I've slowly been getting in the market for a newer car and wasn't really sure what i wanted to get. I stopped by Subaru and Ryan Newbold, he walked me through the lot asking questions and helped me a ton! He was informative on a range of vehicles, I never felt pressured to buy and he was one of the nicest salesmen i've had the pleasure of meeting. If i choose Subaru, I'll definitely be going back here to buy.

I called all our local delarships trying to get a price for a 2019 Subaru Outback out the door. It's kind of funny how both Mark Miller and Nate Wade Subaru were able to provide thier best price including fees, taxes and registration, but Young could not. The salesman told me he did not know the dealer fees, tax, or registration fees so he could not give me a quote over the phone. Then he proceeded to tell me if he did give me a price, I could use that as leverage to get a better deal elsewhere. Ummm...okay? They lost my sale. I drove all the way down to Mark Miller Subaru to work with a honest dealership and purchased a Outback from them. Stay away from Young. Shady, lying salesmen. No Thanks.

Ideally a Subaru dealer as good as mine at home (Ciocca Subaru of Allentown PA). Found the ideal place ....Young Subaru in Ogden....Quality organization and cordial staff...especially Markie who was our Service Rep person. Really, everyone from guys who checked me in for service to guys I signed docs with - all friendly, quick to communicate updates and overall just a good experience.

It was great working with him over the course of a few days via the phone to have everything set up for my purchase before I set foot in the dealership. I had my third good experience with Young and Lanc...

I had my third good experience with Young and Lance McNamera this week. I ve purchased two used Subarus through Lance over the last few years and was confident enough in him and their dealership to take my daughter there to find an upgrade.

I understand they have to make money, and they understand I have to save money. With that formality out of the way, I m looking for salesman who know the details of the vehicles he is selling, and I m looking for a dealership to be in the right range of KBB for used vehicles or the right price range for the new vehicles.

I ve had experiences with quite a few other dealers and salesman and keep going back to Lance. (She bought a used Acura...not a Subaru). Recommended!

*Update* traded Impreza in and got wife a new Crosstrek. Easy to work with. No Hassel, no games. Great staff...... Guys in the shop are a bit short and rude.
Update*. Just bought a brand new Subaru outback 3.6. Love the car. Once again sales staff easy to work with finance office fairly quick and speedy for as busy as they are. As far as car dealerships ago I would recommend this one to anyone the only bad thing I can say about this location is the people in the shop are a bit short and not overly friendly although that was just a one time incident and upon talking to management about it it was rectified very quickly.

The staff was friendly to deal with late at night. We were not pushed the entire time to purchase and got in many vehicles. I felt like I was cared for. Once I had an idea of cars of interest we talked about numbers and were able to leave without doing paperwork. Overall a good trip to a dealer compared to most I've had

Car dealers are pros at getting the most money pos...

Car dealers are pros at getting the most money possible in a deal. They sells cars every day, multiple times a day, whereas the buyer is put in the position to only deal in that type of transaction once every few years.

I get it, they have costs (facilities, wages, property taxes, etc). I'm here to inform folks going in that when they go to this dealer they're going to get the treatment dealers are known for which is strong arm negotiation tactics. Some of those tactics include including what I would argue is an inflated $398 documentation fee and a $299 vehicle "shadowmark" charge for many on the consumer affairs charge would call a worthless service (i.e. in the event of a vehicle theft, I ask, what value does a $300 charge provide when you would otherwise be reimbursed through insurance?). They also sell GAP insurance when they're closing the deal, know that it's more likely to be much cheaper through your insurance company. The last thing they'll pitch during your final paperwork signing is extended warranty coverage. Again, not convinced it's something you need to buy at signing, yet they pressure you anyway.

They're in business to stay in business, I get that. I'd call them an average dealer: very friendly, just be aware that they're exemplars of industry negotiation tactics.

We bought a car a few weeks ago from Young Subaru. We like the car, but the service has been terrible. Two weeks after We bought the car, the brakes started squealing and needed new pads, despite them having said they had checked brakes. We were given a key FOB at purchase that didn't work. They said to replace the battery at home and that would probably fix the problem, but they explicitly said that if it didn't, they would take care of it for us. Apparently what they meant by that was that we could pay for a new key because that is what they are asking us to do. My temporary plates are two days from expiring and they have not taken any action to get plates despite them having said at purchase that they take care of all the plates. Like the car but do not plan to buy from them again.

Went in to buy wiper blade refills for my Subaru Accent. Bought a new Outback for my wife. It was very quick and easy with no sales pressure. Our salesman (Dakota) was very nice and accommodating. We felt the price was reasonable and a reasonable trade in allowance. The best car buying experience we have ever had.

I bought my 2019 Outback from Braydon in April. He made the process easy and quick. I've been taking my Subaru camping since it's summer and got some minor brush scratches. Without an appointment, I pulled into the service drive and was greeted by Nate Walker and asked if they could buff out the scratches. They took care of me and gave my pup a Frisbee and treats while we waited. I love the service I receive when I am at Young Subaru!

Most effortless car experience in 45 years of car buying! My husband is a member of the National Ski Patrol so we were able to use the Subaru VIP program. Todd Evertsen was our Subaru salesman and he was awesome! He made us feel very comfortable, answered all of our questions...if he didn't have the answers he quickly reached back to the staff to provide us with the correct information. We ordered a 2019 Ascent. He kept in touch with us to keep us apprised of the progress on our car and made sure all options were in place before we came in to pick up the car. He also gave us a thorough overview of all the accessories, many of which were new to us, before the handover. Todd made the car buying experience the best we've ever encountered.

Firstly, our salesman Alex Weeks was fantastic. He was not pushy, honest to fault about what was good and bad, and took the time to listen so I got the car that I needed, not just the car that would have gotten him the biggest commission. If you go in, ask for Alex and tell him I sent you. This will get you a good deal on the BEST brand of family, pet, and adventure friendly vehicles.

Secondly, the team lead the night I was in there was incredibly rude. He attacked my character personally to get me to settle for what I did not want. He was using hard ball fast sales tactics that were very obvious to push a sale. If you experience this, just say no and walk away. You dont deserve to be pushed around like that! I only came back because of Alex, not even the fair price that the actual $ manager got me.

As a Subaru dealership in general, and with how the other gentleman treated us, I would give it 2 stars. At best. Mark Miller midtown beats them easily. No haggling there. But the experience I had there with Alex and the awesome accounting staff made it worth getting the car I wanted. 5 stars there. I gave it 4 as an overall experience to round up and be generous to the brand I love driving and fixing

I went there recently to get my omissions and safety done because I had a really good coupon. The coupon was one day expired but they were so kind and pulled a few strings and still let me use it!!! As a single mom who is barely hanging on, that gesture spoke volumes to me about the kind of people that work there. It actually felt like they cared! When we arrived, they offered us a basket of snacks, got to know my five-year-old daughter, were extremely attentive about what I had to say about my car's concerns. I've literally never been treated better by any company I've EVER dealt with in my 45 years on this earth! They were trustworthy, honest, generous, kind, and all-around awesome. Now I will never go anywhere else!

I have had the best experience ever from the beginning to the end. Landon Puffer was so nice, informative and just a friendly person who won my confidence and trust when making my decision in buying my Forester. I felt like I was talking to a family member about a car and not a salesperson in it for their own benefit. The entire staff was very helpful and welcomed me, my son-in-law and daughter and their service dog Levi.

it s been about 6 months since I started leasing my 2017 Impreza from Young Subaru, and they ve been amazing! Austin sold me the car and was so helpful and patient when he explained everything to me. Brennan and Howard from the service department are incredible as well, and my services have always been quick and painless. They really go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and cared about while you re waiting for any services!

Terrible customer service/service department. I we...

Terrible customer service/service department. I went in for a standard oil change and check-up due to a vaccuum leak in my WRX. My appointment (which was scheduled 3 weeks early) was at 1 O'clock. They told me it would be done at 3. At 4:30 with no update by anyone, I finally went to check on my car, which I found completed in the parking lot, they apologized for the delay but it still took another 35 minutes to get me out of there. They told me the leak was due to a broken hose from my intercooler to throttle body, but it should be under warranty. Fast forward three weeks, and they still haven't done anything about it. I have been told 3 times that they would call me within 24 hours, and each time I gave them a week before calling to find out they still haven't done anything about it. They're full of excuses each time. I finally get under my hood and find out that the "broken part" is simply a lose hose, I put it back on and my car is fine. This is something that they should have been able to do in the 3.5 hours they had my car. As I'm writing this I still haven't been contacted since the last time they told me they would, and I'm just to sick of this to deal with them anymore. A part under warranty should have been ordered within 24 hrs and should have been on my car within the week. They clearly don't care about their customers and I will not be going back to this dealership.
