Bradlee and Paul were very helpful in finding a new (used) car. My colleague and I are first time buyers and they helped greatly and explained the process so clearly.They gave us many car and payment options within our budget, they didn't pressure us or hassle us into buying what we couldn't get or didn't want. They were friendly, fun and efficient and a pleasure to work with. I recommend and dealership in the Young Automotive Group, but especially Young Subaru with their excellent selection, friendly salesmen and comfortable environment.

I came in wanting to trade my old Toyota for a newer car. I was helped by Hiram, who met me at the door and took care of me every step of the way. I felt like he was looking out for my best interests and wanted me to be satisfied with every aspect of my purchase.

I've since returned for some routine maintenance and I've been equally pleased with their service department. I especially like the body-cam footage they provide so you can see them work on your car.

My salesman Devin did a great job of helping me decide on the car without any pressure while offering his personal opinions on the vehicle, which he thought was an excellent car. Well, a week later I have the car and I could not agree more! Definitely a satisfied customer.

We've loved working with young Subaru in Ogden. We've had a couple things that needed to be fixed on our Legacy and they've been super helpful and easy to work with. Last time I was there Howard was super kind, he offered me snacks, drinks and got me a shuttle as soon as I needed it! Preston has been our main point of contact and we've really enjoyed working with him as well. He's remembered us over the year and has been very patient with us Thanks everyone at Subaru!

Great experience bringing my car in for a recall fix. They were so fast, and had my car done even before I had my scheduled appt. I had to go to another appt and they provided a Lyft ride there and back. Everything went very smooth and very easy. Preston was great, and got good feedback.

Despite repeated attempts to unsubscribe to emails from Young Subaru I continue to be emailed by their sales team. I bought a car from another dealer...I don't need a car from Young. Your constant email spam over the last 2 weeks certainly isn't going to lead to a referral and the fact that I bought a car means I'm probably (just a guess) not in the market for another.

You have not emailed me ANYTHING of value other than "hey call us to buy a car!". You could have easily sent me some product information, available inventory that might fit what I'm looking for, hell even some financing info. Instead, you spammed me with canned emails sent out of an automated marketing data base designed to look like a sales rep sent it. I could at least respect a little effort (I'm in sales myself and send value based emails often) but you couldn't even take an extra 60 seconds to do that.

It's hilarious that I send 2 emails to your company yesterday saying "I'm not in the market, stop spamming me" and unsubscribed from at least 4-5 other emails and then what happens? You email me again this morning saying "Why haven't we heard from you? Please send us your number so we can call you". Hmmm, just a guess and I could be wrong here but
I think you haven't heard from me BECAUSE I BOUGHT CAR ALREADY.

You are costing yourself business by sending canned email spam. You are why we need GDPR regulations in the United States

I had thought Young Subaru is average. Salespeople are nice while they're with you or trying to upsell the extra stuff you don't need. They repeatedly ask for referrals, which I thought was odd. To me, if a person does an absolutely wonderful job, they shouldn't need to ask for referrals or contacts. But that's me.

That's where odd ends and bad begins. The car we bought hadn't been detailed or had the windshield replaced yet, so we had to wait about a week between the purchase and picking it up. Despite a promise of keeping updated about it, I heard nothing, only to call and find out it had been done for a while. A week later, I took it into my mechanic for a rattle. They found (and I visually verified) an oil leak in two gaskets. In addition, a fog light was missing. Not exactly something you think of looking for when you walk around it for the first time.

I took it in, because they said they would take care of it. Great! Well, not so much. I got a call saying they found what the mechanic was talking about and that they would order a pair of gaskets to replace the ones that were leaking. A day later, the person I originally contacted texted me and said: (quoting from text) "...they have already sat me down talk to me about the review that you left for us. I don't know if they are going to be willing to help or not." That was in reference to my original three-star review saying they were average, and to not expect an amazing experience. So, a few hours after that, I get a call. It's the service department saying that they've driven it around, and haven't found any leaks. And the funny thing? I'm looking at the invoice... the in/out mileage is exactly the same. Somehow, I didn't trust them. So I took it back to my mechanic. Again, I visually verified the leaks are still there.

So, my overall impression. The people at Young Subaru--other than Edith at the front desk--are liars. They're childish, and will throw a fit if you say anything bad about them. The slightest thing will set them off, and make them unwilling to work with you. Keep away. Keep far, far away. This is the worst kind of auto dealer.

He was so incredibly kind, insightful, and knowledgeable it blew my mind! From the first call to set up a test drive (Amy) to the sales guys (Tanner and Quin) to the finance guy (sorry the only name I can't remember but he has an awesome mug and adorable family that like the great outdoors) to the sales manager (Nate) they made the process easy and fun. And we LOVE our new Forester.

Crooked. Simply crooked. Bought a rig from them. First mistake. Have had several issues with my car since purchase, all the cause of their techs . Don t you dare question them or ask a question. They cut corners.
Talked to their former service manager and he stated he left because of shady work. He confirmed my fears.
Do not take your vehicles in there for repairs.

I am so thankful to have come here! Lance was so patient and helpful and didn't give up on us when we weren't able to finance a car the first couple times and called us to just ask how we were. I appreciate that they did everything in their power to help us get a car despite that we had negative equity and a car with not much of trade in value. They genuinely wanted to help us out when other places like young Chevrolet shrugged us off and also felt shady. These guys were able to help us get financed into a 2017 Subaru Impreza! Finally a safe vehicle to have my little daughter in! I can't thank these guys enough! Very customer-oriented and I'd recommend them to everyone! Thank you again lance!

I was very picky when it came to replacing my car and I did NOT wanna deal with the hassle of working with a dealership. However, Ryan Newbold completely changed my opinion of purchasing a car form one! He listened to EVERY request I had and was able to deliver exactly what I wanted. I am more than pleased with the purchase of my 2018 Crosstrek. If you want a new or used car and want to avoid stress, Young Suabru and Ryan Newbold are your people!!

I wanted to share my car shopping experience with everyone after truck shopping for a few months and getting nowhere with other dealerships I talked to Cameron at young Subaru about a 2012 ram 2500 they had well I've never dealt with someone so honest and comforting ever when car shopping! He showed me exactly what I wanted to see and did not bs me about numbers gave me exact numbers that I wanted to see and I am now the happiest owner of this 2012 ram 2500 thank you to cam and young Subaru for the wonderful experience, will definitely be back to him :)

The service manager Lisa is one of the most unprofessional people I've ever met.

She was more concerned with me addressing a personal matter of hers relating to my place of employment than addressing my legitimate concerns with the workmanship and attention to detail of Young Subaru's service department.

I got my car serviced at Mike Shaw Subaru in Denver on a road trip just to avoid Young. When I'm home (Ogden) I take my car to Mark Miller in Sandy, they are fantastic just far away.

If you love your Subaru as much as I do don't "think Young".

My grandson purchased a used car on December 28th....

My grandson purchased a used car on December 28th. It had been listed online for sale. He was told it wasn't ready and would be a few days. He kept asking while we were there to pin down a timeframe. He was told it would be ready by the following Saturday. So January 4th. It's now January 6th. And he has been told it might be done by end of business January 7th. He's been given conflicting information, and downright lied to, about why it's still not ready. He may not be spending $40,000 on a new vehicle but every customer should be as important. If only because that small time customer may be a $40,000 purchaser next time. Or they share their experiences with those $40,000 customers who will now never consider you for a future vehicle purchase. You happily took his money on the 28th. And that seems to be where the service ended. We already had a very negative experience the day he purchased it due to the extensive wait to get the paperwork signed. And it just went downhill from there. He was finally about to pick it up last night. Yes, it's an older car with higher miles. They said it was detailed. It wasn't touched inside.

We spent 5 hours with a very nice salesman. He treated us very well, and even bought us dinner. After finally agreeing on a price for a Crosstrek, we came in the next day to sign papers only to discover the price we agreed to (and signed by the way) had been altered. That was enough for me to not trust them further. As we tried to leave the tone of everyone changed drastically and not a single salesman shook my hand.

Our price we agreed to was altered, and we were treated like we were the bad guys. Their "VIP" line is a joke. I hope this is not how the entire Young automotive group conducts business.

Took my car to multiple shops to look at it and it kept coming back on. Took it to Joe and he had it done over the weekend! I will be going here ONLY from here on out!

They have you think youre getting a great car, then as soon as you sign the papers, purchasing the vehicle, they screw you over. it took almost 3 weeks of "youll have it in a couple days," "youll have it next week." i took it out of the dealership before they detailed it. now come to find out, our car is a shitty car to own. they had to have known this bcuz it has been recalled before, and they will not do a damn thing bcuz we have already had it a month and tried fixing it ourselves before paying extra for them to. Outrageous pricing. outrageous service. Once you buy, they dont care what happens to you or your car.

I d like to be clear that the reason Subaru is get...

I d like to be clear that the reason Subaru is getting four stars is because of the salesperson I had the pleasure of working with, Kolby Robinson. He worked with me for 14 hours to help me find a car that suited my criteria and price range which was not an easy feat, especially for someone new to the job! Well done, Kolby.

And the financial manager that worked with me, Bradlee, also did a good job helping me with getting my loan squared away with my bank and answering my never ending list of questions.

On the other hand, ten minutes after signing the paperwork and driving off the lot, the tire pressure monitor system sensor goes off and it turns out the sensor is dead and needs to be replaced. The next day I find the cruise control is broken. Two days after that I find a leak under the car. And then when I bring it in to be fixed, they say that when you drive a car off the lot it is no longer their responsibility. HOWEVER all of those things happened within a week of me signing the papers, and every time I noticed something new I immediately notified them of the issue. Had I known the car had these issues I would never have driven it off the lot in the first place. After explaining this they agreed to pay for the repairs but stressed to me how they were going way overboard to make me happy and satisfied , which honestly this is the least they could do since these issues came up within a week of purchase and there s a dealer warranty for the next 100,000 miles.

My suggestion to Subaru, to make sure no one else experiences what I have had to deal with over the past week, is to be upfront with your customers about everything involving the car and it s repairs and to do a much more thorough job inspecting them before placing them on the lot to be sold. And then instead of saying how grateful I should be for Subaru doing the repairs that should have been done before selling the car, apologizing to me for all of the stress I ve had to deal with and not doing better by your customer.

Updated, the next day I received a phone call from the dale manager she was very nice, and she wanted to hear from me why we had left the lot unhappy... I explained that when told there was no deals made on special order cars and that the price was full MSRP it is a waist of time to discuss the price further. She says that in information was not correctable i explained that we had already ordered the car from a different dealership...
She thanked me for sharing our experiences and said she would address the situation at her dealership.

This is what happened.....

Waited 15 minutes to be told on a special order Ascent, would "only be sold at full 50,000 MSRP." Also told we were waiting for the manager who was working up the numbers when the only answer is "there are no numbers to work up"....... I Just placed the order with Mark Miller Subaru same exact specs 44,320. Delivery expected Jan 15th. Missed opportunity.

The satisfaction of owning a vehicle is only as good as the service it gets. A bit of regular maintenance can benefit a owner where it counts by avoiding costly repairs keeping a smile on your face and most importantly "cash in your pocket." There are dearlerships you have to do business with and then...there are dealership you have to do business with, "right." I am happy to report Young Automotive Group in Ogden is just such a dealer. The real metal of a dealership is not just in the sale of a vehicle but the relationship they build with you over the years of service they provide for you when your ride isn't behaving in show room style. At Young Subaru in Ogden Matt Turley, Kelby Neilson and Howard Brinkerhoff are that team who work real hard to establish "trust" that is where we all are most vunrable as owners. I don't own a Subaru but trust is worth it's weight in gold so if it's not dealer specific knowledge for my car I am happy to get my vehicle serviced at Young Subaru. It's easy to sell a car but like marriage the real test of love is in maintenance after you say "I Do". Thank you Matt Turley, Kelby Neilson and Howard Brinkerhoff for making my experience at Young Automotive Group, top notch you guys are a great team.

LIES!!! Bought a used car. They tried to sell it to us for over $2k above their own advertised price. Tried to cheat us out of our written quote for a $2,600 trade in. Increased the finance rate so they could make more money. Promised a premium extended warranty. 8 months and 8k miles later (less than 65k total miles), failed hydraulic slave cylinder. $800 to fix. Managers refuse to help after promising as close as possible to a bumper to bumper extended warranty. SHAME ON YOU YOUNG SUBARU!!

I've never had a bad experience taking my Subaru to Young in Riverdale. I prefer to take my Forester here to get it serviced because I can trust the technicians and am always treated respectfully and the service is done promptly. Even though I didn't purchase the vehicle at this dealership, the staff here have been more than helpful in informing me of any issues with my vehicle without trying to put a hard sale on me to buy unneeded parts and repairs. The waiting area is nice and employees are courteous. Fast service and good quality. I thought bringing my car in on a holiday would be a bad move but I've pleasantly surprised with the speed of the service still.

I have always like the service at this dealership, but as of late the prices have been ridiculous. I go to have something done I am bombarded with "suggestions" of what needs to be fixed or replaced. I know what needs to be done, I didn't ask you to look at that so please don't try to convince me to spend more money.
I have started taking my car to the Young dealership in Morgan, their survices for a simple tire swap is half the price and they don't bother me with things that don't need to be addressed.

Oh gee golley, this was the best darn experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. I dealt with a handsome young man named Cameron and he was absolutely amazing. I knew he'd be the one to sell me a car when he came out with that big smile on his face and the look of determination. Anyways, He was very easy to work with, I told him what I wanted and my price range and 10 minutes later he's showing me a list of vehicles that they have on the lot. He took me out found the one I wanted, he was very quick to answer all of my questions and straight to the point. Next thing ya know I signed my papers and we are out in the parking lot taking selfies. Cameron was very professional and easy to work with and made my whole experience fun. Make sure you ask for Cameron when buying a car from Young Subaru! Best car buying experience I've had.
