Not very friendly, not sure why I even bothered with them.

Their customer service is exceptional Lucid always delivers on time and on budget. Their staff are responsive to any feedback we provide and are consistently attentive to detail. I've been very pleased with their work and their great attitude.

I had the Lucid team design a logo for my new business and they did a great job! In our one-on-one meetings they offered a number of different ideas and solutions and were to able to take my vision and create a logo that is professional, unique and more than anything captures the spirit of my business while working within our predetermined budget. I will 100% be using Lucid again for future needs.
