I bought the msi GS60 ghost when it came out through xotic pc. It was my first major electronic purchase and I was able to openly communicate with their staff. not only through chat, phone but our talks through email was so very clear. I used the phone just to clarify things. I would definitely buy from them again. they have great prices and constant deals going on. I always recommend them to my friends and family.
The website is very easy to navigate. I was able to select my laptop and then easily customize it. I ordered during the holiday season so the process did take a bit longer than normal, but they were there explaining every step. My laptop works beautifully and I have been able to recommend them to many friends.

Bought sagar Np9150 gaming laptop from xotic pc. Buying experience was quite smooth and enjoyable. Lots of upgrade options, of course comes with a premium but thats obvious if you want latest and fastest tech. Live chat was very helpful in answering my questions. The only hiccup was that the payment has to be made through wire transfer if u wish to get 3% discount.
I have Ordered two gaming laptops from Xotic PC. In 2009 and then again in 2014. It was shipped and delivered to me in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I have never had an issue dealing with them, and would always consider returning back to them for any future purchase.
I purchased two Sager NP9172-S laptops from XOTIC PC. The laptops are amazing and competitively priced. Customer service was awesome; they answered all my questions very promptly and were very personable(Emily M., thank you). Also, when purchasing, they called to ensure I bought the product, so that was a plus. They appear to take security seriously and want to help avoid fraud. The customer service was good while the laptop was under warranty, but became became nonexistent after the warranty ran out.
The $1500 laptop was an utter disappointment. During the first year, while it was still under warranty, I had to send it back twice. Both times they "replaced the motherboard" and both times more problems appeared. After the warranty became void, a new problem appeared, where a computer would need to be restarted every several hours. After some more time, the battery became useless, and now it does not boot up correctly 70% of the time..
Now, the laptop just mostly collects dust. The worst computer purchase of my life. The reason I am writing the review now is that I am traveling and brought the laptop with me. I am now forced to use it, which is making me very bitter.
I bought an MSI GT72 2QE Dominator Pro from these dudes about a year ago and they had it built and shipped out in record time, and when I had an issue with it it was resolved quickly. Would buy from again.
Once you figure out the process they are great for the price, but customer service is struggle sometimes.
Excellent prices and lots of customization to choose from. Still waiting for my sons MSI GT 73VR Titan to arrive. Easy and fast customer service.

Awesome service from these guys from deciding what kind of laptop I wanted to even willing to set up an RMA for me when it got damaged after I had it for a while. I gave them the general specifications of the kind of laptop I wanted and they picked one that fit exactly what I was looking for. It really is the little things. I chose to purchase a computer from Xotic Pc because they offer an amazing variety of customization, more so than the competition. No matter what your computing needs happen to be (business, school, gaming), you can find the machine for you here, and have it hand-tailored to a perfect fit. Seriously, if you have a head for specs and speed, you ll probably fall in love.
It s safe to say Xotic Pc sold me on their product. But, after the computer I ordered ran out of stock, I stayed for the customer service.This is the company s greatest strength, bar none. I was particularly impressed with the honesty and integrity of their sales team.
In any other company, that might sound like an oxymoron. Not these guys. They bent over backwards to make sure I got the computer I needed, when I needed it, adding free rush shipping. They made it right, and that s just good business. Its a hard thing to find these days, and you wouldn t get that from the bigger retailers.

To be honest. I was super excited to get my computer from XoticPC. I ordered when I was out of town for work, and I get it when I came home. I opened it and seen that the GPU was different than what I thought I had ordered and what it said on the website, so I contacted support. I was told that it was the manufacturer that listed it wrong. They just took the information from the manufacturer. I decided that the slower card that I did not want to order wasn t going to work, so I submitted a RMA. I was told that I was not going to get back my shipping, but I had a idea of that, but I was told that I had to pay for return shipping too. I got the wrong computer with a slower GPU, and I go to return it, and I am told that I have to pay for something that is not my mistake in the first place. Between the shipping to me and the return shipping I am out 150$ because they don t have stuff listed correctly on the website, and they sent out computers with the wrong GPU even though it was seen before it left them on the burn in test. Also, it still has not been updated to the correct GPU on the site even though I told them and they have seen it. I was going to just ordered a different computer from them, but I will order else where and not recommend them.
XoticPC is local where I live/work. Every interaction I have had with the company has been positive. Pricing on their systems is pretty competitive and they use quality parts in their builds.
14 months along, so far, and not an issue with my Exotic PC. I still can't believe how beyond awesome it looks and performs.
Ordered laptops for both the kids for gaming + college courses. Xotics have both performed admirably, without a single issue after 2 years and counting. Great Customer Service people too when ordering.
so i have been recently talking with the service manager Tanner M, he has solved most of the issues, tried his best to give me the best service he could get me. i would highly recommend him if anyone of u are having major delays in progression of your laptop (i guess i was a rare case of having my laptop delayed). i am rating the service manager a 5 star for taking care of the issue and doing his best. but i am rating my overall experience a 4 star because i was getting really upset for a delay which was caused before getting help from the management team (i think they could have done better).. thanks for getting my laptop back and having it fixed :)

While buying the laptop (alien-ware laptop worth over 5k with custom stuff done to it), the customer service before buying the laptop was excellent!!! nice guys, fast service, nice follow through. anyways
after owning the laptop for less then a year it started to have issues (yes i did buy 3 year extended warranty), the dvd drive wasnt working, and had issues with with graphic card.
long story short. there customer service after buying a product is horrible. let me tell you how bad it is. it has been about 6 months and my laptop hasnt been fixed. i have emailed them many times and their reply was "tech found a problem that needs to be addressed by the manufacturer so we have a repair set up with them" or they will say " tech is working with manufacturer to solve the problem"
after 5 months they started to say "I have escalated this issue to my manager already, so he is also involved and working with them to get this matter resolved as soon as possible."
i have spent alot of money on this laptop and also brought extended warranty. i dont think they have what it takes to keep this business a float.
i have been emailing them every 2 weeks and calling them once a month... (since i am really busy with life. i cant afford to be on hold for 30-45mins). i will update it to see what happens. i am guessing i am never gonna see that laptop ever again
I was working under a tight timeline for my work laptop. The pc was delivered MUCH earlier than the promise date and the online chat is great if you have any questions.
Bought an ACER laptop from XoticPC, had some trouble with it and guys form customer care fixed all my problems in a flash. Even got a mystery bundle coming in the mail to smooth my troubles. TY guys!

I had a great experience with XOTIC PC. I got an Asus gaming laptop and the machine works great. I haven't had any issues with it at all since I got it. Mind you, it's been about 4-5 months since I got it.
Their customer service is extraordinary. I don't remember the name of the guy that helped me out with my concerns, but he was awesome and very nice. I had to cancel a couple of failed orders due to my credit card bouncing and all I had to do was sit and wait for a couple of minutes and it was done!
I would definitely recommend XOTIC PC to people looking to buy Gaming Laptops, or even already built PCs. The customization portion is great and the value is unbeatable. Not to mention there are always promos going on and addition items thst can be added to your order.
Overall, the experience was great, and, if I ever need to, I would definitely buy from them again.

I literally sat and sobbed because of how good my MSI GP72 Leopard Pro-280!!!! Please do not take into consideration the bogus reviews. Friendly customer service that keeps you updated on the whole process of your laptop baby. I took a leap of faith and fell into a nerd heaven. Did not expect for this laptop to be this high quality. Reminds me of Alienware before the sold out to Dell. As a computer science major I researched all possible avenues for high end affordable laptops without spending over 1600 dollars. This is a Porsche among laptops and I cannot thank them enough for their work!
Just received my laptop, GT73VR 6RF Titan Pro. Has some minor issues with the screen but support staff is helping me out with it. Other than that this machine is a beaut.
Laptop arrived on time and as ordered. Was the perfect gift for my high school senior son. He can do his classwork and play games. I will definitely order from Xotic again.

I first purchased my laptop from them in May of 2014. As my order worked thru the process, I received regular updates. I received my computer and everything has worked perfectly. A few months after my purchase, they even sent a follow up email. I have been very satisfied with my purchase, and will definitely use them again.

Awful. Just awful. I ordered a very expensive laptop (nearly $4,000) with customs colors. Firstly contact with the sales department was anemic. The sales rep was curt and vague. No such much as I "thank you" or "i appreciate your order". I paid extra for rush shipping but the thing still took over 2 months. I wanted to cancel but then they said they would charge me over $1,500 for re-stocking. So I proceeded with the order. I requested that they install Windows 10 and wait another week since they said the laptop would be ready third week of July. The laptop was further delayed as they discovered that the webcam was faulty.
So I finally go the machine in August, over 2 months since I placed the ordered. I paid extra for white glove packaging and all I got was a tatty cardboard box with some filler. God knows what normal packaging is like. When I turned on the laptop, I only got Windows 7. They never upgraded to Win10 as I requested. It's not a big deal since I could do it myself but one would have thought, paying for $4,000 laptop, they would have paid attention to this.
After a day the black ring that surrounds the webcam fell pff which left the webcam lens protruding. It seems like that just quick fixed the webcam without replacing it. The webcam without the black ring make the whole laptop unsightly. I brought the issue to customer service and they said they would contact Sager and get back to me. A month later they sent me a black ring for the webcam. No follow up by customer service, nothing. Needless to say this will be last laptop I will buy from them!

I've ordered two laptops from Xotic PC on two separate occasions. Both of them arrived perfectly and with some goodies (due to seasonal offers or brand events). Their customer support is top notch (at least in my experience). The only qualm I have with their service is the amount of time it takes for the shipment to arrive. Other than that I would gladly do business with them again.
I ordered a great laptop from Xotic. From the beginning to the end the process was almost seem less. I had issues with payments first which customer support helped me with. I also had issues with trying to understand the order and how to place it correctly and they helped with that too. Finally I loved getting the email updates on how my laptop was doing in the construction process. Knowing that it was on stage closer to being finished made it more exciting to receive. Thanks so much to Xotic for giving me such a great laptop. Now I'm trying to work on getting a few missing pieces that I had ordered (international charger etc) and that's pending resolution. Stuff happens and with Xotic, I think you get looked after well.

Purchased a Sager laptop back in March and still runs like a champ with no problems whats so ever. Customer Support didn't let me down when I had questions and were quick to reply to all my needs
Yesterday, I received my Sager Laptop from Xotic PC, and I have never been more impressed by the sheer power of a laptop. It's beautiful and works better than i would have ever imagined. However, the biggest thing that blew me away was not the laptop but the customer support that Xotic provides. It is absolutely incredible. I have been able to call and ask any question I can think of, and they give me precise answers that make my life easier. I was very impressed by Travis's ability to walk me step by step through the Raid 0 setup I asked for. I will definitely be coming back to this company for my next laptop not only because they have great computers but amazing people.
Bought a MSI GS60 Ghost Pro 4K-238 and, due to their custom work and poor QA, it is by and far the most unreliable laptop I have ever seen, let alone owned. It sure is a pretty good laptop when its actually working, but it has a habit of crashing about 20-40 times in a row, about 1-2 minutes apart, fresh out of the box, no software of my choice installed on it yet.
Can't help but think that I should have just bought vanilla from MSI and would have had a much better setup.
(As an added bonus, I actually had to type this 4 times because it crashed in the middle of me typing)

The stock MSI Dominator GT72 that i ordered was all kinds of messed up. For one the seal was broken on arrival, the SSD is missing and the Killer Wireless N1535 Dual Band WLAN WiFi 802.11 ac card is replaced by some garbage N card, i even had to reinstall windows when i got it. This is unacceptable for any purchase in the USA especially for something with a price tag of $1500. I had spoken to them about the broken seal and they pretty much shrugged it off. My advise if you are thinking of buying from these guys because they are a little cheaper is DONT find a well known trusted distributer.
After 3 months of owning my GT73VR-6RF I have encountered the following issues.
1. Screen Bleed at the bottom (120Hz version IPA panel). Which became more visible in recent days.
2. GPU toggle button no longer works. (Stopped working after a windows update, troubleshooting involved reinstalling SCM and Dragon Center - Did not fix the issue.)
3. Steel series button no longer pulls if the steel series app. (Reinstalling the newest version of Steel Series) did not resolve the problem.
4. When Xotic PC sent me this laptop it came with a green dragon logo, and not the white logo I had chosen at the time of purchase.
My experience with Xotic was fairly predictable as I was far out of my 15-day return policy. And the RMA process is around 10 days. This being my work PC that would be impossible and they do not send temp laptops to use while yours is being worked on. So your basically just S.O.L..
My biggest issues are these....
I should not have screen bleed on a laptop I spent 3200 dollars on, and if it does happen, at least offer a temp for working people. I understand there is always a chance of getting a bad unit, so this one I can let go since it is RMA fixable.
As for giving me a green dragon instead of the white one I ordered, Xotic PC did say that could be swapped with by RMA'ing it as well.
But, I SHOULD NOT have to worry about my laptops hardware buttons (GPU Toggle, and Steel Series button) becoming in-active or broken after a windows update. Windows updates often, and I don't want to have to RMA my laptop every time it happens.
I'm now worried about the future of this laptop. Eventually, my warranty will run out, and this laptop is a desktop replacement that should last longer than 2 years. Which means that everytime windows updates outside of my warranty, I will then have to pay to get it fixed.

The screen had bleed RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX - I wouldn't have bought it. (MSI rep said ALL IPA screens have a degree of bleed and that its normal)
The GPU toggle button, and the Steel Series button have a chance of breaking upon installing Windows Updates - I wouldn't have bought it.
The wrong color logo - Really Xotic PC? I spent 3200 on this thing and you didn't even get my logo right? The red coloring on the laptop makes it look like a Christmas themed laptop. - I wouldn't have bought it. (Based on not only aesthetics but lack of attention to detail during manufacture)
Like anyone, after spending 3200 dollars on a laptop you would hope to never encounter these issues. Especially after only 3 months... Realistically though, it could happen.
Unfortunately now I'm afraid to update windows because it might cause more buttons to function incorrectly.
I of course am very dissatisfied with this product and would like MSI or Xotic PC to contact me for an exchange or return.
I will be posting this review on every review site possible. Because I don't believe anyone should pay 3200 for a laptop that 3 months down the line will encounter screen bleed, hardware button malfunction, and poor manufacturing with lack of attention to detail.

Bought a laptop for xmas for my girl friend. been 3 months now and still no laptop. they even lied about saying a money order would be faster when it was not!. They kept giving me the work around for info that they already had just to make the process longer and more annoying.. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

AFTER ALL This time they just gave her the run around to have her money a lil longer. This is a complete joke and failure for a company.. The fact that you did not let her know 2 months in advance that she was buying an out of stock laptop is just a slap in the face. You still made this the worst time of her life buying her first laptop for gaming... WE will NEVER use exotic pc. and they should be sued for false advertisement.

I recently purchased a Sager NP9172-S, online, and I've had it for just over a month now and I'm loving it!! Everything is working flawlessly and it's ridiculously fast. I live in TN so all of my correspondence was done by phone and website chat feature. I spent a lot of time going thru tons of customizable laptops they had to find the right one for my needs. I really want to thank Danielle G., Eric F., and Barry for the immense amount of help you all provided for me. The staff is absolutely awesome! What really stuck with me was that at no time did they ever try to up-sell me on things I didn't need just to make more money. The honesty and integrity that showed me was refreshing. At least twice I spent a half an hour on the phone with them, asking tons of questions and they were very patient with me. I will absolutely recommend them to my friends, including my wife, as her old slow laptop is about to die. She's a bit jealous of my new one. Even though I've already received my laptop, I still call XOTIC PC any time I have questions on either computer related topics or software, and they still take the time to answer all my questions I have. They honestly do go above and beyond in their customer service. I have no intentions on buying another laptop anywhere else.
Had great dealings with this company. Laptop got lost in transit to overseas, and they had it taken care of and new laptop was on the way after all the paperwork and lost in transit things was done. Great staff that took care of me and didn't talk me into wasting more money on things that I didn't need for my laptop. Will buy from again once funding is available.
Pretty good company, prices aren't ridiculous but aren't a steal either. I myself ordered an MSI GS60 Ghost, and there were however a few problems with it: for one, the corner of the screen seems to be coming off a bit. I'm not sure if this was due to their stress testing or if it came like this, but it would've been nice for them to check. Secondly, I ordered an engraving service, and did not get it, although I was still charged for it. These still haven't been resolved, but while I have to say I am a bit disappointed in this customer service, overall it is a good computer. If I had to leave one tip, though, it is that you shouldn't pay for the computer tracking service; they basically just sign you up for Prey, which is normally free, so there's really not much point in buying something it'd take you 5 minutes to set up yourself.
XOTIC PC goes above and beyond with customer service and gave me the best customer service experience I've had, hands down.
I ordered a customized laptop with them a couple days before a new GPU was released. When the new card dropped, the model I ordered was discontinued and I was now worried that I was buying an outdated machine. I contacted support through live chat and email to ask if I could cancel my order. Normally, cancelling a laptop order would cost a sizable restocking fee, but without any hesitation, Matthew N told me that they would freely upgrade my order for me! I will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to everybody that I know.
Xotic PC customer service is excellent. I have talked to customer service several times and every time they're extremely nice, accomodating, patient and thorough. I bought a MSI laptop from them and the experience was so good I bought another one for my husband a few weeks later! I have had some problems with the laptop, but I am confident I will get it worked out with their help. I would definitely recommend Xotic PC to my closest friends and family!

Best pc company ever. Despite Asus TUF A15 backorder, XOTICPC stood by and kept me updated and made sure I was good and had options while we waited. They let me do separate transactions while waiting to upgrade the laptop. They will go above and beyond for their customers! I am truly blessed to have ordered from them. Will definitely be doing further business with them in the future!
I bought an MSI GT80S Titan SLI-275 with custom upgrades in July 2016. The wait for the build was very long and they had several problems along the way that they assured me were solved. When I finally received the computer it was past the time that qualified me for the $200 MSI rebate (but we finally did get it after a lot of extra effort). From the start I had problems with the computer locking up, and it ended up corrupting a portable hard that I had plugged into a USB3 port. After speaking with several of Xotic's support people they agreed that the computer should be returned and told me they would send me a mailing label with an authorization. NEVER GOT IT! They'll tell you anything to get your money and the hipe on their website about their attention to detail in their builds is just that...HIPE. When you spend $2,800 on a computer you should expect more.
Terrible communication by sales dept to the point of useless. Which really surprises me because without sales your out of business. Support does respond but sales does not. I did get a full refund after three weeks of nothing from my repeated emails to sales. Xotic represents Sager, MSI Etc. These companies should really reconsider using this company because it makes them look Bad!! STAY AWAY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
I just got the new Msi GT73VR 6re notebook and they were the seller. There's a few hiccups here n there (as usual) but their customer support is awesome. They get back to you immediately and go above and beyond to help you out (thanks Landon) It would be 5 stars if it arrived with zero issues.

They have very good prices but the customer service is really bad. It is virtually impossible to actually find out when your going to get your order and when you place your order they sort of sit on it until they can get you on the phone which defeats the entire reason for ordering online. I would encourage anyone else looking to buy a laptop that if you don't have a month or so to wait for it to shop elsewhere.

Update: Xotic reached out and we are in process of remediating.
Initial order was fine but the battery on the laptop stopped holding a charge after a year and a half. Far too pricey of a computer for it to fail that soon. Went back and forth for a month getting info on being able to replace the battery. Customer service said they were going to contact the vendor to see if they could have me ship in my laptop and repair it. I haven't heard from them in 4 months. Really expected this laptop to last at least 4 years, but the failure in customer service will be having me go elsewhere for the next one.

So, xoticpc is where I bought my first laptop, and I have never been happier with the laptop i got and the service they gave as well. Since then, I always come back to check on xoticpc because of their excellent service, and the great products on there.
Right off, Emily and Travis have both been fantastic. Even before placing my order, they went above and beyond to answer questions about parts, operating frequencies, speeds, anything I had a question about, they helped answer.
I will hopefully have my new machine this weekend. The reason one star had been taken off is due to repeated problems with aesthetic customization - hydro dipping and a custom wrap. They hydro dip machine, I was told, has broke and won't be fixed until the end of December 2016. That left the wrap, of which more problems occurred with paper and delivery trucks which would have resulted in another week of waiting after it had already been four. However, I can understand technical difficulties, and with the Holiday season, I have no doubt that they have tried to do their best. Despite these problems and my mounting frustration, they have also been extremely accommodating, very patient and continuously polite while trying to get me the best machine possible. For that, I thank them.
