My car only had 2000 miles on it and it looked like it was coming off the show room when I picked it up. WFAB has an outstanding outfit. I had a mishap with my garage door and the rear tailgate right before the holidays. The staff at WFAB was spectacular with information, accommodation and quick, professional service and turnaround. They took my car in before the appraisal was complete and helped me get a rental - all during their holiday party! The email updates with photos kept me advised and my car came back looking as good as new in less time than i expected! From the front desk to the detailer - a top notch operation! The work was well done and the car was returned clean and in excellent condition. They also worked directly with my insurance company which made the process very easy for me. Only complaint is that the repairs took about 2 weeks for a headlight, body panel and bumper cover. This seems like a long time even accounting for parts delivery time and a day for the insurance re-estimate.
Excellent experience using Woburn Foreign Auto Body! From the first phone call to the delivery of my car everything was made so easy for me. They scheduled the appointment convenient for me and setup a rental to meet me there. They communicate with my insurance and kept me posted with updates. We had used them a few years ago with my husband s car; and had the same excellent experience. Nice to know there is a place to go that makes your car look new after an accident that wasn t your fault. Will return if ever the need comes up again!
A great experience. Driving a limited production car which had over $6k in damages is a issue for repairs. Not for them, they got the car in the day after the accident and 18 days later I had the car back. I had to have the car inspected and it passed with flying colors. I recommend them for all body work.

After I dropped off my vehicle, I was never tempted to call them due to the e-mail updates that I received with photos of the vehicle in the various stages of repair. Did a great job of communicating including sending picture and status at end of every day. Except for a few days at the end where I thought they might be finished but they weren't and they went dark. They went back to insurance company several times on my behalf, fixing a number of things the insurance inspector did not notice. Car looks great! I'll use them again (if I ever need body work done again - I hope not!).

Repairs look excellent! This is the second that went for repair at the same location.
I needed to have a bumper fixed two weeks before moving away from the area permanently. They were able to fit me in without an appointment and had it done within a week. They also kept me updated about the work as it progressed.
Everything about this experience was excellent. Everyone on site was helpful and I will definitely go back there if the time comes.

I great Job was done in repairing the damage on my car just that the engineers took too much time fixing it.
Body work was excellent, looks brand new. Took a star because the detail wasn't top notch. Still dirt on my floor and a sub par cleaning of the doors and trim. Pretty disappointed to pay 99$ for that. My last detail was 75$ and much more thorough.

WFAB did a fantastic job repairing my Honda CRV. The rear bumper and corner cover were damaged in a hit and run accident. I dropped the car off Monday before Christmas and picked it up Christmas Eve (2 1/2 days later). WFAB had a rental car available so a rental company was not needed. My favorite part was WFAB sent me photos and a website link to check the progress of my vehicle's repair on a daily basis so I knew exactly what stage of the repair my vehicle was in. Genius! And they also cleaned my vehicle upon completion of the repair, the car was gleaming! Thank you WFAB for your fabulous service. I give you 5 stars and 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up!

I recently had work done on my car by Woburn Auto body. My experience was awesome, the work was beautifully done. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable. The work was completed and delivered at the time promised.
I gave a call to them and the front desk lady was very nice and helpful. I reached there and handed over my keys and asked them if they could fix it early as my son's birthday was approaching and I badly was in need of my car. They promised me that they will give it and they gave my car back almost 4 days in advance. They did outstanding just b and my car looks just like new. Everyday I was getting update with photo and they even helped me in setting up a rental car and all the necessary communication with my insurance everything they took care off.
I'm very happy with the service and would recommend my friend to go to them if need be.
Woburn Foreign Auto Body is the best auto repair facility that I've ever dealt with. They do top-notch work, and are really nice people too. I've found them to consistently go above and beyond what's required in order to get it right and make the customer happy. I recommend them completely.
They didn't finish the work I needed done. There was knew damage when I picked it up. I use my car for work, but can't in the condition it is in. It took a month. I have expressed my displeasure several times, in person and in writing, and they have refused to acknowledge my concerns
They couldn't be more helpful. I have used them twice and both times they help me set up my rental car so I could drop off my car and pick up my rental at the same time. Always pleasant to talk with and work with. I am very busy as are most people so the emails keeping me up to date on the work and the photos make me feel like I have someone knowledgeable on my side. I have a 2015 car.Sent over my car in Feb and got it fixed. Now it's summer time and I found my AC is not working. I went to my car's dealership and he told me that some parts of AC were taken away during my last repairment. Considering this is the only repairment for my car. I'm pretty sure the guys in Woburn Foreign Auto Body forgot to put the parts back or they just took it on purpose. I will never go back there since they clearly suck at their job.

I brought my Jeep to WFAB after some heavy winds left a tree limb falling on it, breaking the headlight and denting the hood, bumper, fender, and A pillar. I dropped my car off at their location where Enterprise was waiting for me, and was back going about my day within 10 minutes or so. Shortly after I received an email update with a photo of my car outlining the different stages in the process. I received photos of the work being done, and then as the car was being quality checked and cleaned. This was the first time I haven't been left in the dark making numerous calls for a status update on my vehicle. I hope I do not need to, but I definitely will use WFAB again and recommend them to my family and friends!
The only thing I liked about their repair process was the array of emails with images on my car.
THATS ALL!! Everything else was UNPROFESSIONAL. They should also be CERTIFIED IN LIP SERVICE because their work Sucks. They keep you distracted with car shining and cleaning service. DONT DRIVE AWAY WITH OUT THOROUGHLY inspecting your CAR. Their pre Repair inspection on my car was such a fail...they missed to investigate the impact area and also failed to do quality check after repair which they admitted to.Hell! When I showed them the Toyota car functionality that was part of accident damage, their repair guy was surprised that the car had that functionality and ....that clearly tells me they have cheap under skilled people who have no clue on the car their are working with except maybe the body paint which they lookup on their computers or phones.
I STRONGLY SUGGEST EVERYONE LOOKING FOR TOYOTA DAMAGE REPAIR TO FIND ANOTHER BODY SHOP OR CONSULT YOUR INSURANCE FOR A PLACE THAT CAN BE RELIED UPON THROUGH YOUR INSURANCE.
Great to have pics and status updates throughout. Took a while to get parts, but that's expected this time of year when there's so much demand. WFAB really went out of there way to make sure that my vehicle was repaired as soon as possible.
Frustrated with their customer service. They told me that wanted 100% upfront and no payment by credit card or check. Only cash or money order. I asked why and they said that had too many problems with unhappy customers disputing charges. That makes me too nervous to use them.
From the point that I called Woburn Foreign Auto Body to deal with my car's repair, all the hassle I associate with insurance claims disappeared. They dealt directly with the other insurance company. Going so far as to insure my rental car was covered by the at fault party. They emailed me regularly as to my car's repair status with details and photos of every stage of the process. If I had any questions, they were promptly, and courteously answered by people who obviously enjoy their work. My car came back to me in quick time and excellent shape.
Accidents often leave us feeling frustrated and even angry at our predicament. Woburn Foreign Auto Body will minimize that pain with fantastic service from beginning to end.
