Will never go here again. Even though it was good service, I received a new scratch on my car, my seats were filthy (grease fingerprint was on the seat, paint chips on my seat, looks like something was spilt), and on top of that I got left on dead e. They take pictures of your car before and on the picture you cannot see the scratch was there, but they said it was also raining that day. They said they would buff the scratch out and clean the seats. They did clean the seats when I brought it back, however, the scratch was still there. I wish I went somewhere else.

WFAB has repaired body work on two vehicles for us. On both occasions, the cars came out looking brand new. The people are nice and the work excellent. We will certainly use them again if we get another opportunity. ( I hope not!)
They did a great job on a quick turnaround. Rhonda especially was very knowledgable on questions about my insurance claim as well as getting a rental thru the insurance companies.

Me and my family have had 4 cars repaired by Woburn Foreign Auto Body in the past year. Yes we have had a string of bad luck, however, WFA has been their to repair our vehicles to pre-accident condition.
The most recent incident on March 13 2019, involved my 2019 Acura. Someone hit my front fender and bumper. It was a hit and run. I went to WFA the same day and they took my car in the following Mon and I got it back on Friday. The car looks perfect. I highly recommend Woburn Foreign Auto Body

I took in my corolla for repair, the process was professional, quick and pain free. They dealt with my insurance and the car rental place. I took in my car and left in the rental car. It was a sigh of relief and highly recommend it.
Very likable staff! I feel they try to be accurate in telling customers when their cars are ready for pick up. They also seem to have a good relationship with the car rental companies, so, I didn't have to worry about contacting the rental companies in the event I needed the their car for more than a day. Hopefully, my car doesn't get run into ever again, but if it does, I'd definitely choose WFAB again!
I brought my truck in for some out of the ordinary frame work. Bob looked at the issue and came up with a game plan. Bob and his team kept me informed through the repairs. They ran into some unexpected issues, but informed me and worked through to make the repair. The work is excellent.

They care about your vehicle and keep you up to date on the status of repairs with photos of progress via emails. Extremely efficient and helpful in all phases of the repair. We have unfortunately had to use their service multiple times, and they have been great to deal with every time.
I had an excellent experience... They took care of it completely and i am very happy about their service. The staff is great and they even have a tie up with Enterprise for the rental and everything is handled at one place. They used to send pictures daily of the repair and gave a detailed explaination of what is happening with the car. I had left my car for more than 14 days and the car came out fresh and new... Excellent work done.
As usual the work done at WFAB was excellent. Rhonda at the front desk is a doll. She is so aware of customer service. Mark on the other hand should learn customer service. Don t wait for the customer to call to see what the delay is, call the customer first. When you tell a customer that you ll call the next day, CALL. I m still waiting for his call! Lol!
I've had several repairs handled by Woburn Foreign Auto over 10+ years, and they have always been incredibly professional, friendly, and accommodating. I can't speak highly enough about the service I received.
I backed into a tree and smashed my Range Rover's left tail light and it's housing and some of the steel around it. I called my husband to tell him and he told me to call WFAB immediately. Within the hour I was there and Jim Cooper was having a look. He told me to call my insurance carrier (we had considered paying out of pocket to avoid an insurance claim but it ended up being much more expensive than we thought) so I did. Within the week my RR was there and they told me it would be a couple of weeks. We figured a couple would end up being at least three weeks and I settled in with a rental car to wait. I told them at WFAB that I was a real estate agent and my car showed my success - it was important to me to get it back as quickly as possible. I immediately began receiving the email updates with photos of the progress. Then after only 11 days Mark called me to say that my RR was almost done - they just needed me to poke my insurance company one final time to come look. I did and picked it up yesterday morning which ended up being only 12 days after dropping it off. They were so professional and customer service focused. This wasn't our first experience with them (my husband remembered how great they were when his BMW was there being repaired a half-dozen years earlier - which was why we called them again) and they were consistently incredibly helpful and so great to deal with. Every single person I spoke to at this company this entire time was so helpful, so kind and understanding (I constantly stressed how much I needed my car back as soon as possible), communicative and when we got the car back it was perfect. So dealing with accident repairs is one of those life experiences no one likes, but using WFAB made it a piece of cake to get through. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them always if I ever need to.
My Prius V3 was hit hard from behind as I waited to merge onto Route 1. Although nobody was hurt, everyone who saw the results of the accident was convinced that my car was totalled--except for my insurance company! So I checked with my dealer and they recommended Woburn Foreign Auto Body as their body shop of choice, and I'm very glad I did--the results are spectacular and the car looks and drives as well as it ever has. The shop kept me apprised of the progress and sent me a daily photo. I'm delighted with the result.
I bought my car brand new a little over a year ago, so you can imagine the frustration of sustaining damage to the hood and roof so early in its life. Not only did Bob, Rhonda, and the rest of the team do an amazing job of restoring the car, working seamlessly with my insurance company, and arranging a rental car for me, but they had the work done in less than four hours. I thought I would be car-less for a week, and instead I picked it up during my lunch break, damage free with the interior fully cleaned. They finished the job so quickly I didn t even need the rental!
If I need repairs in the future I will definitely be returning to this shop.
Good quality body work, staffs are polite and courteous, and daily update on the repair process steps were informative. Need to provide estimate of completion once insurance approved the repair; need to provide courtesy transportation to/from the local work office or home, need to provide a free or discount rate rental car for service over three weeks or more.
Overall Staffs were friendly, helpful and answered all the questions asked.
Total rip off! Most of their reviews must be paid, they're all 5 stars. They charged for 4.2 hours to put on a bumper and 6.4 hours for paint mixing, and another 6.4 hours to apply the paint. This eat for very superficial bumper damage. They told me that the tail lights needed to be hooked up and they the paint doesn't come pre mixed. Well, I've seen bumpers put in foreign cars and, especially for superficial damage, well, a middle schooler with mild to moderate ADD could get it done in less than an hour and a half. In terms of the paint, I've had that mixed. The paint cube from a universal kit and bits of colors are added and then put into a centrifuge. It takes 20 minutes, tops. I even tried to give them an out and asked if they were charging for the car to dry in a bay, and they said no. Eventually, after running out of poor excuses, they told me I had to pay even though I hadn't seen the ludicrous almost $1,200 estimate, which I had not seen prior. Expensive doesn't necessarily mean high quality, sometimes it means you should take your cat to a cheaper shop where the work will be done better, and then invest in a lie detector test session for the mechanics at this shop!
It would be better to just junk your car! You'll never get it back anyway. My 4 day job has turned into a 3 week job. This place SUCKS!!!! The management is aweful and there is no quality control structure at this shop. I had to involve my insurance company numerous times to get involved to remedy this aweful situation. They are now intentionally ignoring my car, didn't paint my bumper for 5 days and just left it in the lot. They don't care about you at all every answer is blaming someone else in there shop.
I chose Woburn Foreign Auto for my bumper repair and they did fast, quality work. I even had a scratch on my trunk that they buffed out for free! Will definitely choose them again for any future repairs.
Has to fix my my for two insurance cases. Very professional personnel - they coordinated with Commerce Insurance to combine two case and with rental car company. All I had to do is to drop off my car, get into a rental, which was delivered to the shop, and one week later return the rental and pick my fixed car. The quality was excellent, the car looks like there was no damage.

Quick, quality repair work, and they work seamlessly with my insurance company. I like their online status system with daily photos of my car, though the step-by-step progress indicator was sometimes a day behind and a few photos didn't show much of interest. Staff was helpful when I'd call with questions.
My wife's car was rear-ended and had a small scratch. I went to Woburn Foreign Auto because I know them as a reliable company. Unfortunately, this time things went differently. I was quoted a price and was promised the repair will take only two days and I can pick the car on the third day. I dropped my car on Monday morning and was told they will take the car in right away. On Wednesday the car wasn't ready but the receptionist told me that the car is in final detailing and will be ready the next day. On Thursday it wasn't ready either. At the end, it took five full days to fix and pain a small dent on the rear bumper. I would recommend to look for another shop if you need a quick and prompt repair.
Amazing job on the car and great service. Compared to last collision center I used, this was so modern. Really loved the software with the metrics to completion and pictures almost daily to show progress! Would use for ALL future incidences!
Excellent service, but poor attention to details. Progress updates with pictures were sent via email. Loved that. Quality of work was alright. Body panels were fixed, paint matched, total time fixing was fairly quick. Attention to details was very poor. Car was delivered with very obvious panels out of alignment, incorrect parts used, parts incorrectly installed, and they forgot to honor fixing something they forgot last time. I think this was all due to all the work they need to complete in a short amount of time. The quicker you get the car out, the quicker you get paid and the next car in.
If you want your car fixed quick, this is the right place. If you want it to look like it was never in an accident, this may not be the place.

I brought in my 2003 VW GTI after someone decided to go berzerk and scratch every single panel on my car. The previous reviews and the Volkswagen Certification definitely helped me choose to go here instead of other local body shops.
As soon as I arrived, I was taken care of like I have known everyone there for years. Very friendly bunch but not too much to make me feel uncomfortable. They took my car, contacted the rental car company for me and had me out of there in less than 20 minutes. There was a little bit of a delay with the insurance but they kept in touch with my appraiser and took off some of the stress caused by insurance.
The updates online were everyday that they were open and it showed me the stage my car was in. It was exciting to track my car and show others as well. Everyone was surprised when I said I can check my progress. No other bodyshop that i know of provides this type of service to their customers. Jim and Rhonda were very helpful and were with me every step of the way and answered all of my questions! Tabitha at the front desk also helped out everytime I called. Everyone there was a great help.
I can honestly say that the techs that work on the vehicles here actually care about the quality of work that they do. My car was basically keyed everywhere besides the front bumper. Insurance didnt cover the front bumper paint but one of the techs painted my front bumper for free because he couldn't stand to see a freshly painted car with a faded front bumper. He actually cared that much! Amazing!
I left with a car looking probably better than the day it was driven off the lot 2003. I am forever grateful for this body shops' hard work and will definitely return for any body shop need I have.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Woburn Foreign Auto Body. I was in an accident - which is always stressful - and they worked directly with my insurance company for a very seamless experience from the customer perspective. Very professional but also extremely friendly and accommodating like your local auto repair shop should be. Rhonda the receptionist was always very responsive and returned my emails and inquiries promptly and answered all my questions. They restored my car to perfect pre-loss condition and even fixed a ding on the right side that I mentioned, going above and beyond. They clean the car on the inside too before returning to you, which is a nice touch, as my car was a mess on the inside! Thanks Woburn Foreign Auto Body! I was rear ended on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. I had no clue what to do, so I called Woburn Foreign Auto Body and they said to come on over and they would take care of everything. And boy did they!! They easily explained the process between the insurances, their role and got me immediately in a rental. I won't go anywhere else to get repairs moving forward. Had a tree fall on my car during a November storm and had to get major repairs. WFAB walked me through the entire process, sent pictures and updates everyday to show what progress was made, offered me a loaner car when insurance wouldn't cover for a rental car, and even went to bat for me when insurance was dragging their feet on replacing my daughter's car seat. If you live in the area, it would be foolish to go to another auto shop.
I had a great experience with Woburn Foreign Auto body. It all started with their incredibly helpful and friendly staff all the way to the great body work and attention to detail. Their system that sends you a daily picture of your car (yes daily) even if no work is being done on it, keeps you from wondering/calling to find out where they are in the process. The process to pick up/drop off the rental was timely and convenient. I highly recommend this place. I chose Woburn Foreign Auto Body after my girlfriend had her car fixed there and after seeing the positive experience she had. They detail your car when they're done working on it and do a great job at it. I really like being able to see the pictures of my car during the repair process while I was travelling across the country. My car was completed 1 day early and looks immaculate inside & out thanks to their wash & vacuuming.

Dropped off the vehicle the next day and it was done in just over a week. WFM sent emails about every other day with updated photos as the work progressed. Nice touch!

I couldn t have asked for a better body repair shop. Everything from first walking in the door to picking up my repaired car was the best Experience I have ever had! The people in the office (which was the cleanest auto repair office) were extremely nice as well as supportive of me in this situation. I liked the daily email with up dates and pictures of my car.

I had very bad experience this time to fix my car s front bumper, on 8/24/15 Monday morning I had dropped off my car to fix, after that, they had pretty good to send me update pictures standing how the processing going.
We had been very patient waiting for few weeks, in the meantime I also called few times to checking out why taking so long, the receptionist gave me the answer was, they used wrong VIN number ordering wrong bumper, so they needed to reorder the correct one to fix. Last Wednesday September 16, I went into the body shop in person, and talked to guy what s happening, why took so long to fix the small job.
He explained to me that the mechanical made mistakes, error again , they put wrong color on the bumper, they needed reprint it. The car will be ready to pick up tomorrow, so Thursday morning I called in again, they told me the car will be ready to pick up before 5:00pm.
We picked up the car on Saturday morning, during that time, there was big tree cover the sun, we couldn t tell the difference, by the time we got home, we realized that they didn t reprint the bumper, the color was still difference.
We had to bring the car back to body shop to let them fix again we had been there six times, still not done yet.
What a terrible custom service; nobody seems care what they are doing, I felt like I waste my time to handling things with them, it made me nervous.
I don t think I will every come back to this body shop again and never recommend to everyone!!!!
Had the misfortune of needing their services twice in the last year, but they made it easy. If you're with commerce/mapfre, they are closely tied so no delays getting things approved.
This location is great all the staff are super nice and super helpful, the best part is they have a great relationship with Enterprise Rent-A-Car they come straight to you, they're really communicative with their repair process I'll take my car here anytime

The best auto body shop in New England! Precision auto body repair, never had a problem with their work, and always willing to go that extra mile!!!!
