It was my worst experience with Toyota. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30, and I was there 10 minutes before. I waited in the car for exactly 58 minutes, without a single person trying to help, and finally, when I got out of my car, a rude woman yelled "go back inside and someone will be with you shortly." Well, the driver behind me got tired of waiting and got out of her car for complaining, and said she was there before us. Any logical person would see that it was impossible, since my car was in front of hers. They finally came to her, and took her car in front of mine. Yes, in front of mine. A while later, it was my turn. Andrew, the person who helped me, had lots of questions regarding my right for car maintenance, and because he was under stress, he was equally rude. He told me to wait inside, and warned me that the wait time would be around 45 minutes to 1 hour. Well, it wasn't. After two more hours, I got a text message saying that my car was ready, though I couldn't find Andrew. I called, and he didn't answer. Finally, after getting very pissed, I went looking for a manager, and they said "your car is outside," gave my car and told me to go look for my car. I've been using Toyota for a while now, and I even recommended this place for friends that got new cars, just like I did, but after being absolutely disrespected and waited for hours, I'm not coming back, and I'll make sure that everyone knows how upset I am.
