I purchased my Scion TC 2012 at World Toyota and they are the only ones that service my car. I love my Service Advisor, Andrew Yi. It is very comforting to have an Advisor you know that you can trust and that has your best interest at heart. Andrew and World Toyota always have my continued, many years of loyalty. Andrew is very wise about what is needed and what can truly wait. Most people don't believe in using their Dealerships and I do believe in the World Toyota Service Department. My Toyota car battery died after two years and I had AAA check it and charge my battery for me to make it to World Toyota and Eloy a new Advisor assisted me and he prorated my new battery and he was very helpful.
