Bought a laptop for xmas for my girl friend. been 3 months now and still no laptop. they even lied about saying a money order would be faster when it was not!. They kept giving me the work around for info that they already had just to make the process longer and more annoying.. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

If we ever get our laptop. my lawyer is on standby.

After 3 months of given the run around. they finally contacted my girlfriend to let her know her model is not in stock.... AFTER ALL This time they just gave her the run around to have her money a lil longer. This is a complete joke and failure for a company.. The fact that you did not let her know 2 months in advance that she was buying an out of stock laptop is just a slap in the face. You still made this the worst time of her life buying her first laptop for gaming... WE will NEVER use exotic pc. and they should be sued for false advertisement.
