Awful. Just awful. I ordered a very expensive laptop (nearly $4,000) with customs colors. Firstly contact with the sales department was anemic. The sales rep was curt and vague. No such much as I "thank you" or "i appreciate your order". I paid extra for rush shipping but the thing still took over 2 months. I wanted to cancel but then they said they would charge me over $1,500 for re-stocking. So I proceeded with the order. I requested that they install Windows 10 and wait another week since they said the laptop would be ready third week of July. The laptop was further delayed as they discovered that the webcam was faulty.
So I finally go the machine in August, over 2 months since I placed the ordered. I paid extra for white glove packaging and all I got was a tatty cardboard box with some filler. God knows what normal packaging is like. When I turned on the laptop, I only got Windows 7. They never upgraded to Win10 as I requested. It's not a big deal since I could do it myself but one would have thought, paying for $4,000 laptop, they would have paid attention to this.
After a day the black ring that surrounds the webcam fell pff which left the webcam lens protruding. It seems like that just quick fixed the webcam without replacing it. The webcam without the black ring make the whole laptop unsightly. I brought the issue to customer service and they said they would contact Sager and get back to me. A month later they sent me a black ring for the webcam. No follow up by customer service, nothing. Needless to say this will be last laptop I will buy from them!
