I am overall pleased with the service we received the world Toyota. However, my one and only complaint is if you get a call from the service advisor , they do not leave a phone number where you can call them back. And when you dial their service number it goes to a call center where the attendant has no idea who anybody is. That leaves you completely frustrated and unable to reach the service advisor.

I recently purchased a new car from here on black friday. The loan paperwork was sent the next day as requested, but the dealership did not complete the financing as promised through my lender. I had to drive back over to the dealership a week later to get the paperwork faxed in like it should've been. As a result, 5 separate credit checks were run through toyota finance and an ADDITIONAL loan was setup in my name. Now I have technically been charged TWICE the agreed upon price for the car and am having difficulties dealing with toyota to get the second loan closed out.
Moral of the story: You might be able to get a great price out the door, but when the dealership cashes in 2x on a loan for the vehicle its not worth it.
1/7/19 UPDATE: Called the GM the same day as his comment below and left a voicemail, but still have heard no response back. It appears the comment below is just to save face online and act like they care. Even more disappointed in the dealership now than before.
They are trying to cheat to customer. Representing staff is good but the technical person they want more money. I purchase my new car from Toyota in 2016. And last year I changed my new tires from Toyota and now today again they are saying I need to replace my all 4 tires. So they want only money. When I told them I change last years and they told to me it is different company. So when they change last time then they already know but they put 2 different companies tires. It is one big trick to getting money from customers. I never recommend to anyone. If is in my hand I will give you 0 star.

Jerry in service is outstanding. He understands my vehicle and can speak to me about it in a way that makes sense to me. He does not over recommend services that I don't need and he is always sensitive to my budget.
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because after spending over $400 or more for service I would expect a dealership to wash and vacuum my vehicle, but that service is inconsistent at best. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't.
But car wash aside, I trust this service center and I've been a regular customer for 4 years and 2 Toyotas now.

So I got here, just knowing that I would buy a car, but nothing else. My salesperson, Mariam, was very helpful to me the whole time. She helped me narrow down my choices, and then we did the test drive for the cars. She offered a very reasonable price after negotiation. The customer services are really awesome over here, and I do really love my Toyota Camry. Highly recommended.
I usually go to Atlanta Toyota to get all of my cars work done and the people there I guess are miserable when I show up and my experience there isn't as great as Here! I haven't felt welcomed into a business like I have here Unfortunately I don't remember the person who helped me out with my car but the valet Vanessa definitely left a big impression on me and made me feel like an old friend. I will be making this Toyota my go to spot!

I was impressed with my service today. My service was done in a timely fashion and with a coupon, I got a good price on the work that was done. My service rep, Chad, was so nice and helpful. He even arranged for a Lyft ride home for me so I didn t have to wait at dealership for my car to be ready.
By far THE WORST customer service I had for years !! After locking me in for about an hour and half to be appraisal for my car for possible trade in, the manager came up to me and spoke in a very rude way because he didn't like the offer I gave them! Them they keep bugging me with phone calls to buy a car from them !!

Large dealer/service department, looks like an exceptional operation until you look closer. Seating in waiting room is worn out. When you arrive there is little to cue you as to how you get service and there is little to no acknowledgement of your presence, until you speak up. Has the potential to be so much better with just small attention to interacting with the customer.
I needed a new tire for my 2020 Tacoma. It had to be ordered and arrived quickly.
Communication was good.
Customer service was good.
However, I asked specifically for the spare tire to be mounted back under the truck bed when new tire was installed.
I was told yes it would be.
I should have checked before I drove off. The spare was placed inside the truck bed, not mounted back under the truck.
I will take it to another tire shoo to get it done as I dont want to have to sit and wait again.
Had that been done I would have rated 5.
Update: I just leased my 3rd car at World Toyota but this time through Hasan. As in the past 2 leases there, the service could not have been better and it was a very smooth and easy process every step of the way. I really do feel like World Toyota gives their customers a great experience and that Hasan was a terrific, non-pressuring salesman to work with. Thank you!
I have been a customer of World Toyota since 2008 when I leased my first Camry for 3 years. I had excellent service from Muhammad and he also made a real impression on me as a genuinely nice guy who I was glad to give my business to. Throughout my 3 year lease, I had nothing but great service and continually encountered friendly, pleasant people at the service dept when I visited it, and as my lease slowly came to an end, I decided to talk to Muhammad again. Once again, he made it such a pleasure to do business with that I literally leased another 3-year Camry again (I've never had the same car twice before). He is a pleasure to deal with, nothing but professional from start to finish, funny and just downright nice. I feel confident working with him that he's helping me get the best deal he can and not just in it for himself. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and all of the people I've encountered there have been incredibly friendly and professional. I also give a shout out to G in finance because he was, like everyone else, really easy to work with and really nice! Unlike most car dealerships, I definitely felt like I could walk away if I wanted to (not overly pressuring or sales-y) but the difference was that I didn't want to walk away because I actually wanted to give them my business. Great dealership; great experience!
I got my radiator replaced by them this past January but it just broke again. They stood by the one year warranty and replaced it for free. The service was very fast and everyone was very nice!
The invoice I received from World Toyota (Invoice #758436) states that I requested a 27-point inspection and that wheels were rotated. I am not sure if the wheels were actually rotated because no one requested the wheel lock. I was told by the Service Advisor (Christon Alexander) that a tray underneath the carriage of the vehicle was hanging and needed to be secured. But the invoice and Toyota's multi-point inspection PDF that I received via email does not document this issue. The service took 2 hours to complete for basic maintenance. Also, I wasn't pleased to see possessions removed from the glove box and console and left elsewhere in the vehicle.

I purchased my Scion TC 2012 at World Toyota and they are the only ones that service my car. I love my Service Advisor, Andrew Yi. It is very comforting to have an Advisor you know that you can trust and that has your best interest at heart. Andrew and World Toyota always have my continued, many years of loyalty. Andrew is very wise about what is needed and what can truly wait. Most people don't believe in using their Dealerships and I do believe in the World Toyota Service Department. My Toyota car battery died after two years and I had AAA check it and charge my battery for me to make it to World Toyota and Eloy a new Advisor assisted me and he prorated my new battery and he was very helpful. When I arrived for the appointment, I learned that the parts needed to complete my repair, which I had ordered by phone several weeks before, were not in stock. The employee who worked with me did what she could to make the visit successful, but it was a real drag to spend 4 hours of my Saturday traveling to and from the dealer and waiting for my repair, all the while knowing that I ll have to come back and do this all over again. I was told that the parts and appointments computer systems done interface, which I can understand makes this challenging. But I was frustrated that no one checked to see if the repair I was scheduled for could actually be completed.i hope that someone in the systems management level of leadership pays attention to the need for a way to catch this sort of glitch. It was a major source of frustration for me.
Every time that I come in for maintenance, I ask for Jesse. He always makes time to explain things to me and answer my endless questions. It's just great customer service really - I always leave feeling satisfied and prepared for my next visit. I've found his advice to be honest and very transparent which makes it an easier choice to come to World Toyota even though there are other Toyota dealerships on the way.
Pretty nice service center. The staff are friendly for the most part. The amenities while you wait are pretty good for a service center. The only thing I could ask for is a better coffee station. But fast service. They tell you what you need before they do any work. I m always in and out.

I never write reviews, especially negative ones, but sadly I must write one in the case of the World Toyota (Service Department). The service department as taken what amounted to a tiny annoyance to me over an issue that occurred during the scheduled maintenance of my car, to leaving me so frustrated that I feel like this review is my only course of action at this point.
The small annoyance that started this all:
1) In February of this year, I brought in my Camry into World Toyota for its 5,000 scheduled maintenance. Everything went fine and was happy when I left. Soon after, I moved to Florida.
2) In June of this year (last month), I took my Camry to my new local dealership in Florida, AutoNation Toyota for it s 10,000 scheduled maintenance. During my visit, they informed me / showed me that World Toyota had over tightened and striped 10 of the lug nuts.
Causing them to have to replace them and install a new lock nut set as well, which cost me about $150 at the time. They said, just to call World Toyota and tell them what happened and they should reimburse me for the cost. The fact they over tightened them didn t bother me, stuff happens :)
The strangeness happened:
1) The next morning at 8am I called up World Toyota s Service Department and spoke with the receptionist and told her the situation and she was very nice and said would leave a message for the service manager and have them call me within 2 hours.
2) Around 4pm, I had no received a call back and decided just to call them back and check in. Another very nice person picked up, took down all the details, apologized for no one getting back to me yet and said, he would leave a message the Service Director and Assistant Service Manager, Chris Brown and Haley Campone respectively and assured me I d hear back the next day. He provided their names to me just to let me know, who he was putting me in contact with.
*Crickets*
3) I didn t hear anything back the follow two days, then it was the weekend. Becoming just slightly frustrated, I enlisted my father who is retired and still lives in Atlanta to stop by World Toyota on my behalf. He stopped by the following Tuesday. He spoke with Haley Campone, who apologized and said she would discuss with the Sales Director and follow up with him the next day.
*Crickets*
4) After a couple days went by, my dad followed up with Haley via text message:
Good afternoon Haley, please contact my son Jason at ***-***-**** or text today regarding .
*Crickets*
5) The next day, Haley had not replied back, so my dad sent another message to her:
Haley, are you available to call my son today? (***-***-****), or should he call you?
6) Haley replied a couple minutes later saying I will give him a call on my way home that was I can actually talk to him. I leave at 7. Will that be ok? My dad said yes, and I waited by my phone the 7pm call.
*Crickets*
7) After 7pm coming and going, I sent a message to Haley at 9pm, informing her that I would be unavailable for the rest of the evening and could she call me the next day.
I have never received a response.
World Toyota was also the dealership I had bought the car as well.

This was my first service. I had my tires rotated. Andrew stated it would take an hour and a half, but I didn't keep track of the time. Before I knew it he was handing me my keys. The only thing I didn't like was the mechanic didn't put the valve caps on tight. When I looked they were half way screwed on. They were on tight when I brought the car in so please tighten them back all the way after service is done. Thanks!!
I purchased my vehicle from Carlos Paguada. He was very helpful in getting me the car i wanted, my parents don t speak English so he was very helpful in explaining everything about the car, and the financing to us in Spanish and English I recommend anyone in the market for a new or used car to come and see carlos he will make sure you re taken care of
This place does NOT work with you on anything. I was also told that I d be contacted to come back in to get the tire iron as well as a replacement key battery(since they couldn t find either while I was there) and was never contacted. Was also told my license plate and registration would come in the mail in a couple weeks and it s been almost a month since I was there. Highly disappointed in this business and would not recommend to anyone I know or don t know.
I purchased a used car as is but before I purchased it, I told them I will not purchase it until an internal part was replaced. They said they will replace it once they get the part.
Fast forward a month later and they never ordered the part, never got a phone call about the replacement part even though I have paperwork that states that they will replace it within 30 days.
I'm only giving it two stars because the car itself was in good shape and it didn't have that many external issues.
I had a hectic day planned starting with getting my car serviced and then getting my electronic key made. The service went well as usual but the guy who makes the key got sick and left early. The manager got one of the service guys to make my key. Even though I had to leave to get to work the service guy made my key Sat. morning, which was very convenient for me. Thank you World Toyota.
Have used this service department twice now. Very professional and courteous staff. The person who helps me is James P. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. They even have a shuttle service, so if you work near by they'll drop you off and pick you up at your convenience. Even got a free car wash on the way out. If I have any problem with my car I know who I'm going back to! I'd recommend them to all my friends.
I went in for regular car maintenance; oil change, tires rotated, etc on 3/17. Mr. Napier the service tech who helped me was very helpful. He clearly stated the process and my options inculding prices. I really appreciated that Mr. Napier came back to waiting area to double checked if I requested a new key. As always, I was very satisfied with the work done on my vechicle

Started off by arriving on time for my 10am appt., but had to wait in a long line of other people who showed up on Sat am for service. Staff worked efficiently & I got to my Service Advisor in 30 min. The line was very lengthy. Everything went well as far as service. It was timely & thorough.

I've had the worst experience with this dealership. Richard Wong and the finance Manager Tan are incompetent. They have no idea what they are doing. After leasing the car and driving it for 3 weeks. I get a call that they wanted to take the car back. Absolutely absurd! The "issue" which i'm still unsure that it was was magically corrected today after we asked for our money back and was going to return the car. Don't buy a car here! Run to Atlanta Toyota in Duluth.
Everyone from salesmen to service reps seems friendly. Our salesman listens to our needs. Our service rep finds the critical issues on our 15-yo Toyota without padding bogus repairs. We are happy.

Took almost 4hrs to finish a regular maintenenance check when they told me it s just supposed to take 1.5 hrs. Didn t get update on when car will be ready. Good thing they served free lunch otherwise I may have ended up getting hungry while waiting. Wyndell was helpful in explaining the results of the check up.
I take my 2004 Lexus RX330 here for service as it is more affordable than going to the Lexus service center. Chris Terrell was my advisor this time, and he was great! He was very knowledgeable on my car, and I felt that he recommended services that really needed to be done. He did not try to up sell me, which was refreshing. I would recommend World Toyota and specifically Chris Terrell as your Advisor when making an appointment.
I had some safety recalls done. Stanley, my service coordinator, was fantastic. He was efficient and helpful and I m very grateful. My car was done timely even though they were very busy today. As a bonus, he searched for and found my daughter s stuffed animal kitty. He is her hero too! Thanks.
I looked online at their inventory. I was shopping for a 4runner Limited. They had one in stock and I came in to look at it. The salesman was very nice and personable but I was informed that the General Manager was driving it (on a Saturday mind you, the busiest day of sales), but I could come back Monday to look at it. On Monday I called the salesman, but he said that again it would not be available. What a waste of time. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership.

My service rep treats me like a valued customer, and I would have to think twice before dealing with anyone else for my RAV-4 maintenance.

Everything was cool until I received my car back. The repairs to my car required the the car mechanic to go inside the middle console. They didn t replace belongings back where they came from. In the process, they spilled a new bottle of hand sanitizer that was sitting upright in the cup holder.

I dropped my car Toyota RAV4 off for a 100k mile service around 11:30PM Saturday, and was checked in by Alex. I mentioned two items at check in needing attention, the rear wiper needed replaced and the passenger side wiper fluid valve was not spraying correctly.
At 3:45 Alex called to notify me that the wiper fluid valve needed replaced, but they needed to order the part and the work would need done later in the week. He said to come back in and they would get the repair done quickly for me. He also had additional services/suggested repairs from the technician, which I agreed to have done.
At 4:50PM Alex called, my car was ready for pickup. I asked when they closed, he said 5PM and asked how quickly I could get to the dealership. I said I was not far, but it would take me more than 10 mins to get there. He tried to get me checked out, so I could pick my car up from the sales center. I had opted out of that text function, so I said I would be by Sunday for pickup.
At 2PM on Sunday I arrived to pickup my Rav4. I walked into the service trailer. I was the only customer in the office and there were 3 service reps at their stations. No one looked up and acknowledged me, as I am looking between the 3 reps attempting to distinguish if I am being ignored or they are finishing up another customer s paperwork. Then Cristan looks up from his cell phone (and headphones) and asks if he can help me. I said, I am here to pickup. He locates my paperwork, gets me processed and out the door. I walked out to my vehicle and the first thing I notice is, my front wipers have been replaced. Walk to the rear, there is my damaged wiper I specifically asked to be serviced. Back to the service trailer I go. Cristan calls to see if the blade is in stock, nope it isn t. I ask him to refund the front wipers, and he does while on a personal FaceTime call.
While I waited for him to process my refund, two customers enter the trailer about 3 mins apart. Neither are greeted, and like me wondering what s the queue situation.
In summary, the front end customer service needs work. I am also questioning how the technician managed to identify $333 worth of additional repairs, but missed the rear wiper blade on the 27 point inspection. I am question the quaility and thoroughness on both sides of the house. Debating if I should take my vehicle to another center for the two repairs I requested, but still need done totaling about $150.

Sometimes they satisfied with more than what I expect, the othertimes I thought they were really busy to think. My humble suggestion is to visit this place at off-peak-time, if you want to have a more than three star service. The service advisor was more than good: accurate, informative, and kind. Because of the remodeling, their waiting room and front office were a bit uncomfortable to me.
I had a bit of an issue with what was covered on my service agreement and it was resolved without trouble. Thx!
