I came here for safety, emissions, and on-site registration. On-sight registration there is free! The tests were done quickly and I was so happy to walk away with my sticker without an extra charge. Also, Veronica Blake really went above and beyond in helping me with my two young children. She coaxed my daughter out of a tantrum and was so kind and sweet to her. She also took care of the registration herself to save me a trip to the reception desk with kids in tow. I will never go to another place to get safety and emissions done.

I'm surprised by the positive reviews here. I feel like I should warn people that they'd be smart to look elsewhere for a vehicle. Multiple sales people I worked with provided misinformation about a car I was interested in. One sales guy was quite vulgar in fact, swearing a lot of the time while walking the lot. They played games with the asking price for the car, and later low balled me on my car's trade value. I was on hold several times when calling in to speak with someone, and I still haven't receive a return call from a manager. Customer service and professionalism are very poor at this location. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Service department is impossible to get in to in a reasonable time frame. Their so called expansion is a joke. They cheat people out of so called "free" oil changes. Read the small print. Dont prepay for oil changes if you buy a car there.

Young Subaru provides outstanding customer support. I recently purchased a vehicle from Cutrubus. After battling with them to fix the issues on my car ( that were ultimately the Cutrubas mechanics fault) I decided to take my vehicle over to Young Subaru. I expressed my concern for the cost of the repairs that needed to be made and they went above and beyond to take care of me. They fixed my car at a low cost, (half the cost of what Cutrubus quoted for) and they really made sure that i had a great experience. They called me after the vehicle was fixed and asked if there was anything that they could help with that had not been addressed. They wanted to make sure that I "had a truly exceptional customer experience". And i can honestly say it was. I will definitely refer all of my friends and family to Young Subaru.

Purchased a used car from them, initial experience was positive until we actually took ownership. There were a ton of errors in the paperwork so we had to reprint and re-sign several times. We ended up buying an extended warranty package (I ve had good experiences with those in past vehicles) primarily because we were told the Mfgr warranty only had a couple of months left (car only has ~30k miles). Imagine my surprise when we checked with the dealership and were informed it actually had a year left in bumper to bumper and 4 years left on power train. (See below for the reason for taking it to the dealership)
The biggest issue was we had asked them to put a new battery in it, which we had to come back for the next day. While they were installing the battery, we also asked them to check the alignment because the steering seemed off. They told us the alignment was perfect and sent us on our way. The car had a recall that needed to be done, so we took it to the Infiniti dealer, who promptly pointed out that not only was the alignment not ok, but that it was so bad that the back tires no longer met safety requirements. This is a family vehicle that my kids ride in daily. To be told everything was great when in fact the opposite was true was a joke. I would have gladly paid for the alignment (did so at the dealership). Part of the value proposition here is they give you two years of free service including oil changes, etc. If they can t check an alignment, why on earth would I want them doing continues servicing? They didn t check it, lied about doing so, and sent us on our way. The negligence here and lack of attention to detail is appalling. The new Subaru vehicles look pretty cool, but I d buy them somewhere else.
I reported this to our salesman and sent over paperwork from the Infiniti dealership to validate. I was told I d hear from management, never did. Avoid this place unless you know someone there personally and feel like you can trust them.

I had a really positive experience purchasing my Crosstrek. Jonah was super friendly, was great at answering questions, and he helped me get the pricing to where I wanted it to be which made me super happy. Jonah even delivered the car to my home because at the time of purchase it was at another location, and I live 45 minutes away from the dealership, so instead of coming all the way back to the dealership he brought it to me! And even a day earlier than they said! Very happy customer!

Overall great experience when shopping at Young. Originally went in for a used vehicle, but ended up working with both side of the dealerships (used and new) to purchase a new vehicle. As far as the used dealership goes, Angelo is a great example for how a car salesman should keep you informed and happy throughout the car buying experience, as well as after you purchased and left the dealership. Story for another time). Trey was so kind, professional, and patient with me while I was trying to locate that key. He helped me look and was very understanding. I was very pleased with her work ethic and welcoming attitude towards me as a customer. Knowledgeable staff and clean facilities. We spent the better part of the afternoon working with Hiram to see if we could get a deal that satisfied both parties. Unfortunately, we didn't walk away with a new car. The sales manager who stopped us on the way out was very aggressive and he definitely put it better than I ever could - "I want to sell you a car more than you want to buy one."

Bought a Forrester here. I don't like buying cars at all! The process was pretty easy. I don't them to get me the best deal they could and that if it was a good price, I would be in. When I drove up to buy it, they had the paperwork ready and had it all done in about 30 minutes. I asked if they could wash the car and check the tire pressure of the person's car who drove me up and they said "sure!". They even vacuumed it out!! Awesome customer service!
I went in to this dealer just simply to look and I made it all the to the inside of the building before anyone spoke to me. Lance approached me and greeted me like I was a long lost friend. It threw me off a bit since no one is usually this nice to someone they don't know, but it was nice. He was very knowledgeable about his product and before I knew it I was signing up for a car I really wanted. He listened to everything I had to say and got me exactly what I was truly looking for. I went into Subaru just before Christmas after it was recommended to me. I was familiar with the Young dealerships because I had bought my previous vehicle from another location. I went in with SUPER low expectations and feeling pretty defeated after going to several dealerships the week before. Also, let me note that I was looking for a used vehicle and did not look at any Subaru s.
I had an appointment with someone else who ended up being unavailable, so Angelo stepped in to help. He was honestly so great. I can t imagine how the experience would have gone, had it not been for him!
First of all, let me start off by saying I was beyond difficult. The first several vehicles he showed me I didn t love. We test drove cars for hours. I was literally there for HOURS. I started to feel bad that he got stuck with me. He was beyond patient and happy to help the entire time. There was never a point where he seemed irritated or sick of having to deal with me. He just wanted me to be happy. I don t even think he took a lunch break the whole day now that I am thinking about it...
He even took me to ANOTHER Young dealership to look at their used inventory. Like he literally went OVER AND BEYOND.
When I FINALLY found the perfect vehicle it was a little over what I was willing to pay. I ve read several reviews about the finance department being pushy and difficult to work with. I didn t get that experience at all. I worked with Angelo and Devon to get the financing and both went over and beyond to make it affordable to me. I ended up leaving with the car I fell in love with, at a price I could afford. And never once did I feel like I was being pushed into something.
Overall, it was a super great experience. And I highly recommend 1. Going to a Young dealership to purchase your next vehicle and 2. Working with Angelo at the Young Subaru location. You won t regret it. Especially if you re half as indecisive as I am!
Was in the market for a legacy and saw one online. Called and spoke to someone to verify it was available. When I showed up to demo it, the car had a flat tires and a windshield so badly cracked I thought the picture online had to be a different car. No one followed up with me even after calling and texting multiple people for updates. Bradley the used car manager was the first and only person there that was very pleasant to work with and helped for the most part. Again once the car had been fixed and ready to show I constantly had to reach out to the sales staff for questions. I've never felt I had to work so had to spend money with a business. Finally found a better experience and deal at Nate wade.

Any contact that I have had with Young Sugaru of Ogden has been a pleasant experience. My 2010 Legacy is given the most extensive, most comprehensive and most complete service available. The service consultant who assisted me is Veronica Blake. Veronica is friendly as well as extremely knowledgable about the vehicle that is being serviced. Everything that was to be done to my Legacy was explained in detail to me and I was asked more than once if there was anything that was happening with the car that I thought was out of the ordinary. I appreciate the attention that is given to me whenever I take the car in for it's regularly scheduled maintaince. To this point I have not been unsatified with Young Subaru of Ogden. (This 2010 Legacy is the second subaru that I've owned. My first subaru was 15 years old when I traded it and it was running extremely well, my reason for trading was that I really liked the new look of the Legacy)

We were both car guys, but Clayton really knew his Subarus, being an owner himself of several versions. I was able to question Clayton in depth about the new timing chain and engine improvements. After narrowing down my desired car and a invigorating test drive, Clayton made the paperwork and purchase very streamlined and enjoyable. Clayton was also available after the purchase, allowing me to call and email him questions about my car and maintenance.

Called about an exact vehicle and ad, it was in showroom, then went in and the price was @ $8,000 more because "there was a mistake in the ad". It's no wonder people are switching to online car buying, just like I am about to do now.

She is extremely genuine and trustworthy. I appreciated her quick and clear communication with me about all the details of my purchase. Karlee listened to all my needs and went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle. Karlee never made me feel rushed like other salespersons I have worked with in the past.
