Car came out perfect. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more accomodating. I did have to make calls to check on status, as I hadn't heard and the daily updates on their site weren't specific enough. But I would highly recommend Woburn Foreign Auto Body!

WFAB kept me up to date on what was going on with my car, they took care of dealing with the insurance agency including extending my rental. My car came back looking like new. Everyone was very friendly.
I have used Woburn Foreign Auto Body twice now and have been absolutely pleased with the service there, both automotive and behind the counter. All work was completed in a professional and timely manner, and I really appreciated the regular updates and ability to check my car's progress on the website. I also appreciated that WFAB took care of all interactions with my insurance company and with Enterprise to arrange for a rental car while my own car was in the shop. Pricing seemed quite reasonable, right in line with my insurance estimate. Finally, the cleaning of my car inside and out was a very nice bonus. Hopefully I won't need their services again in the near future, but if anything should happen to my car, I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
Great customer services were provided. Repair job was excellent, however, it took longer than expected or estimate to finish the job done. Other than that it, overall, was a decent service that provided.

Be aware, dont believe what they are telling you at begining. after you sign the document and drop the car, it is their call to do whatever on you car.
When i bring in my car at day 1, they told me the damage on the bumper cannot be repaired, it needs to be replacement. And they will process the claim with insurance company. I have a brand new car, and usually those damage will be replace bumper to restore original condition. they took the picture and ask me do drop the car some days later.
everything went very smoothly, they also mentioned they will replace the bumper when i drop the car.
after a few days, they told me the car is ready. but when i pick up my car, i found it is the repair only. There are clear imperfections on the bumper, eventhough they repaired it.
FYI, the bumper replacement on my car cost $3000. if it is just repair, it will only cost $500. they did the repair without even telling me. and now, they took my money and i cannot claim with insurance company anymore. They are not telling me anything when they decided to repair instead of replacement, and i have told them in the first place that im not repair, i will only do the replacement. if insurance company refused to accept the replacement, i will go with other process to file claim.
I am believe they are working with the insurnace company.

This was my first experience with auto body shops, and this was amazing. I had front bumper, grille, one light and hood broken by huge piece of ice from bus roof, hit into my car on highway. Also had small damage on rear bumper, and small dent on one door. They did everything fast and professionally. Rental car service was great. I dropped my car on Monday and got back same week on Friday. Car like new now.

I was very impressed with Woburn Foreign Auto Body throughout the repair process. The constant updates and status reminders made me feel very involved and informed throughout the entire process. I was however disappointed with the quality that my car was returned back to me. They mentioned the car would be cleaned as a service however the inside of my car had dust particles from the shop all over. My mats were upside down and the leather on my steering wheel was busted up from whoever was handling (the inside of my car did not require any work so this was a bit confusing). The day after I picked up my car, my car would not start and all electrical components were dead. I had to call AAA and when they arrived they told me my battery had not been properly hooked up when it was put back together. Overall they did a good job however the condition of my car after service was very disappointing.
I have never had a accident where a care was totaled. Woburn Foreign Auto Body was exceptional in working through the process with my insurance company and identifying damage that rated it as totaled beyond what the insurance inspector saw. Their website to communicate process made the process very effective. Rhonda is perfect for her job enabling customers to go through the trama and repair process seamlessly. Thank you all.

Started well. I was told I'd receive daily emails but only received 2. No big deal there. Went to pick it up and the bumper is more broken than it was when I dropped it off. Employee tried to tell me the bumper doesn't clip in where it obviously was very loose. Employee did not apologize. Hope the second pickup goes better and they do a friggin quality check on it.
I always have my Corolla repaired at WFAB. Unfortunately I've had 4 accidents in the last 6 years (no liability on my part) and they have done the best auto body repairs bar none. Attention to detail is excellent and I've never had a problem. Tabitha, the Office Manager is excellent, very knowledgeable and a real pleasure as are the Service Advisors. I especially appreciate the daily emails. Highly recommend!!

Very happy with my experience at Woburn Foreign Auto Body. Polite and friendly service and great communication, including their website where daily pictures were uploaded of the progress on my car. Their repair is still holding up well after 6 months and looks factory. The repair took a week longer than originally estimated, but they unexpectedly weren't able to find a used door to fit and had to order a new one (and paint it), so that's understandable.
WFAB is top-notch. Everyone in their office is a pleasure to work with and are happy to answer any questions you have throughout the process. I really enjoy getting the email updates with pictures of your car as it is being worked on. The rental car company was ready and waiting for me upon arrival, making the transition to a rental car easy and fast. WFAB arranged this, so I had to take no extra steps on my end to ensure I had a rental ready and I could get to work on time. Thank you WFAB. I would highly recommend you to anyone needing body work on their automobile.
I have used them twice and both the time the job was well done. They have very friendly and helpful front office. Most of the insurance companies know them so the claim payment and appraisal etc goes very smooth.

Extremely welcoming and easy! I called, dropped my car off, the rental came to me and that was that. I didn't have to submit any paperwork, just gave them the claim number and I was done.! My father recommended I go here. I received updates via email and the drop off and pick up times were flexible. I do not want anyone to hit my care again but I know where to go if I'm not so lucky!

Was very happy with the whole experience. Drop off was smooth and easy. Received emails with pictures of the current status of the work every day. I did not have to wonder if it was just sitting there while other cars were being worked on. Pick up was on the day originally quoted and was just as efficient as drop off. Car looks great and I had the added surprise to see that the car interior was cleaned! Very happy and would highly recommend.

I was super impressed with Woburn Foreign Autobody. I was in an accident close to the time my lease was up and they fit me in with my tight timeline. What I really liked about them was that you get daily emails with the photos to show you where your car is in the repair process. I really thought that was a great touch! The staff was very friendly and getting a rental set up was a piece of cake. No one wants to have to your car fixed but if you need it, I highly recommend Woburn Foreign Autobody!
Went here for an appraisal. Guy tried to charge 2.5 hours for the bumper overhaul AND 1 hour for the headlight r&i. If you already removing the bumper there why do you need another hour to r&i the headlight. It s only 3 bolts

For the most part, on a scale of 1 to 3, it was a 2.95. The -.05 as due to the fact that someone not only used the radio, that alone would not have been the problem, but in using the radio, marked stations and removed my stations. That is totally unacceptable. However, the service, speed and quality all made up for that discourtesy.

I got email updates daily with pictures of the progress on my car, so I knew exactly what was happening. When i got my car back, it looked brand new. Really fast service too, it took less than 2 weeks to fully repair the front of my car. As a bonus, they give you lots of fun free things when you pick up your car! I'll definitely use Woburn Foreign Auto Body next time my car needs work (which hopefully won't be soon!)

Communication throughout the whole process was excellent and was very thorough in terms of the advice and helpfulness walking us through it all. The one miss was that the car was not completely ready when we went to pick up the car. Minor issue that was rectified. Overall I would highly recommend them.
Woburn Foreign Auto Body is the only place that I will take my car for auto body work. Their customer service is excellent and they make the process so smooth for the customer. They also send you updates on your car. When I picked my car up, it was quick and my car looked great. My only wish was that the rental car was cleaner, which isn't their fault because the car came from Enterprise. But since they're affiliated maybe they can pass the word on. Otherwise, I couldn't be happier.

Nothing bad to say about Woburn Foreign Auto Body. They do great work. In addition to great work this will be the easiest experience you ever have at a body shop. They will do the insurance estimate right there. They arrange for a rental car for you to pick up and dropped off right there. While they are working on your car they send you updates with pictures daily. Fortunately I don't spend a lot of time at body shops, but this is the best I have ever been to.

While the people at WFAB were friendly and responsive, I have to say that this was overall a poor experience. Blame belongs to Liberty Mutual too.
I took the car in for some work on the driver's side front end. Initial estimate was around $400 and that it was a one day job (in in the am, returned that night.) There was the possibility that there may be some surprises that could add another $1000 and 2 days once the car was taken apart (bumper might have to be replaced and repainted.) I decided to have Liberty Mutual look at the car before work started just in case the job got bigger.
I dropped the car off Friday. This was a huge mistake. The car was not worked on until Monday or Tuesday. I am not sure why the delay...poor communication with LM insurance or something. I have now paid out of pocket to rent a car for 5 days with essentially zero progress. Car is disassembled Monday or Tuesday and more work is submitted to the insurance for approval. Another day passes with nothing done. WFAB tells me they sent pictures to LM for approval. LM never received anything. My wife has to get involved on Wednesday to finally get approval and parts are ordered. The parts arrive and work begins either Wednesday or Thursday.
I need the car for Saturday, which I emphasize to WFAB. They tell me that they will try to fastrack the car. By Friday it is clear that the car will not be ready. I have to scramble to cover for the fact that I will not have my car back until Monday.
I pay out of pocket for 11 days of car rental, and I have my car out of commission for 11 days. This was supposed to be a one day...possibly 2-3 day job. I'm not sure where the break-down was, but it was a painful/expensive process.
I was hoping to have them do a car detailing while it was in the shop...I cancelled that (which I think they forgot about anyway) and was happy to finally have my car back.
I will make sure to add car rental coverage to my insurance. I will make sure to never drop off on Friday. I will not get insurance involved in small jobs and am considering raising my deductible to $1000. I will look into changing insurance companies that have more responsive customer service. And I will not use WFAB again. They might be collateral damage but my small job was not a priority for them.

I was impressed by the constant, clear communication and the professional service. They did a good job working directly with my insurance company and with the car rental place. My only complaint is that they kept my car an extra day to wash and vacuum it, and they could have done a better job with the vacuuming. I would definitely bring my car back here again, although I hope I won't have to!

Very Bad Experience. I specifically told to contact me before with estimation before beginning the repairs but they didn't bother. I had to pay $500 coz they won't release the car without payment and won't agree to their mistake. On top of that staff is not at all understanding & friendly.

It was seemless to get a rental from them. Jim and Rhonda were awesome! I would definitely go there again (although I hope I don't have to!) and recommend it to anyone.

Since there was too many small parts, this car took longer than normal... a whole month and 2 days. I wouldn't mind that long but the reason why they didn't get 5-star is because of not committing to a date or two in order to give me idea on when to pick up car or arrange a pickup.
I remember 3 separate occasions where I would have to call and ask and the answer I would get is couple more days. I can understand sometimes things come up and they have to delay but having been done over and over was something that I didn't like. Last time they called and said that it will be ready. I was on my way to pickup around 4:30 and got a call that they have installed wrong part so that needed to be delayed from Friday -> Monday.
About job: It was done very nicely.. few minor details about light adjustment, hood adjustment needed but I was able to drop the car off in morning and they were able to fix it same day.
Staff: Very courteous and always answered your question with respect. Sometimes negativity comes out but I can understand that it's a service business and people would be bitching at them all day for their problems so that can get annoying.
I decided to take my car to Woburn Foreign Auto Body because of the fact that they had amazing rating but looks like it was just my bad luck that my car ended being with them for more than a month.
A lady hit my one-year-old Prius C in the parking lot of my complex and put large dents and scratches along one whole side of it. Woburn Foreign Auto Body did an excellent job restoring it to perfect condition, it looks good as new! The work involved dismantling the doors and side panels and re-painting the entire side, and it was all done expertly. I am very pleased with the results.
This place is bad, very bad! We've never seen such rude people. We were charged a lot of money for a small damage, but the repair job is terrible!

The bodyshop is awesome. They send you pictures for every steps, and they take care everything wrt dealing with the insurance company.
However, they have the WORST car wash I have ever had (although it is complementary along with the repair). Dirty fingerprints all over my seats and the outside is even dirtier. The dirty car wash cloth is in my tool box.
My car body works are done here since 2006. They love my car and they do great job.

The service took too long. I planned to rent a car for a week, it turned out three weeks. Even my insurance company paid my rental but I thought it was just too long.

After a need to get our vehicle fixed, we chose WFB based on feedback. From day one to the point of delivery, WFB kept us well informed. There was never a moment of information blackout. Rhonda from WFB went beyond to have everything else setup for us with rentals etc. At the end were so confident that our vehicle was at the right hands. When we got our vehicle back it was looking & driving like a new one !
It was my first auto accident ever with almost $10K in repairs by the end. I was pretty upset, but the staff (especially Rhonda) were incredibly nice and explained things every step of the way. They sent daily updates/photos and replied very quickly to a couple of emails I sent. They gave me an estimate of the time it would take to complete and it was finished on schedule. I bought my car at their Toyota place in Woburn and it was still under warranty -- that's why I picked WFAB from my insurance company's list of options. So glad I did.
