I won't go anywhere else to get repairs moving forward. Had a tree fall on my car during a November storm and had to get major repairs. WFAB walked me through the entire process, sent pictures and updates everyday to show what progress was made, offered me a loaner car when insurance wouldn't cover for a rental car, and even went to bat for me when insurance was dragging their feet on replacing my daughter's car seat. If you live in the area, it would be foolish to go to another auto shop.
