I'm giving 2 stars to their service department. Borderline 3 because they did try to remedy a bad situation, but the faults outweigh the attempt.
They performed poor quality work, did not do the work I asked for and broke things while doing work I didn't authorize, and tried to overcharge me. I ended up wasting 5 hours and paying over $100 more than I could have paid elsewhere after negotiating the price. I just didn't want to have to take more time off work. It was supposed to be a 90 minute job.

Insist on inspecting all of the tech's work yourself. Ideally, have some pictures and video of what's working on the car before you take it in so you have proof when they break something. Take it for a test drive immediately afterwards. Double or triple whatever time estimate they give you.
When in doubt, talk to the manager. She's your best chance for better deals and insisting on quality service. All prices are inflated and you will have to negotiate.
