Had a very smooth and easy experience at World Toyota service department today. Eric was the service manager who helped me. He was very courteous and walked me through everything very clearly before they began. He also made sure I knew the length of time it would take and they actually finished sooner than expected. They have plenty of spots to relax while I waited. Thanks again, Eric and World Toyota service team.
