I purchased two Sager NP9172-S laptops from XOTIC PC. The laptops are amazing and competitively priced. Customer service was awesome; they answered all my questions very promptly and were very personable(Emily M., thank you). Also, when purchasing, they called to ensure I bought the product, so that was a plus. They appear to take security seriously and want to help avoid fraud. So far it has been a pleasure working with you folks, and I will return for repeat business for a desktop in the upcoming future.
