor fee. The lady told me it is 140.00 per hour and the man spent 5 hours in fixing it. But they charged me about 6 hours. I don t know why. She thought it is reasonable because the EST price is 1357.00. They needed to get the price closer. I cannot agree with that. Do you think if the Gerald Jones VW service department is honest or not? Actually, last month I paid 242.18 for changing the transmission fluid in the service department while its EST is 385.00. In January, my car key could not turn in the ignition. I have to pay 794.74 for fixing steerlock while its EST is about 1000.00. Thus, I think they should charge me based on the actual labor but not EST.
My service adviser kept me updated on the progress of my service. She totally understood my concerns and the work to be performed. Job was completed ahead of schedule. There were no "surprise" or hidden charges.
I had a wonderful experience here. The salesperson Liz and sales manager Victoria are awesome, working patiently with me and never being aggresive. Finally settled on a Tiguan and could not be happier. This is my 4th VW, will definitely buy from here again.
The service center is okay, Frieda is the reason for three stars (Frieda was great! She s why they even got the stars). If you don t know much about your car take it in to another mechanic if they say there s issues. They quoted me $1,150 for a valve cover leak. Yeah, yeah I ll buy the piece for $60 bucks and do it myself. It s only an hour out of my day. Way over priced but I can t do oil changes myself in base.
This is by far the most friendly dealership I ve visited. They are more personable and they have a family type relationship with their customers. Good customer service means a lot to our family. We appreciate Gerald Jones and will continue to purchase all of our cars from their group.
Gerald Jones VW is great! I can list many things that I love about bringing my GTI in. But this review is all about Freda, the first face I see when I drive up to get service. She is always bright and friendly regardless of the day. She is for sure one of Gerald Jones greatest assets. Thanks for everything Freda!
Update: Management contacted me and immediately addressed the issue. I want to send a big thanks to Melvin, Eric, and Robert for their exceptional customer service.
Don't ever use Gerald Jones Service department!!! They ruined the headliner and A pilar of my brand new VW Alltrack. I purchased my vehicle a few months ago and just brought it in for the first oil change and some warranty work. The Service Department returned my brand new car to me with grease stains all over the headliner and A pilar. I am astonished by the lack of care and service.
I am still waiting on a call back on the status of my vehicle since 7/30. I have spoken with several employees who all have stated they will follow up and call back, I was even informed that a manager had to review the incident that has occurred with my vehicle.
